The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that constitute the memorable tourism experiences and to grasp the influence relationship between the memorable tourism experience and the tourism destination brand equity and the loyalty of the tourism destination. The scope and method of the research are derived from the survey data collected through the questionnaire survey for foreign tourists who are visiting Korea, the reliability analysis and the feasibility analysis are conducted, and the relationship between the factors is analyzed through regression analysis. First, Interested exotic experiences, experience with local guides, and local residents' hospitality experience were found to have a significant effect on tourism destination brand assets. The demand for specialized human resources capable of bringing about highly advanced logistics systems and the integration of logistics centers situated in local hubs, has been on the rise. Logistics industry requires more of a systematic mind set, endless innovation, and the navigation of uncharted waters than the logistics industry. This study lays out the reasons for the importance of developing human resources in the logistics industry, and then carries out an evaluation of the current state of human resources development in that particular field in Korea. This study found that there is not only a shortage in terms of the courses needed to develop the skills required to carry out the core activities associated with the logistics sector, but also that students' ability to speak English and Chinese, which are ubiquitous in the international logistics industry, was also wanting. There is a need for the study of logistics at the university level to be based on practical applications rather than theoretical ones.

As the size of the construction industry becomes larger, there are many tries to change the construction education for growing the pre-engineering who has many directly experience. However, architectural construction education, which requires a lot of practical understanding, is still limited to educational textbooks and field trips. Therefore, this study proposed the development of educational contents which can indirectly experience by combining smart media such as time-lapse, video and animation. Also, we verified the effectiveness of contents developed based on usability, practicality(fitness of education), necessity, possibility of commercialization. We will contribute to enhance the effectiveness of education through building construction education contents that take advantage of contents based on this.

본 연구의 목적은 청년 대학 졸업자 취업 성공 요인 분석과 수도권과 비수도권의 결정 요인 비교를 통해 대학의 취업 지원을 전략과 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019년 대졸자 취업경로이동조사 자료를 활용하여 개인특성, 학교특성, 진로선택 및 취업프로그램 참여, 취업 준비 활동 경험을 독립변수로 하고 취업 성공 여부를 종속변수로 하여 취업 성공 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 서울·수도권 대졸자는 개인특성 중 연령, 부모자산, 어학연수 경험이 취업 성공(+) 요인이었고, 대학특성은 2~3년제 대졸자가 4년제, 교육대 대졸자 보다 취업성공 가능성이 높았다. 진로선택 및 취업프로그램 참여 중 직장체험, 면접·이력서 작성이 취업 성공(+)요인으로 직업심리검사는 취업 성공(-) 요인으로 나타났다. 취업준비활동 경험 중 SSAT 자격증, 공모전 수상, 대외활동, 이력서·면접훈련은 취업 성공(+) 요인으로 졸업 전 구직활동, NCS 준비, 외모관리는 취업 성공(-)요인으로 나타났다. 반면, 비수도권 대졸자는 개인특성 중 연령, 부모자산이 취업 성공(+)요인이었고, 2~3년제 대졸자가 4년제, 교육대 대졸자 보다 취업성공 가능성이 높았다. 진로선택 및 취업프로그램 참여 중 직장체험, 면접·이력서 작성이 취업 성공(+)요인으로, 직업심리검사, 기업채용설명회는 취업 성공(-)요인으로 나타났다. 취업준비활동 경험 중 봉사활동, 공모전 수상, 대외활동, 모의면접은 취업 성공(+)요인이었고, 졸업 전 구직활동, 자격증, 외모관리는 취업 성공(-)요인이었다. 이를 바탕으로 4년제 대학의 비교과 활동 강화, 취업환경과 유사한 실무능력 배양 교육, 면접·이력서 작성 등 실제적 취업지도 프로그램 시행을 제시하였고, 봉사활동, 대외서포터즈, 공모전 등 취업처에 실무능력을 보여줄 수 있는 실무활동 참여를 지원하는 방안 등을 제시하였다.

