Quality of Life Scale for Adults with Developmental Disabilities - Development and Validation - (성인발달장애인의 삶의 질 측정을 위한 척도 개발)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to develop a quality of life scale for adults with developmental disabilities and to test its validity and reliability. For this purpose, the authors generated a initial item pool composed of 62 items based on the conceptual model of Felce and Perry (1995). The initial items were evaluated by three reviewers, and then the items were revised based on their feedbacks. Utilizing a survey questionnaire including the scale items, data on 430 adults with developmental disabilities were collected in collaboration with 33 social welfare agencies and residential facilities for people with disabilities. Through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and relevant theories, the qualities of each item were examined, and then the best 20 items were selected. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for the final scale was .87. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 5-factor model fitted the data reasonably well, In addition, criterion validity of each subfactor of the scale was successfully established, employing t-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis. In discussion, implications and limitations of this study were examined.

Development and Validation of the Post-bereavement Growth Inventory in Later Life (노년기 사별 후 성장척도의 개발 및 타당화)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the Post-bereavement Growth Inventory(PBGI) for the elderly and to evaluate its validity. The items for developing PBGI were compiled from a literature search, content validity review, and a preliminary survey. A main survey of 308 widowed persons(aged 60+) was conducted. The results were as follows. First, an exploratory factor analysis revealed six factors of the PBGI. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis supported a five-factor structure for the final 24 scale items of scale. Second, in terms of concurrent validity, the PGBI compared favorably with the "Personal Growth" scale from The Hogan Grief Reaction Checklist (HGRC: Hogan and Schimdt, 2001). Third, the results of contrast group validity tests demonstrated that the group scoring in the upper 30% on the scales of Psychological Well-being (PWB, Ryff and Keyes, 1995) and the Grief Reaction Inventory (GRI: Remondet and Hansson, 1987) showed a significantly higher degree of post-bereavement growth (PBG) than the group scoring in the lower 30%. Fourth, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values for the five factors were between .649-.856 and .907 overall, indicating high internal consistency. Finally, education had the most significant influence on PBG. All results indicated the high validity of the PBGI. The findings from this study could provide the rationale for practical interventions from a growth-oriented perspective for widowed persons, as well as an objective assessment tool for practitioners in clinical areas.

  • The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

Development of an Emotion Scale and Analysis of the Structure of Emotion Induced by Odors (향 감성평가 척도개발 및 향 감성구조 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop 'Emotion Rating Scale induced by Odors'and to identify the structure of odor emotion induced by odors. At first 37 adjectives that describe odor to develop a rating scale were selected. Subjects were to rate odor emotion on a 7-point bipolar scale. 304 subjects participated and were as a group instructed to rate odor emotion. 53 out of 304 subjects were retested to test for reliability of the scale two weeks after under the same condition and finally 25 adjectives were then selected based on high test-retest reliability and factor loading, high contributing to one factor. 24 subjects each in 10s, 20s, 30s & 40s were to rate odor emotion induced by 5 different odors on the scale developed. The structure of odor emotion consisted of 'Esthetics', 'Intensity', 'Romance', 'Nature'and 'Character'. The structure of odor emotion by age appeared quite similar but that by different odors was little bit different.

