The Effect of Advanced Clinical Practicum on Clinical Competence for Nursing Student (종합선택실습이 간호대학생의 임상실무수행능력에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 4주간의 종합선택실습이 간호대학생의 임상수행 능력 변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것으로 4주간의 종합선택실습을 이수한 4학년 간호 대학생 128을 대상으로 하였고 임상실무수행능력 평가도구를 이용하여 실무능력변화를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 종합선택실습 전의 임상실무능력이 70.4점에서 실습 후에는 124.8점으로 증가(p<.001)되었고 직접간호활동과 간접간호활동의 모든 하위 영역에서 실습 후의 임상실무수행능력이 유의하게 증가되었다. 또한 상위 성적 30% 학생의 종합선택실습 후의 임상실무수행능력이 중간 40%의 학생에 비해 더 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p=.047).

2019년 북미 관계 주요 내용

  • 2018년 싱가포르에서 북미 정상회담이라는 역사적인 이벤트가 성사되었다. 2019년 1월 1일, 김정은 북한 국무위원장이 "미국 대통령과 언제든 또다시 마주 앉을 용의가 있다"는 신년사를 발표했고 트럼프 대통령이 이에 화답하며 이후 양측 간 실무 협상이 이뤄졌다. 그 결과 2월 말, 양국 정상은 베트남 하노이 2차 정상회담에서 마주할 수 있었다. 그러나 회담은 별다른 성과 없이 결렬됐다. 6월에는 갑작스러운 남-북-미 DMZ 회동이 이뤄졌으나 북한이 갑작스레 수차례 미사일 도발을 감행하며 북미 관계는 다시 교착 상태에 빠지게 됐다. 이후 10월에는 북한 비핵화 협상을 위한 북미 양측의 실무접촉이 스웨덴 스톡홀름에서 진행됐지만 이 또한 뚜렷한 성과를 도출하지 못했다. 양측 모두 현재까지 제3차 북미 정상회담에 대한 가능성은 열어놓은 상태다. 본 경제자료에서는 2019년 북미관계 주요 내용을 정리하고자 한다. 첫 번째 장에서는 하노이 제2차 북미정상회담의 과정과 내용을 정리한다. 두 번째 장에서는 하노이 회담 이후 북미 관계를 살펴보고 남북미 정상 판문점 회동의 과정을 정리해 본다. 세 번째 장에서는 스톡홀름 북미 실무협상 전 북한의 미사일 발사와 함께 실무협상 전개의 주요사항을 정리한다. 본 자료는 다양한 언론 보도를 근거로 재구성하여 제공한다

Analysis on Textbook Contents & Proposition on Direction of Textbook Writing for 'Teaching Practice' ('교직실무' 교재내용 분석 및 교재 집필 방향)

  • Recently, the criterion of teachers' qualification has been changed in Korea. 'Teaching Practice' was included new subject in the teaching training system since 2009. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the textbook contents and to propose the direction of textbook writing for 'teaching practice'. So the study contents of this paper are as follows ; First, it is to identify the changes of the teacher training system and the principles of collection on textbook materials. Second, it is to review the trends of the authors' character and the textbook contents on 'Teaching practice'. Finally, it is to proposal the direction of textbook writing for 'teaching practice'. For this study, the researchers collected 15 textbook published in Korea from 2009 to 2011. According to the results, the researchers to present the authors' number, authors' position, the system of chapter topics on the textbook. Based on these finding, the proposition of the textbook writing were present as follows: First, to change the criterion of national documents. Second, to collect the needs on the school fields widely. Third, to grasp the unique identity of subject that is isolated from the previous subjects, Fourth, it is to promote the joint writing form which is include professors and experts in the school field.

  • 수년 전까지만 해도 국내에서는 서지에 관한 관심이 거의 없었다. 그러므로 국내의 경우도 수출만을 전념하고 내수쪽은 관심을 갖지 않았었다. 그러나 근래 국내의 서지에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 대부분이 필요성을 느끼기 시작하고 있지만 하지만 서지에 관한 관련서적이 거의 없는 관계로 서지에 관한 연구나 실무에 도움이 될만한 자료가 없는 실정이다.

Effects of Entrepreneur Characteristics on Self-efficacy and Business Performance : Focused on Moderating Effects of Entrepreneurship Education and Experience in Business before Starting a Business (창업자 특성이 자기효능감과 창업성과에 미치는 영향 : 창업 전 실무경험과 창업교육의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • In academia, lots of startup-related research are conducted to improve startup performance. Most of them are concerned with entrepreneur characteristics, capabilities, and entrepreneurship. In particular, self-efficacy of enterpreneur is emphasized to improve startup performance in addition to entrepreneurial capabilities. Thus, the main research objectives of this study are as follows. First, the impact of entrepreneur characteristics is investigated on self-efficacy and startup performance. Second, the moderating effects of business experience prior to startup and entrepreneurship education are analyzed between entrepreneur characteristics and self-efficacy. Finally, managerial strategies are suggested to maximize startup performance via self-efficacy. 274 samples were collected from independent startups. The proposed research model and 17 hypotheses were verified with structural equation modeling techenique. The empirical findings are as follows. First, psychological characteristics such as achievement desire and risk tolerance positively influenced on self-efficacy. Second, business experience prior to startup showed significant moderating effects on self-efficacy with technological and marketing capabilities. and entrepreneurship education. Third, entrepreneurship education showed significant moderating effects on self-efficacy with achievement desire, risk tolerance, technological and marketing capabilities.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effectiveness (knowledge, attitude, skills of Evidence-Based Practice, and problem solving skills) of nursing information literacy competency enhancement program for nursing students. It is a pre-post design study carried out with a single group of 72 sophomores in a nursing college. Nursing information literacy competency enhancement program of 6 times (8 hours) was provided to nursing students. Our results have demonstrated that knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice, and problem solving skills were significantly higher in nursing students. In conclusion, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program was effective in promoting knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice and problem solving skills. Based on our results, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program can provide a basis for enhancing evidence-based nursing practice competencies and problem solving skills of nursing students.

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate patient's satisfaction and clinician' knowledge level about pain, nausea, vomiting, and temperature management of patients after operation by develop an web-based evidence-based practice guideline about pain, nausea, vomiting, and temperature control after operation in order to apply the guideline operation patients. The collected data was analyzed through real number, average, standard deviation, t-test and repeated ANOVA by using SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. The study subjects showed a significant difference in the level of knowledge about pain, nausea/vomiting, and temperature control after operation and patient's satisfaction, before and after applying the web-based evidence-based practice guideline.

  • The aim of this paper was to test the effects of simulation-based learning on knowledge, confidence, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence to advanced cardiovascular life support of nursing student. This study used one group, pre-post test design. The participants of this research were 35 senior nursing students who underwent training in the medical-surgical nursing education. Data were collected by utilizing the questionnaire in two separate occasions: before and after the simulation-based training. As a result of this paper, the improvements of the knowledge, confidence, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence to advanced cardiovascular life support were statistically significant. In conclusion, the simulation-based education has a positive effect on nursing students in the area of knowledge, confidence, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence to advanced cardiovascular life support.
