With the advances in and expansion of the semiconductor and display businesses in Korea the demand of the engineers in such fields is increasing. Keeping pace with the trend, the semiconductor courses in undergraduate not only include the newest technologies in addition to the fundamental theories but fabrication related technologies as well in order to produce engineers with practical knowledge. However, since semiconductor fabrication requires expensive equipment and materials in a clean room, laboratory class can't be provided in undergraduate. To overcome this limitation actual fabrication processes are recorded in video and played in class. In addition, 3D visualization of fabrication processes can be used.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop case-based self-learning multimedia contents for preventing malpractice that frequently occurred among nurses working in the operating room. Methods: Based on the learning needs of operating room nurses, real case reports, and literature reviews, the case-based multimedia learning contents were developed according to the instructional design procedure. The assessment of learning needs was performed by the combination of surveys using structured questionnaire and of interviews for 40 operating room nurses. Results: The learning contents included four learning modules with real malpractice cases from the areas of operating preparation, nursing skills during operation, environmental management of operating room, and patient safety and observation-related. The 80 minute long case-based multimedia learning contents were finally developed after content validity tests from clinical experts. Each module contained photos, sounds and flash animation with voice recording on the contents of nursing error cases and standardized protocols. Conclusion: The developed multimedia learning contents based on real error cases in this study can be utilized as an educational hands-on training materials for nurses to prevent malpractice in the operating room.

Today, one of the most important reasons that 3D software becomes a core part of the essential tools in the video contents field like the movies, animation, CF, motion graphic, games and etc. is that they can save budget of contents makings and can produce better effects than conventional methods like miniature, matt painting, extra mobilization and etc. and can save time and have the merit that they are not limited in space. In this paper, I analyzed IK(Inverse kinematics) system characteristics for the efficient education of 3D character animation particularly most used of 3D applications which is now supposed to be nearly necessary elements in game, animation, movie and contents. And by analyzing merits and demerits of each tool on Bone, Character studio and Character Animation Toolkit, systems which are most used practically in the various Inverse kinematics tools, I showed the result of analyses about the fact that educating which of the above three Inverse Kinematics tools is helpful and beneficial for the students for the efficient education in the university where should teach much in the limited time

Purpose: As an administrative organization that directly affects the safety and livelihood of the people, local governments are important to ensure the continuity of key functions in the event of a disaster. The purpose of this study is to review effective methods for establishing and implementing a continuity of operations plan to protect and maintain the key functions of local governments. Method: In order to improve the inefficiency of the ISO22301-based continuity of operation plan, applying the organizational-oriented functional continuity method and set up the planning method, key functions, required resources, and basic education and training forms, and apply to local governments and review their feasibility. Result: The proposed organization-oriented continuity of operation plan preparation method reflects the characteristics of bureaucratic local governments and makes it easy to prepare and apply in practice. Conclusion: Compared to the private sector, in the public sector, where work is organization-oriented, it can be a more efficient way to fully reflect the organizational point of view in establishing a continuity of Opertaions plan.

"Arts and Cultural Education Promotion Act" comes with institutionalization of arts and cultural education in Korea, and tends to mean facilitating occupational professionalism in historical perspectives. In particular, the nature of vocational identity of professional educators in arts and cultural education is the main focus of analysis and debate for human resource development. Accordingly, this study emphasizes the diversity of arts and cultural education practices and reveals that the vocational training of arts and cultural education experts should be based on various curriculum and programs which take an interdisciplinary approach. In this respect, excessive simplification of vocational identity of the experts may exert negative effect on the diversity and excellence of arts and cultural education. To meet the needs of the arts and cultural education, curriculum and training program for university level should be newly developed or revised through an interdisciplinary approach with the job analysis of practicing professionals.

In order to get the maintenance work for the normal operation of rail vehicles made safe maintenance training, which looked suffered direct physical train maintenance environment, gain experience to get out foster the practical skills, but experience the real maintenance in operational problems the maintenance procedures followed are difficult to be. So it can gain experience and knowledge of the actual maintenance work in safe conditions if you apply a simulation experience in a similar environment as possible to the actual train maintenance training can also reduce operational training costs. For a description of the current domestic and simulation programs of the railway sector it has been operating in overseas and is designed to train intensive training, maintenance and maintenance-related information is scarce situation. In this study, the contents of the theory of educational technology for effective training of train maintenance elements exhibit theory, theory of learning situations, designed to train maintenance training simulation through a previous study that investigated the problem-based learning theory.