  • The rapid growth of e-commerce market and changes in distribution channels and consumption patterns have brought about the continuous growth of the domestic parcel service market. To cope with the growth and environmental changes of the parcel service market, parcel companies have made efforts to improve logistics process and construct an information system for customer satisfaction. Since they have focused on a high quality parcel service through a variety of information technology rather than price competition, the importance of logistics information technology has been greatly perceived. Accordingly, this study examined that how information technology and information system quality of parcel companies was perceived by customers and how it influenced parcel service use and satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study developed a valid and reliable measurement instrument for logistics information system quality and customer satisfaction based on literature reviews. Then empirical research was made through a questionnaire survey. As a result, six determinants of logistics information system quality were derived: economy, SMS information, tracking web-site information, stability, speed, and accuracy. All factors but economy were found to have positive effects on customer satisfaction in parcel service. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were also discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty and examine the differences and similarities between specialized and general merchandise internet shopping malls concerning the relationships of these key success factors. The structural model is tested with each of the sub-samples(i.e., specialized and general merchandise shopping customers taken separately) and the data from entire data samples(i.e., specialized and general merchandise shopping customers pooled together). The same research model was used in analysing general merchandise, specialized, and integrated internet shopping mall to reveal and compare the casual path constructs. In the analysis of path coefficients composed of separated taken sample, all research hypothesis is accepted and the model's goodness of fit also shows all high. In the basis of the previous empirical test, multiple sample method was used. Properties of the causal paths, including standardized path coefficients, the significance of difference, latent correlations and variance explained for satisfaction, trust and loyalty in the hypothesized model, have similarities in general. This means that the proper structural management concerned with customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty is very crucial for the success of all kinds of internet shopping malls. Following the model test, I conduct a test of integrated model's path coefficients. Statistical results show that all the hypothesis concerned with internet shopping malls were accepted like the separated sample test. Click and mortar companies should clearly understand and articulate the key requirements of shopping mall satisfaction, trust and loyalty and encourage to establish linkage and interactive relationship among the research variables. In addition, internet marketers are required to customize the interaction considering and adapting the patterns of internet shopping malls. Other interesting results concerning the strategies in internet shopping malls strategy are also presented.

Genetic Diversity of Rana catesbiana Captured on various sites in Korea based on mitochondrial ND1 sequence (미토콘드리아 ND1 유전자 염기서열 비교를 통한 국내 서식 황소개구리의 유전적 다양성 조사)

  • 1970년대 식용을 위한 양식을 목적으로 일본에서 수입된 황소개구리가 국내 하천과 호서생태계에 큰 피해를 주었으나, 최근 급속히 그 개체수가 줄어든 것으로 추정되므로 이번 연구에서는 국내에 서식하는 북미산 황소개구리의 유전자 분석을 통하여 개체동태군에 대한 유전적 연관을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 전라남도 지역에서 서식하는 황소개구리를 채집하여 이미 발표된 북미산 황소개구리와 미토콘드리아 ND1/tRNA 유전자 1215bp의 염기서열을 비교, 분석하였다. 북미산과 비교하였을 때 조사한 국내 서식 개체 모두에게 ND1/tRNA 유전자 1개 위치에서 염기변화가 발견되었으나 이는 도입 개체군의 유전자인지 국내 특이변이가 진행된 것인지 확실하지 않다. 또한 조사한 개체 일부에서 유전자 염기서열의 6위치에서의 변이가 발견되었으나 국내 서식 황소개구리는 미국산 황소개구리와의 유전적 차이가 거의 없으며, Kimura-2-parameter 분석결과 국내 서식 황소개구리 개체 내에서 $98.7\%\~100\%$의 높은 유사성을 보여 종내 유전적 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 보인다. Neighbor-Joining과 Maximum Parsimony 분석 결과, cluster를 이루는 개체군의 차이를 보였으므로 개체들이 분화되어 나온 시점과 위치가 다른 것으로 확인되었지만 장흥, 영암, 고흥의 개체가 국내 도입시기의 개체군에 속하며 광주, 남평 지역의 개체군이 고흥의 한 개체로부터 분화되어 나왔음을 추정할 수 있다. 이러한 결과로부터 국내에 서식하는 황소개구리가 도입 후 지역 특이적 분화가 일어났다고 결정하기는 무리가 있으며, 이와 같이 유전적 유전도가 높은 개체들간의 교배에 따른 유전적유전적 다양성의 감소가 최근에 관찰되는 국내산 황소개구리의 급격한 감소원인들 중의 하나일 가능성을 시사한다.년도) 18,756, 2045(년도) 22,595, 시장점유율 증가로 인한 수출액 증가분 누적(억원) : 2015(년도) 3,411, 2025(년도) 8,847, 2035(년도) 14,433, 2045(년도) 18,005 또한 시나리오 비교평가를 실시하여 본 결과, 본 연구에서 정의한 순편익 누적(Cumulative Net Profit) 변수를 적용하면 현재 연구비 추세 대비 $30\%$ 까지 연구비를 증가 시키는 것이 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.성, 생산 용이성, 제품 디자인의 우수한 정도가 a=0.01 수준 하에서 유의적으로 추정되었다. 이들 변수들 중에서 품질경쟁력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 측정변수는 제품의 기본 성능, 수명(내구성), 신뢰성, 제품 디자인의 순서로 추정되었다. 이것은 한국 제조업이 아직 산업 디자인이 품질경쟁력에 크게 영향을 미치는 성숙단계에 이르지 못하였음을 의미한다. (2) 제품 디자인에게 영향을 끼치는 유의적인 변수는 연구개발력, 연구개발투자 수준, 혁신활동 수준(5S, TPM, 6Sigma 운동, QC 등)이며, 제품 디자인은 우선 품질경쟁력을 높여 간접적으로 고객만족과 고객 충성을 유발하는 것으로 추정되었다. 상기의 분석결과로부터, 본 연구는 다음과 같은 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 첫째, 신상품 개발과 혁신을 위한 포괄적인 연구개발 프로젝트를 품질 경쟁력의 주요 결정요인(제품의 기본성능, 신뢰성, 수명(내구성) 및 제품 디자인)과 연계하여 추진해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 기업은 디자인 경영 마인드 제고와 디자인 전문인력 양성을, 대학은 디자인 현장 업무를 통하여 창의력 증진과 기획 및 마케팅 능력 교육을, 정부는 디자인 기술개발 및 디자인 교육지원의 강화를 통하여 각각 디자인 경쟁력$\rightarrow$품질경쟁력을 제고시켜야 할 것이

