수학적으로 생각하고 배우는 과정에서 의사소통의 역할은 지나치게 간과되었다(Greenes, & Schulman, 1996). NCTM에서 수학적 의사소통을 강조하고 있으나, 교실 수업 여건상 충분한 의사소통 경험을 가지기 어렵다. 그리고, 정보화 시대를 맞아, 교육에서도 ICT활용 교육이 일정 수준이상으로 의무화되었다. 또한, 인터넷을 활용한 웹기반교육이 확산됨에 따라, 효과적인 수학적 의사소통 방법이 요구된다. 따라서, ICT활용 수업 활동의 한 유형으로 웹토론을 고찰하고, 실시간 채팅 중심의 웹토론이 학생들의 수학 학습 과정에 관련된 태도에 영향을 주는지를 살펴보아야 한다. 그 결과, 즉각적인 상호작용이 이루어지는 실시간 웹토론이 학생들의 인터넷을 활용한 수학에 대한 태도 영역 중 학습동기 요인에 가장 효과적이었다. 또한, 실시간 토론을 경험한 학생들의 만족도는 매우 긍정적임을 실험을 통하여 확인할 수 있었다.

실시간 메신징 시스템은 인터넷을 통한 실시간 의사소통을 지원하는 간단한 응용프로그램이다. jabber 실시간 메신징 시스템은 오픈소스 프로젝트로서 BioPlace 협업지원 시스템에서 실시간 의사소통을 지원하기 위한 다양한 기능을 갖추고 있으나 사용자 부서 및 팀 작업장에 대한 정보를 표현하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 BioPlace 협업지원 시스템에서 사용될 수 있도록 부서 및 팀 작업장에 대한 정보의 표현을 지원하는 확장된 jabber 실시간 매신징 시스템을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop online synchronous discussion tool based on De Bono's six thinking hats and to investigate availability and improvements of the tool. Analysis of previous studies about synchronous online discussion and six thinking hats and development of design strategies from 3C model, communication, coordination, cooperation, were done. Six thinking hats online synchronous discussion tool was developed and applied four times for 5 weeks in the 'fundamentals of computer science' course of college students majored in computer science. Qualitative data from open-ended survey and reflection paper of students, and field note of participant researchers were analyzed. As a result, six thinking hats online synchronous discussion tool facilitated student's interaction and communication in the aspect of communication, coordination, and cooperation of 3C model. However, some improvements are needed to overcome the limits of text-based online communication and to use six thinking hats online synchronous discussion tool as a tool to promote structured interaction and communication.

시청각 중복 장애인은 타인과 의사소통에 어려움이 있기 때문에 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 시청각 중복 장애인이 타인과 실시간 의사소통이 가능한 팔목 보호대 형태의 Google Cloud Speech API 기반 점자 단말기를 제안한다. 점자 단말기에는 심박, 온도, 인바디 센서를 부착하여 착용자의 건강상태를 분석한다. 또한 타인과 실시간 소통을 위해 점자 출력 닷 셀 6 개와 점자 입력버튼을 2 × 3 형태로 배치하여 STT 를 통해 타인의 음성을 점자형태로 출력하여 읽거나 점자를 입력하여 TTS 를이용해 타인에게 스피커를 통해 의사를 전달할 수 있다. 이를 통해 시청각 중복 장애인들은 타인과 실시간 의사소통과 정보 취득에 자유로워질 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relation of day-care teachers' communicative competence and family-teacher communication. One hundred and fifty five teachers in day-care centers in Gyeonggi-do Suwon-si participated in the study and descriptive, correlation, multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows: First, the communicative competence of day-care teachers differed according to their age, education and career level and their type of institute. Second, the family-teacher communication level of day-care teachers differed according to their education level and their type of institute. Thirds, the communicative competence of day-care teachers had a statistically significant positive correlation to family-teacher communication.

전통적인 교수.학습의 형태를 벗어나 새로운 환경인 웹을 통한 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 대다수의 웹을 통한 교육들은 단지 웹 환경이라는 이름 하에 평면적인 의사소통의 한계를 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대한 대안으로 본 연구에서는 가장 대중적인 실시간 의사소통 프로그램인 채팅 프로그램을 기반으로 교육용 대화 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이 애플리케이션이 교실 내.외적으로 열린교육에 대한 지대한 관심을 쏟고 있는 최근의 학교 교육에 하나의 학습 도구로서 활용될 수 있음을 기대한다.

BioPlace 시스템은 유전체 관련 연구자들의 효과적인 정보교환과 연구 활동을 지원하기 위한 웹기반 협업지원 시스템이다. 현재 BioPlace 시스템은 정보를 교환하는 방법이 대부분 비동기적 이어서 실제 공동작업의 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 전달사항이나 수시로 변하는 정보를 실시간으로 전달할 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 있지 않다. Jabber 메시징 시스템은 XML 기반의 개방형 메시징 시스템으로서 실시간 의사소통을 지원하기 위한 다양한 기능과 타 메시징 시스템과의 연동을 제공하고 있어서 능률적인 메시징 서비스의 개발을 지원한다. 따라서, BioPlace 협업지원 시스템에서 Jabber 메시징 서비스를 제공함으로써 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 BioPlace 협업지원 시스템에서 실시간 의사소통 수단으로 사용될 수 있도록 Jabber 실시간 메시징 시스템을 확장하여 BioPlace 메신저 시스템을 설계하고, 실제 구동 가능한 서버와 클라이언트 시스템을 개발하였다.

There are many problems and limits in equipments being used for traffic-volume analysis in the country. And traffic-volume information acquired through existing equipments is not provided in real-time. In the case of urban, there are limits on guarantee of trust on comprehending a appropriate road-volume because of difficulty on analyzing traffic-volume density and time series. And it is difficult to applicate in deciding a road policy as existing equipments don't provide the control information of traffic-flow. Therefore, it is necessary to build a road-flow policy rapidly and accurately through the road-flow information that analyze post-processed statistics data using traffic-flow investigation based on real time. In this study, we developed TICS(Traffic Information Collection System) based on GPS which could transmit traffic information transformed from car location information to traffic control center. And we developed TCS(Traffic Control System) based on Web GIS, which could manage and analyze transmitted traffic information, and it could offer handled road-flow information to Web-site in realtime.

팀 프로젝트 수업에서 학습자들 간의 소통은 프로젝트 성패에 중요한 요인이면서 동시에 가장 큰 갈등 요소이기도 하다. 특히 비대면 수업이 장기화되면서 비대면으로 운영되는 팀 프로젝트의 경우 팀원들끼리 소통할 수 있는 기회나 방법이 더 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 팀원들 간의 소통의 원활성을 지원하는 요소에 대해 분석하고자 2년간 실시한 비대면 팀 프로젝트 수업에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 소통을 지원하는 여러 가지 방법들을 적용해보고 참여자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 결과를 비교 분석해보았다.

The college English teaching-learning model in this study is intended to effectively apply dictogloss activities to enhance competencies such as communication, self-directedness, and cooperation by upgrading the utilization of various online platform functions. Dictogloss is a language teaching and learning activity that combines four functions (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) of communication. College English classes in this study focus on communication-oriented integrated English education. In this study, the teaching and learning is an online-based English integrated teaching-learning method based on constructivism theory. The model presented the roles of learners and teachers according to the seven procedures.
