최근 사람 간 소통채널인 소셜미디어는 매스미디어 중심의 정보유통의 흐름을 바꿔놓으며 기업, 공공기관 등에서 가치를 찾는 핵심자원으로 관심을 받고 있다. 재난관리도 기존의 정부중심 대응에서 벗어나 소셜미디어, 즉 소셜 빅데이터를 활용한 국민 참여형 재난관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 재난관리를 위해 실시간 소셜 빅데이터를 모니터링하는 시스템인 국립재난안전연구원의 소셜 빅보드(Social Big Board)를 소개하고, 이 시스템의 재난이슈 탐지의 정확성 향상을 위해 새롭게 개발된 재난유형별 관련도에 기반한 재난이슈 탐지기법을 설명하며 실험 및 평가결과를 제시하고자 한다.

페이스북(Facebook)과 트위터(Twitter)등으로 각광 받는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)는 사용자의 온라인과 오프라인에 구축된 인맥 네트워크를 기반으로 한다. SNS내의 소셜커머스, 소셜어플리케이션 등의 다양한 기능이 추가 되면서 새로운 온라인 서비스 시장이 등장하게 되었다. 초기의 새로운 가상 인맥 늘리기 수단으로 사용되었던 SNS서비스는 스마트폰의 등장과 카메라, 마이크 등의 추가 디바이스와 서비스간의 연계가 가능해 지면서 이용자들의 새로운 정보 생성과 실시간 커뮤니케이션이 가능해 졌다. 또한 SNS를 통한 정보의 흐름은 텍스트 기반의 한방향 정보 전달 틀에서 소리와 이미지, 동영상등의 다양한 미디어가 취합되는 공간이 됨으로서 사용자와 다른 사용자간의 상호 작용이 가능한 쌍방향 소통으로 현실의 정보를 보다 정확하고 빠르게 전달할 수 있는 하나의 미디어 형태로 진화하는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 서비스에서 생성된 정보가 집단 협업(Mass Collaboration)을 이룰 때 갖는 신뢰성을 기대하여 키워드 중심의 정보 형성에 따른 SNS 활용 방법을 제시한다.

WebAssembly(WASM)는 웹브라우저용 바이트코드로, 다양한 언어로 작성한 코드를 손쉽게 한번에 실행할 수 있고, 기존 고수준 언어를 사용하여 웹 애플리케이션을 개발할 수 있다. WASM 은 사용자와의 실시간 소통을 필요로 하는 웹용으로 개발되었기 때문에 성능이 중요한 요소로 꼽힌다. 이 논문에서는 대표적인 WASM 컴파일러인 emscripten 과 cheerp 에 대해 각각 생성된 코드의 성능을 측정하여 최적화 정도를 비교한다. 실험 결과 emscripten 의 최적화 수준이 더욱 높았으나, 두 컴파일러의 성능 간 상충 관계가 발견되었다.

Recently, quality inspection and defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for increasing customer satisfaction and corporate image in domestic construction industry. However, the quality inspection and defect management have not been performed systematically because of insufficient field managers, the excessive amount of documents, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the field manager could not perform the quality inspection and defect management work in time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect data was decreased. The primary objective of this study is to propose a quality inspection and defect management system using information technology which enables field managers to efficiently gather the information of defection in apartment housing. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed system would be able to imp개ve communication among the related participants and systematically accumulate data that might be used in similar construction projects.

The development of information technology introduced digital contents and Social Network Services(SNS), and allowed the virtual transaction and communication between users called "the experience knowledge" advanced from "the objective knowledge." This paper will analyze interactive storytelling system creating different types of stories on narrative genre about family history, personal history and so on. Through analysis on narrative interviews, direct observations, documentations and visual records, contents about CEO story, corporate story, family story and especially family history will be categorized into sampleDB and informationDB. Accumulated contents will allow the user to increase the value and usage of the contents through interactive storytelling system by restructuring the contents on family history. This research has developed writing tool data model using different digital contents such as texts, images and pictures to encourage open communications between first generations and third generations in Korea. Furthermore, researched about connected system on interactive storytelling creation device using various genre of family story that has been data based.

The advancement of smart-phones and their market expansion has led to the development of numerous educational applications (apps). In this study, learning activities were designed for real-time feedback utilizing a smart clicker app for effective communication between the instructors and students, and to provide educational results, such as learning flow and academic achievement. These strategies were applied in the actual educational fields, and 70 college students were taking classes with the same curriculum. Experiments involving an experimental group and control group were conducted. The results of the t-test were follows. In terms of learning flow, a significant difference was observed between the two groups, but not in terms of academic achievement.

The purpose of this study was explored the effect of Flipped PBL on Communication and Problem Solving skill of University students. For study, students in the college of education at A University and S University located in Gyeonggi-do were set up 60 students. They majored in Christian education and early childhood education, and the level of education was similar in the same region and department. In the experiment, the comparison group and the experimental group were separated, and data were collected through pre-test before class and post-test after class, followed by analysis covariance(ANCOVA). Between the comparative group performing flipped learning and the experimental group performing flipped PBL, the problem solving ability and communication ability using the flipped PBL averaged 4.28 and the communication ability averaged 4.06. As a result, it was higher than each of the comparison groups, confirming that it had a significant effect. This will be able to present a flipped PBL class design as an alternative method to overcome the limitations of the existing flip learning in a changing classroom situation and to improve the communication and problem solving ability of the learner.

이 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이들 요인들 간의 상관관계, 영향관계, 매개효과 등을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔, 요식업 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었으며, 금융기관에 대한 연구는 거의 미미한 편이었다. 특히 저금리시대와 인터넷전문은행의 신설 예고 등 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스 의 중요성을 인식하고 은행원에 대한 직무능력 향상과 사기진작을 위한 다양한 내부경영전략을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅 요인으로 권한위임, 경영층지원, 의사소통, 팀웍역량을 주요 구성 요인으로 보고, 이들 요인들이 은행원의 조직몰입을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 팀웍역량은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 조직몰입이 내부마케팅 요인과 고객지향성의 관계에서는 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the current status and effects of online discussion classes in universities. To this end, a survey was conducted on university students attending a total of four universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to diagnose their perceptions of the operation of online discussion classes and their effects. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, cross-analysis, F-test, T-test, and Scheffe test by applying SPSS program. As a result of the study, first, it was found that 'non-real-time recorded lessons' and 'real-time interactive video lessons' were mainly conducted at universities after the COVID19 crisis. Second, in the online class method, 'real-time interactive video class' had a positive effect on 'debate class preference' and was found to be more meaningful. Third, college students recognized participation in online discussion classes as a foundation for expanding creative thinking skills, suggesting that strengthening through smooth communication and exchanges based on learners' sufficient cognitive processes on discussion methods and procedures is more helpful.

Recently, the demand for mobile system is growing owing to the spread of smart phones to enable the real-time business process. This paper proposes the real-time facility maintenance management system using an android-based mobile application to apply to the facility defect/maintenance field for the apartment building complex. The proposed system model aims to develop the comprehensive management system to integrate the web and mobile system to lead to the realization of mobile office. The security measures required in the mobile system are technically analyzed and implemented on the system.