The Relationship Between Social Security Network and Security Life Satisfaction in Community Residents: Scale Development and Application of Social Security Network (사회안전망과 지역사회주민의 안전생활만족의 관계: 사회안전망 척도개발과 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a relationship of measuring method for the social security network and verify its validity and reliability and apply it to investigate the due to security life satisfaction. This study is based by setting general residents of Seoul in 2013 and using the stratified cluster random sampling method to analyze a total amount of 203 examples. The measuring methods for the social security network was developed through document research, conceptual definition and drafting the survey, experts' conference, preliminary inspection and original examination, verification of the validity and reliability of the survey. An experts' conference took pace to verify the validity of the survey, and 6 factors were extracted through exploratory factor analysis crime prevention design, street CCTV facilities, volunteer neighborhood patrol, local government security education, police public peace service, private security service. The conclusion are the following. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 18.0, and practice frequency analysis, F test, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. First, the validity of the social security network measurement is very high. Thus, the factors constituting the social security network were found to be crime prevention design, street CCTV facilities, volunteer neighborhood patrol, local government security education, police public peace services, and private security services, and the crime prevention design factor was found to be most explanatory. Second, the reliability of the social security network measurement is very high. Thus, the correlation between the questions and the sector, the questions and the social security net was very high, and the internal consistency showed a Cronbach's${\alpha}$ value of over 0.865. Third, the establishment of a social security network had the biggest effect on people in their forties. Thus, when the crime prevention design, street CCTV facilities, local government security education, police public peace services are systematically established, the social anxiety of citizens was reduced.

Exploratory Research on the Success Factors of YouTube Music Cover Channel Based on the Post Acceptance Model(PAM) and Flow Theory (후기기술수용모형(PAM)과 플로우(Flow)이론을 기반으로 한 유튜브 커버음악 채널의 성공 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore quantitatively the success factors of YouTube's music cover channel. Along the process, constructing and testing the measurement for music cover channel's characteristics. The research constructed the measurement items based on results of qualitative studies. To perform the purposes the study suggest a research model which integrated the Post Acceptance Model with five music cover channel's characteristics based on the recent case studies. The five characteristics were contents, video, creator, interactivity, and publicity. The characteristics were integrated with Post Acceptance Model. After testing reliability and validity the research model was revised then, the research hypothesis was tested. The research results show: first, it was found that the content characteristics did not meet the expected value of users. Second, among the five factors of channel characteristics presented in creator's characteristics have the largest effect on user's value perception Third, in the factor analysis process, the content factor and the video were loaded on the same factor thus integrated as one factor. Fourth, satisfaction and intention for continual usage were also loaded on the same factor thus integrated as one factor. The research results suggest that music cover channel operators need to enhance the creator's attraction, communication with user, and publicity in various ways.

