  • $\cdot$재생에너지는 환경친화적이면서 무한하게 공급되므로 지속가능한 미래 에너지원으로 각광받고 있으나 선행투자와 시장전망의 불확실성 때문에 정부 주도의 개발이 필요하다. 정부는 이러한 여건에 있는 신$\cdot$재생에너지 사업의 활성화를 위하여 공공기관 신축 건물에 대해 신$\cdot$재생에너지의 이용을 의무화하는 법령을 만들고, RPS제도를 도입하는 것을 검토하는 둥의 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 정책수립 과정에서 국민들의 의견을 수렴하여 충분히 반영해야 신규 정책에 대한 타당성이 뒷받침되게 된다. 이에 일반 국민의 신$\cdot$재생에너지에 대한 관심과 선호도에 대한 인식을 분석하기 위해 일반 국민에게 가장 보편적으로 알려져 있거나 이용 중인 특정 신$\cdot$재생에너지의 종류를 알아보고, 아울러 가장 도움을 주거나 우리나라 여건에 적절하다고 국민들이 기대하는 종류가 무엇인지 조사하였다. 또 거주지역에 신$\cdot$재생에너지 생산기지가 건설되는 것에 대한 찬반 의견을 물어 일반 혐오시설 건설에 대한 의견과 비교하고, 응답이 각 계층별로 어떠한 양상을 띠는지 조사하였다. 이를 통해 정부의 신·재생에너지 정책에 대한 국민들의 입장과 수용여부를 분석하고자 한다. 응답자 중 대부분이 태양열과 풍력 에너지라는 용어를 경험한 것으로 드러난 반면, 소수력과 바이오매스 에너지는 생소하게 느끼고 있었다 일반적으로 친숙한 용어의 신$\cdot$재생에너지의 종류에 대해 기대를 갖고 있는 반면, 생소한 신·재생에너지에 대해서는 기대 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타나 신·재생에너지 관련 교육의 필요성을 보여주고 있다. 또 여성보다는 남성이, 그리고 신$\cdot$재생에너지에 대한 사전지식이 많을수록 거주지역에 신$\cdot$재생에너지 생산기지를 건설하는 것에 대해 호의적이었다.

현장탐방 - (주)성아테크 가락시장 시설현대화사업 제1단계 신축공사

  • 가락동 농수산물도매시장은 지난 1985년 개설된 국내 최초 공영도매시장이자 연간 230만톤 거래 규모의 세계 최대 도매시장으로 서울시민 농수산 먹거리의 약 50%를 담당하고 있으며 전국 공영도매시장 물량의 약 33%를 처리하는 등 전국 농수산물 유통의 중추 기능을 담당하고 있다. 가락시장은 5,000여개 유통업체가 영업 중이며 하루 이용객은 13만명, 출입차량은 6만7,000대에 달할 정도로 과부하를 겪고 있다. 또한 도시 주거환경을 저해하는 혐오시설로 치부돼 이전 압박을 받아왔으며 전반적인 시설 노후화와 유통 수요에 부적합한 물류구조, 주변 교통정체 야기 등의 문제로 시설현대화 필요성도 제기되어 왔다. 이에 따라 서울시농수산식품공사가 지난 2009년 재건축을 통한 시설현대화 사업을 발표하고 기존의 시장 기능을 유지하면서 재건축을 하는 순환식 시설현대화 사업을 3단계(당초 계획은 2009년~2018년까지 10년 예상했으나 가락시장 계획변경 타당성 검토용역 결과에 따라 2025년까지 지연될 것으로 예상됨)에 걸쳐 추진키로 했다. 이에 따라 1단계 사업은 지난 2011년 6월부터 진행되어 2015년 2월 준공 예정이다. 본지는 가락시장 시설현대화 1단계 공사에서 기계설비 및 소방공사를 담당한 (주)성아테크(대표 정해돈) 이완식 현장소장과 시공사인 대림산업(주) 박승재 현장소장을 만나 현장 이야기를 들어 보았다.

A Case Study on Housing Alterations and Construction for the Elderly and the Disabled - Comparison among Korea, Japan, and Sweden - (노인과 장애인의 주택 신축 및 개조 사례 비교연구 - 한국, 일본, 스웨덴 3국의 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • Housing is the most important factor for the elderly and the disabled to live safely and independently. If they want to stay in their familiar community as long as possible, to support their stay in their house must be needed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the housing alterations for the elderly and the disabled. To accomplish the purpose of this study, three cases that had altered housing to fit their needs in three countries, were selected. In Korean case of alterations for the disabled, bathroom and kitchen were the altered spaces in the house. But active alterations were not done, because of the limited expense for the alterations and housing ownership, rented. In one case of housing construction for the elderly in Japan, there was no level difference in the interior. Two bedrooms were provided for the husband and the wife, because of the difference of time to bed. The sunroom for enjoying the outside of the nature was provided. In swedish case, due to the supports of the government and local authority, the house was altered at many spaces such as bathroom, kitchen, ramp at the entrance, elevator and so forth. In conclusion, sufficient supports of government and community services can increase the housing quality of people. The ultimate goal of housing alterations must be done not for the elderly and disabled but for all people.

  • Smart home system are being installed in the most new construction of building for the convenience of living life. As smart home systems are becoming more common and their diffusion rates are faster, hacker's attack for the smart home system will be increased. In this paper, Risk level of smart home's to do respond to intrusion that occurred from the wired network and wireless network intrusion cases and attacks can occur in a virtual situation created scenarios to build a database. This is based on the smart home users vulnerable to security to know finding illegal intrusion traffic in real-time and attack prevent was designed the intrusion detection algorithm.

