본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

This study aims to confirm the effects of the practical work-oriented educational program applied to the nursing students prior to the commencement of their employment on the ability of the newly recruited nurses in execution of clinical competency, critical thinking and turnover rates. It is a single-group pre-post design and non-equivalent control group design. As for the results of the research, nurses who participated in the practical work-oriented educational program prior to employment displayed an increase in their ability to execute clinical competency and critical thinking capabilities along with the reduction in their turnover rate within 1month after their employment. The results indicate that practical work-oriented educational program form the stage of nursing school years prior to employment at hospital in important and the practical work-oriented educational program attempted as a new means of management of human resources for new nurses can be used as a beneficial program at the time of the development of education programs at the hospitals ans nursing schools.

The reason why NCS education is conducted in college is because students are expected to improve their skills through practical education. In addition, NCS education is expected to have a positive impact on job competence and competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to explain the necessity of NCS education, and to analyze whether the education transition and practical performance are manifested. For this purpose, the research model was composed of "NCS Education ${\Rightarrow}$ Educational Transition ${\Rightarrow}$ Practical Results" and surveyed about 300 college students in the metropolitan area. If NCS education is necessary in practice, colleges and other educational institutions should plan to make NCS education operate efficiently. As a analysis result, it was confirmed that the internal consistency was secured and both the intensive validity & discriminant validity were confirmed in the validity. As a result of using the structural equation model, this research model was found to be suitable. As a result of the hypothesis test, it is analyzed that the standardization coefficient of the research hypothesis is above the appropriate level and the correlation is highly formed.

이 논문은 건강관리와 간호에 있어서 현재 발전하고있는 경향과 맥락내에서 연구, 실무 및 이론 사이의 상관관계에 관하여 논하였다. 연구-실무-이른의 삼위일체의 연결고리를 위한 접근의 다양성에 대하여 기술하였다. 교육, 협력활동, 파트너쉽, 협동임명과 교수임상근무, 실무에 있어서 이른 적용의 문제점 또한 언급하였다. 이론과 연구를 풍부하게 하기 위한 방법과 연구에 기초한 지식을 실무에 적용하기 전 실무환경에 적절하게 사용될 수 있게 부가된 검증이 필요하다. 또한 실무환경에 지식을 적용, 평가, 반복함으로써 체계적이고 계획된 변화노력이 이루어져야 한다. 세계화와 국제화의 시각 및 모든 사람에게 국경을 초월하여 건강관리를 증진시키기 위하여 협력적인 연구활동이 특별히 요청된다.

본 연구는 물리치료학과 학생들을 대상으로 근거중심의 학습을 통해 학습 이해도와 성취도, 실무능력을 증진시키고자 하는 연구를 실시하였다. 과학적이고 근거중심의 단계별 수업을 이수한 1학년 대상자인 17명이 연구에 참여하였고, 남자와 여자로 구분하여 강의전, 후로 나누었다. 성별에 따른 성취도 분석과 강의 전, 후에 따른 근거중심 학습의 효용성에 관한 특성을 비교하였다. 통계처리 방법으로 실험 전 후 차이를 검증하였고, 모든 통계적 유의수준은 0.05로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 근거중심 학습의 필요성, 학습 시너지 효과, 전문학술지 접근도에서 강의 전에 비해 후에 유의한 감소를 보였다. 향후 저학년인 1, 2학년 물리치료학과 학생들에게 흥미를 유발하고 동기를 부여하여 저널 탐색을 통한 임상 물리치료에 대한 접근도를 강화시킬 필요가 있고 이를 통해 이론중심의 수업보다 실무중심의 명확한 근거 위주의 수업을 지향해야 할 필요성이 있다고 생각한다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the degree of improvement in performance confidence and executive ability after conducting field adaptation education to dental hygiene students who start their first field practice. Thirty dental hygiene students were evaluated with performance confidence, indirect and direct evaluation of practical skill before and after the field adaptation education was conducted for 15 hours. Also field practice satisfaction was investigated after field practice. A paired t-test was conducted to compare performance confidence, indirect executive ability, and direct practical ability before and after education. Pearson's correlation was performed on the correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction. Linear regression analysis was performed to identify the influencing factors of field practice satisfaction. As a results, performance confidence, indirect and direct practical skills of after field adaptation program were increased than before that(p<0.05). The correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction showed that "education satisfaction" among the field adaptation education sub-regions correlated with "education content" and "support of field practice" among the field practice satisfaction sub-regions(p<0.05). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and management various adaptation education in the future as it increases the adaptability of the first field practice and increases the satisfaction of field practice.