Alcohol Intake in Relation to Cardiovascular Risk Factors among (Middle Age) South Korean Men (한국의 중년기 남성의 심혈관계 질환 위험요인과 음주섭취와의 관련성)

  • 음주습관과 심혈관계 질환 위험요인사이의 관련성을 파악하기 위하여, 1996년 한국 경북에 있는 도시지역 한 철강회사에서 40-50대(40-59세) 남자 근로자 3444명으로부터 공복시 혈액을 10m1 채취하여 혈청지질, 혈당, Uric acid를 측정하고 신장, 체중, 혈압(10-20분 휴식후 측정)과 EKG를 측정하였다. 과거병력, 현재 건강상태, 음주량과 기간 및 음주종류를 포함한 생활습관, 흡연량/일, 운동시간/주 등의 설문지를 작성하였다. 알콜 소비량은 양-빈도의 Index에 의해 측정되었다. 한국 중년 남자에 대한 음주량, 음주기간, 알콜종류등에 따른 심혈관계 질환의 위험요인 유무 정도를 알아보기 위해, 비음주자를 기준으로하여 비교대상군은 금주자와 음주량(2군) 등에 의해 3군으로 분류하였으며, 음주기간에 따른 심혈관계 질환의 위험요인 유무정도를 알아보기 위해 비음주자을 기준으로하여 비교 대상군은 금주자와 음주기간(4군)에 따라 5군으로 분류하였다. 알콜종류에 따른 심혈관계 질환의 위험요인 유무정도를 알아보기 위해 비음주자을 기준으로하여 비교 대상군은 금주자와 음주알콜종류(3군)에 따라 4군으로 분류하였다. 심혈관계 질환 위험요인은 기준되는 범주를 2개(Table 1)로 분류하여 2*2표를 이용하여 odds ratio(dummy variable로 처리), ${\beta}$-coefficient와 표준오차를 이용해서 신뢰구간(95% C.I.)을 구하여 유의성 검정을 하였다. 금주자의 정의는 과거 3달 이상 술을 마시지 않는 사람을 말한다. 연구 집단의 평균 연령은 $44.4{\pm}3.9$세 이며, 비음주자는 649명으로 18.9%, 금주자는 70명(2.0%)이며 음주자는 2725명(79.1%)이다. 음주자중 에타놀 섭취를 평균 100.5g/주(median) 미만인 군은 1239명으로 연구집단 3444명중 35.7%이며, 평균 100.5g/주(median) 이상 음주군은 1276명으로 44.5%이었다. 3444명중 1532명(44.5%) 이 맥주와 소주를 섞어서 마시는 사람이었다. 음주 양에서, 연령, 흡연 양, 흡연 기간, 운동, 음주기간, 알콜종류 등을 통제하여 logistic regression한 결과, 비음주자에 비해 중정도 음주자(${\ge}$100.5gm/week ethanol)의 확장기 혈압의 Odds ratio는 1.33배로 유의하게 높았다(P<0.05). 다른 요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 알콜종류에서도 연령, 흡연 양, 흡연 기간, 운동, 음주양, 음주기간, 등을 통제한, 비음주자에 비해 맥주와 소주를 섞어 마시는 음주자의 확장기 혈압의 Odds ratio는 1.38배로 유의하게 높았다(P<0.01). 다른 요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 반면에 음주 습관 중 음주기간에서는 연령, 흡연양, 흡연 기간, 운동, 음주양, 알콜종류 등을 통제한 logistic regression 분석 결과 유의한 차이를 보인 것은 없었다. 그러나 음주기간과 심혈관계 질환 위험요인중 수축기와 확장기 혈압과의 관계는 J 모양을 나타내었다 . 수축기 혈압의 금주자군은 비차비가 1.0보다 약간 낮고(Odds ratio=0.88) 음주기간이 2-10년인 군의 Odds ratio=1.14, 음주기간이 11-20 년인군의 Odds ratio =1.18, 21년 이상인 군의 Odds ratio=1.20로 비음주자의 odds ratio=1에 비해 점차적으로 위험이 높아졌다. 확장기 혈압의 금주자군은 비차비가 1.0보다 약간 낮고(Odds ratio=0.91), 음주기간이 1년 이하인 군의 Odds ratio=1.18, 음주기간이 2-10 년인 군의 Odds ratio=1.23, 음주기간이 11-20 년인 군의 Odds ratio=1.27, 21년 이상인 군의 Odds ratio=1.27로 비음주자의 odds ratio=1에 비해 점차적으로 위험이 높아졌다.