A Study on the Non-residential Building Envelope Remodeling for Energy Efficiency (비주거용 건물의 외피 리모델링을 통한 에너지성능향상 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The slowdown of private building industry resulted in growth of remodeling market as a way to improve energy performance. Remodeling is considered more cost-effective and eco-friendly approach for energy efficient building than new construction. Since 2008, Seoul has promoted Building Retrofit Project (BRP) preponderantly to attract energy-saving renovation by supporting building owners to switch building system into energy-saving system when they remodel their old buildings. According to 2012 press release, 254 Private sectors participated in this green building project and annually reduced 41000ton of greenhouse gas emission, 14000TOE, which also result in 7.5 billion won energy cost savings per year. The paper focuses on the building envelope remodeling as a way to improve energy efficiency. Different components of the building envelope such as wall insulation, window, and shading, were applied to the baseline model and the comparison was analyzed to come up with the ideal solution. This study only assesses the building envelope as to suggest the way to redesign the better energy performing building. Offering solution focusing on the architectural feature is essential because it will provide basic information and standard when remodeling a building for energy efficiency, especially, for the nonresidential buildings used as rental offices.

Evaluation of the Lateral Influence Range on Temporary Structures for a Train Operating at 80km/h (시속 80km/h의 열차 운행시 가시설 구조물에 미치는 수평영향범위 평가)

  • In accordance with the urban development project, cases of constructing temporary wall structures for ground excavation in the vicinity of railway structures are increasing. In addition, the complaints about train vibration are also increasing from people living in large buildings newly built after installing the temporary wall structures. In order to solve this problem, a method for reducing train vibration is considered from the design stage of the building, and a vibration reduction system is installed on the structure when the building is newly constructed. However, the vibration reduction method established at the structure design stage can be determined through the results of field measurements or dynamic numerical analysis for a specific area, and there is a limit to evaluating whether the established vibration reduction method is appropriate due to the lack of objective research data. Therefore, in order to provide objective basic data when establishing a vibration reduction method, this study performed the dynamic numerical analysis for a operating train with a speed 80km/h by applying differently the depths of railway structures, the distances between railways and temporary wall structures, and ground conditions. It was found that the range of influence of a train operating at 80 km/h was within 4.5D of the lateral distance from the railway structure in the case of the condition where the temporary wall was installed.

  • Recently, apartment housing tends to increase 3-4% every year by economic growth and development of construction technology in domestic construction industry. According to this tendency, construction enterprises are providing high-quality and various residential space, and residents also want high-quality apartment housing without any defect. Construction company make efforts to decrease construction defects in order to satisfy all the residents, and to improve company value. However, it is impossible to have no defect in construction because construction works are combination of many different complicated process. Because of the responsibility for the defect, conflicts between construction company and residents have been occurred. This study suggests defects management method that can be used from defect register phase to defect repair phase with a function of smart-device of the high penetration rate. The effectiveness use of the suggested method might save defects maintenance time and improve resident satisfaction about construction quality.

Analysis of Sunshine Amount for Education Environment according to Installation of Apartment Structures (아파트 구조물 설치에 따른 교육환경 일조량 분석)

  • Due to recent urban maintenance project for the aged towns, the reconstruction of apartments into super-high-rise and high-rise apartment structures has been approved for concentrated use of land, and accordingly the infringement on sunshine for nearby residential area is rising as a social issue. Especially the educational environment conditions according to infringement on sunshine in educational facilities are posing many problems. Accordingly in this study, for such sunshine analysis of educational environment, Auto $CAD^{(R)}$ software has been used to construct the 3D model for the educational facility structures. And with the simulation technique, the windows and the schoolyard of the education facility were set to be the lighting standard surface to take measurements for the sunshine environment of the educational facilities by the minute from 8:00AM until 4:00PM for the sunshine amount by true solar time according to the movement of the sun. Also, the sunshine environment of the education facility according to the damage before/after new construction of apartments was charted, and through comparison with the video produced by sun shadow projection method, the sunshine amount of the educational environment could be verified. In future, it is expected to be efficiently used in the sunshine analysis of education environment utilizing such simulation techniques.

A Study on the Improvement of Green Building Certification System and Items in Korea and China - Focused on the Public Facilities - (한·중 녹색건축인증 체계 및 항목 비교를 통한 개선방향 연구 - 공공시설을 중심으로 -)

  • This research is intended to propose future research directions by identifying differences between Korea and China's public facilities at the time of introduction and presenting improvement measures by comparing the criteria for green building certification. The study focuses on the comparison of Korea's G-SEED 2016 and China's ESGB 2014. For data related to green building certification in Korea, refer to the Construction Technology Research Institute Green Building Certification Criteria 2016 v1.2 Guide for New Housing. A study on the Green Building Certification System in China referred to the Green Building Assessment Standards. Comparisons were made between G-SEED 2016 general building certification review criteria and ESGB 2014 public facility certification criteria, and certification methods, essential items and specialties for each area.

Effect of Open Floor Plan Design Property on Apartment Price (단위세대의 개방형 평면구성이 아파트가격에 미치는 영향)

  • The openness of residential space directly affecting lighting, view, and ventilation leads to the variation of open floor plan type in apartment construction project. This study intends to substantiate the effect to the apartment price by design property of open floor plan based on actual design information of apartment and price. The open floor plan type and associated design property, and actual transaction price of apartment have been considered as variables for analysis by the hedonic price function model and artificial neural networks model. Research findings indicate that the openness affects the price of apartment positively and the three sides open plan is the most preferred with the highest price. This study aims to provide the implication to the developer in planning and design stage of apartment and the purchaser seeking the suitable price by floor plan design.