방송예술 및 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 교육시키는 방송예술특성화 대학으로서 C3(Creativity, Convergence, Contents) 방송예술 창의융합교육 모델인 융합수업을 개설하고 전체 학과에서 신청한 학생들을 대상으로 교육을 진행하였다. 융합수업은 전공이 다른 학생들이 희망하는 콘텐츠 제작과정을 수강하고, 방송사와 산업체에서 실무경험이 풍부한 교수와 전문가들이 직접 콘텐츠 제작을 지도함으로써 고품질의 수준 높은 콘텐츠 제작 교육을 경험할 수 있는 수업이다. 즉, 재학 중 학교수업을 통해 미리 현장 경험을 쌓음으로써 취업 즉시 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 자신감 함양과 제작현장에 기여할 수 있는 융합형 인재양성 교육프로그램인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대학이 보유하고 있는 방송용 버츄얼 스튜디오를 활용한 가상 세트 영상 제작 교육 『영화담』을 제작하는 융합수업과 드론 항공촬영을 활용한 제작교육 『드론 탐사대』 융합수업을 실시하여 첨단 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠 협업 제작의 효과와 학생들의 만족도를 분석하였다.

In recent retail environments, multichannel customer management increasingly has been considered a key element of successful CRM. Although customer's multichannel usage is believed to be potential cause of customer loyalty, the theoretical explanation about this causal relationship still remains unexamined and unanswered. In this paper, the authors present a systematic framework to test the postulated "multichannel usage-shopping experience-customer satisfaction" chain. To this end, we examine that the two core components of shopping experience(convenience and enjoyment) is a mediator of the direct causality of multichannel usage(based on both information search and product purchase stage) on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the authors examine that two types of customer-firm relationship characteristics(relationship age and purchase frequency) is a moderator of the multichannel usage-shopping experience relationship. Using integrating data with survey and customer database of multichannel retail company, the authors empirically test and substantiate shopping experience's mediating role in the multichannel usage-customer satisfaction relationship and customer-firm relationship characteristics' moderating role in the multichannel usage-customer experience relationship. These results suggest that multichannel retailers should deliver favorable shopping experience for building customer satisfaction and differentiate shopping experience according to customer-firm relationship characteristics.

This study was to investigate the level of knowledge and adherence to EBP guidelines for hemodialysis among nurses in dialysis units. Self-administered questionnaire was used that data were collected. The sample consisted of 173 nurses who worked in hemodialysis units located in three different district areas in Korea. Using SPSS/WIN 20.0, t-test, ANOVA and Scheff's analysis were performed. About 98.8% of nurses in dialysis units had received education mostly from dialysis conferences or symposium. The knowledge score for EBP was 15.77 (out of 23) on average. Subjects with more than 8 years of work experience, master degree and those working in tertiary hospital showed significantly higher scores. Despite that there are internationally acknowledge evidence based guidelines for hemodialysis, the actual adherence to guidelines varies by experience, education level and types of hospital. The findings of this study can be baseline data for further research into development of strategies to enhance knowledge of hemodialysis nurses and utilization of EBP guidelines.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of workplace bullying among new nurses in general hospital. Method: Participants were 7 new nurses in 3 hospitals located S city Korea. The data were collected through in depth interviews with open ended questions from September to December. The collected data were analyzed using phenomenological analysis method. Results: The experience of workplce bullying among new nurses was verified into theree themes and 9 categories. Conclusion: Preventing workplace bullying which is aimed at new nurses is essential as a challenging issue. This study is significant in that it can be used as primary data when developing effective strategies and intervention programs to improve the nursing environment in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential causal relationship between unmet healthcare needs and metrics related to quality of life. To examine the relationships between these variables, the study conducted an analysis by processing additional irradiated raw materials of the Korean Medical Panel. The metrics related to quality of life included six variables: athletic ability, self-care, daily activities, pain/trouble, uneasiness/depression, and subjective health conditions. Linear regression analysis revealed that the unmet healthcare needs had statistically significant negative effects on all six quality of life variables. A review of the magnitude of the linear regression β values for those variables showed that the relative level of influence on the quality of life variables decreased in the following order: pain/trouble, subjective health conditions, uneasiness/depression, daily activities, athletic ability, and self-care. Based on the results, practical applications related to strengthening working-level links between health and welfare is considered an effective policy response to the continued presence of unmet healthcare needs; such applications could contribute to improving the quality of life of those with unmet healthcare needs.

Professional Engineers for Building Electrical Facility is required to have both theoretical background and field experiences as an expert for managing a building electrical facility. In order to cultivate many Professional Engineers with both theoretical and practical basis, it is necessary to analyze the past examinations and develop an efficient cultivating plan. In this work, we analyzed the tendency of past and recent 4 year's examinations and the relation of examinations to the university curriculum. We suggest some methods that supplement the gap between curriculums of universities and qualification tests. Also, this paper introduces some advanced education programs of the reeducation agencies for these areas.