세계화의 진전으로 사실상 국가간 장벽이 없어짐에 따라, 전문직 자격에 있어서도 각국이 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 국제적 기준이 필요하게 되었고, 이에 따라 UIA는 건축사자격에 대한 국제 기준이랄 수 있는 '건축실무에 있어서의 전문성에 관한 국제기준 권장안(UIA Accord on Recommended International Standards for Professionalism in Architectural Practice, 1999)'을 발표하였다. 때마침 WTO에 의한 전문서비스분야의 시장개방문화와 함께 우리나라의 건축사제도에도 일대 변혁이 불가피하게 된 것이다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 현안에 대한 신속한 대처를 위하여 UIA와의 관계정립이 필요하다는 판단하에 UIA 회원단체로서의 가입을 추진하는 한편, 구체적인 대안마련을 위한 연구를 진행하여 '건축사자격 상호인정에 따른 대응방안(1999.9)'을 발표하였고, '한중일 건축사협의회'를 설립, 3국의 공동대처방안을 모색하는 등 지속적인 노력을 기울여 왔다. 협회 뿐만 아니라 학회를 중심으로 한 건축학교과과정의 모델연구, 건교부와 건축3단체가 참여한 '건축사자격제도 개선방안에 대한 대응방안연구(2002.12)'등을 통하여 이미 5년이상의 건축학 교육과정이 신설되었고, 건축교육인증을 위한 인증원 설립준비가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화는 비단 세계화 혹은 무역자유화라는 현안에 대한 대응의 필요성 뿐 아니라 궁극적으로는 우리나라 건축교육의 질을 높이고 국제기준과 동등한 건축사제도를 갖춤으로써 건축사의 자질을 향상시켜 국제경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는데 목적이 있다 하겠다. 나라마다 건축사제도의 성립 과정과 배경이 다르지만, 대부분의 나라에서 건축사제도는 건축사단체에 의하여 운영되고 있다. 우리 협회도 최근에 진행되고 있는 인증원 설립을 위한 연구에 적극적으로 참여하여 주도적 역할을 담당하고 있기에, 관련 내용을 소개하여 회원여러분의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

The domestic Gifted education is evaluated to attain many achievements and to reach stable circle in short term. What about the present situation of artistic talent education which is one of the talent education areas, especially music talent education? The result of domestic Gifted education can be comprehensively understood by actually searching the present situation of diverse Gifted education areas. In this sense, this research aims to search the overall situation of domestic music talent education and to draw the tasks to be improved later mainly on the basis of important matters for efficient operation of music talent education. Thus far, many researches have been made mainly through quantitative statistical data or survey materials in the form of questionnaire. Meanwhile, this research tries to deeply understand the problems that have been superficially managed so far by collecting the voice of diverse practical staffs related to music talent education for comprehensive analysis and investigation. This research is meaningful in that it establishes the direction of more effective music talent education in the future by lessening the gap between policy and reality, intent and result, etc through diverse comprehension of actual situation and position related to music talent education and provides the basic materials based on reality to cultivate teacher and administrator and to develop curriculum.

A high-quality workforce is essential to delivering the high-quality care for the older people who are beneficiaries of long term care insurance. Providing adequate education and ongoing training opportunities could be one answer that may lead to the ultimate goal of improving the quality of long-term care services. Thus this study aimed to examine a workforce crisis and difficulties that care workers face in current education system, especially in contents and administration aspects and draw out suitable solutions or improvement measures. The focus group interview approach was chosen to reflect opinions of long-term care workers, directors of the education system in long-term care facilities and managers. The findings from the focus group interviews were analyzed by theme and classified into several categories by common subjects:'Training contents', 'Training environment', 'Administrator', 'Compulsory training', 'Care givers supply', 'Working condition'. Also, four content areas were presented as follows:'Job training', 'Dementia care training', 'Administration system', 'Workforce'. The caregivers demand very practical training programmes and trainers with a lot of field experience. Improving the working condition and treatments for them leeds to expand the opportunity of the on-going training.

A consistent agreement has been made among researchers with regards to entrepreneurship as a critical determinant in fostering and promoting start-up new businesses. Many prior studies claim that entrepreneurial education plays a significant role in facilitating and enforcing entrepreneurship among people, and consequently it leads to active creation of new businesses. This study examines practical effectiveness of entrepreneurial education being provided by universities for university students. The findings of the study are summarized as followings. The effect of entrepreneurial education was significantly influencing on entrepreneurial intention of university students. It also turned out entrepreneurial education delivered a significant effect on forming both entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy of university students. Mediating effect was appeared partially over the path between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention by self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation. Discussion and practical implication on the findings are addressed and provided.
