The growth rate of Skeletonema marinoi-dohrnii complex isolated from Gyeonggi Bay was studied in on axenic batch cultures, under non-nutrient limited condition to determine the growth rate over a wide range of light intensities ($5{\sim}500{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$) and temperature ($2{\sim}35^{\circ}C$). This species exhibited its maximum specific growth rate of $2.48d^{-1}$ at a combination of $26.1^{\circ}C$ and light intensity of $197{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$ as associated to optimal conditions of light and temperature. The results supported that S. marinoi-dohrnii complex are more likely to occur in late winter-spring blooms in the western and southern Korea as well as Gyeonggi Bay due to relatively high growth rates ($0.79{\sim}1.61d^{-1}$), considering the effect of temperature on nutrient competition among Skeletonema species. This study might be helpful to improve the precision and reality of a coastal ecosystem model.

The purpose of the present article is to understand moral instruction through Ethics written by Spinoza and enable the implications drawn from its understanding to give shape to lesson plans. In his representative book titled Ethics, Spinoza speculates ultimate substance from the metaphysical perspective and converges it into ethics. The ultimate substance, which is a cause of itself, refers to immanent cause of all things that have numerous attributes as essence. All things in nature develop the substance and exchange influence among individuals at the same time. A human in the influential relationship perceives things based on one's beneficialness and assigns moral words of good and evil. However, a human, who is a mode of substance, should escape from morals that are superficial, relative, and objective, in order to realize nature. Becoming a more complete human requires going through moral imagination in reality but going beyond the imagination ultimately. Moral instruction premises the moral imagination of a student who exists as a mode; meanwhile, it is a study to escape from the influence of moral imagination. Good and evil arise from the limitation that an existing human has, but if a life is to preserve the necessity of ultimate substance, moral instruction can be defined as the processes of alleviating the influence that hinders a human's nature from being realized. Giving shape to this processes with the basis on the Spinoza's epistemic argument, moral instructional texts can be composed of stages to form more adequate moral ideas about moral subjects gradually and cumulatively. The moral instruction like this expects moral awareness which is relatively perfect than the present moral imagination. Furthermore, with the teaching and learning like this sustained, it is expected that ultimately the limitation arising from sensible perception can be overcome to approach the realization of a human's nature.

During the pandemic, social distancing continued for a long period of time, and as a result, this situation raised the possibility of the online space as a place for serious social relationships. In particular, metaverse platforms are adding to the reality of virtual space by expanding their functions so that users can provide various online events and have a variety of new experiences. This study attempted to examine the social relationship between reality and the metaverse according to social inclinations and behavior patterns. As a result of this study, the group with a high sense of inferiority in their usual relationship and the group with low satisfaction with their usual social interaction felt high discomfort at a similar level in both real and metaverse relationships. The group with the opposite inclination felt more uncomfortable in the metaverse relationship than in reality. In addition, whether the behavior patterns in the metaverse and in reality were different or same did not significantly affect the difference in attidudes between the metaverse and reality. In the case of group with different behavior patterns, however, if they were satisfied with how they look in the metaverse, their intimacy with social relationships was also high. This results implicate that we need to make an special effort for the development of social relationships in the metaverse era.

Animations consist of the created artificial images. To interpret of the meaning from analyzing the style of main images is an important element in understanding of animations. Therefore, to analyze images expressed in works of Miyazaki-hayao, this study substitutes the concept of 'hybridity' for images of characters, backgrounds, and mechanics created by him and explores how they are expressed, how they produce symbolic meanings and functions. It is confirmed that main images in selected works as a scope of research have hybridity of images between 'past, present, and future', 'eastern elements and western elements', 'real and virtual', 'human beings and animal' in narrative. From these results, it is concluded that because of hybridity between images, he can present fresh pleasures to spectators, simultaneously communicate thoughtful messages above mere enjoyment, which is a differentiable point with works of other directors.

The study were to examine elementary school student's career awareness, occupational aspiration, and vocational aspiration type. For these purpose, we analysed the data from 301 elementary school students. The major findings were as follows. First, significant differences were found career awareness, and vocational aspiration type between male and female, and among school years. And significant difference was found occupational aspiration among school years. Second, career awareness was correlated with occupational aspiration and vocational aspiration type. Third, occupational aspiration was affected by career awareness. And aspiration interest type was affected by career awareness. Suggestions for future studies and for career counseling for the elementary school students were made.

In this paper, I am going to analyze a correlation of Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage and the process of remediation on image media. It is because the remediation process of various digital media is letting people pass through one time of mirror stage again. Remediation for the Internet of traditional media, conflict with the virtual world and real world, identification that a virtual image changes a practical image is for it to be caused a remediation process by mutual link of various image media. The Narcissism which occurs in the relation a self with a idealized self searches a new own expression and forms a skillful mania culture. Reflexivity of active mania culture same as a Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage is to be the possibility becoming the feature of media culture of today. However, if digital media culture generation spends extremely wasting time from the image media, these image media generations cannot grow into new future-type man. According to this, it is necessory to have a study on Visual Literacy that it is related to a Jacques Lacan's Mirror Stage.

We have used high pH anion-exchange chromatography to analyze low level (below $20{\mu}M$) $\alpha$-D-glucose-1-phosphate (G-1-P) that can be used as a cytostatic compound, an antibiotic, and immunosuppressive drug. Our chromatographic method afforded excellent peak resolution and seletivity for glucose-6-phosphate and various maltooligosaccharides as well as G-1-P. The pulsed amperometric detector yielded linear response on G-1-P ranging from 2 - $20{\mu}M$, giving slope of $4.8{\times}10^4$(peak area/${\mu}M$). The detection limit was $2{\mu}M$. This method was applied to the purification of thermophilic $\alpha$-glucan phosphorylase from Thermus caldophilus. The technique will be extremely useful in future studies concerning carbohydrate metabolism in living organisms.

This study aims to categorize the 14 major gentrified commercial areas of Seoul and analyze their characteristics based on their sense of place. To achieve this, we conducted hierarchical cluster analysis using text data collected from Naver Blog. We divided the districts into two dimensions: "experience" and "feature" and analyzed their characteristics using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) of the text data and statistical data collected from Seoul Open Data Square. As a result, we classified the commercial districts of Seoul into 5 categories: 'theater district,' 'traditional cultural district,' 'female-beauty district,' 'exclusive restaurant and medical district,' and 'trend-leading district.' The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for policy-makers to develop more efficient and suitable commercial policies.

This study analyzes user behavior on YouTube Shorts within snack culture and proposes short-form video production strategies by identifying key value factors. Prior research identified seven characteristics (playfulness, time killing, information provision, social presence, interactivity, escapism, conciseness) and criteria based on the 5W1H principles. Surveys and interviews revealed that key user values are playfulness, time killing, conciseness, and interactivity. Users engage without specific purposes, watch 10-20 consecutive pieces selectively, and use it in comfortable environments. This research provides insights for understanding user behavior and short-form video production strategies.

FMS is a distributed system composed of various programmable manufacturing hardware such as robots and NC machines. For the autonomous operation of such a system, an integrated software layer for the control and monitoring in needed on top of the manufacturing hardware. However, constructing and maintaining such a software layer is difficult due to the complexity of a underlying FMS and its frequently changing nature. To cope with this problem, this paper proposes an object-oriented FMS integration model, in which objects acting as virtual manufacturing cells are instantiated for each physical cell in the underlying object-oriented database. Various other entities involved in manufacturing processes and their relationship to the cell objects are also captured in the database. This paper describes the structure of this object-oriented FMS database on our prototype implementation called FREE.
