PL시대의 제품안전과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 각종 활동 체계와 기법들 및 그 관련성을 알아본다 제품의 신뢰도, 가용도, 안전성, 그리고 보전성을 종합적으로 다루는 통합신뢰성 (dependability) 에 관한 예측 및 분석 기법들과 각 기법의 특징, 적용에 대해 소개하고, 이들 기법을 효과적으로 연계, 활용할 수 있는 안전/신뢰성/품질보증 통합경영시스템에 대해 고찰한다.

In the recent era of NewSpace, unlike high-reliability satellites of the past, low-reliability satellites are being developed and mass-produced at a lower cost to launch constellations satellites. To achieve cost-effective cluster satellite development, satellite users and developers need to assess the feasibility of maintaining mission performance over the expected lifespan when cluster satellites are launched. Plans for replacements due to random failures should also be established to maintain performance. This study proposed a method for assessing system reliability and availability to maintain mission performance and establish replacement strategies for Earth observation constellation satellites. In this study, a constellation reliability and availability model considering mission performance required for a satellite constellation, situations of satellite backup, and additional ground backups was established. The reliability model was structured based on the concept of a k-out-of-n system and the availability model used a Markov chain model. Based on the proposed reliability model, the minimum number of satellites required to meet mission requirements was defined and satellites needed in orbit during the required mission period to satisfy mission reliability were calculated. This research also analyzed the number of spare satellites in orbit and on the ground required to meet the desired availability during required service period through availability analysis.

도시철도시스템은 차량, 전력, 신호, 선로구축물 등이 유기적으로 결합된 복합시스템으로 고장 또는 사고가 발생하면 원인규명이 어렵고 사고에 따른 영향이 매우 크기 때문에 시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 철도에서 적용되고 있는 신뢰성관련 국제 규격을 분석하여 국내에서 개발하고 있는 무인운전 도시철도시스템에 이러한 규격들의 내용들을 충족하는 관리체계를 제시하고자 한다. 즉 기존에 적용하고 있는 신뢰성 관리체계인 IEC 60300, IEC 62278, MIL-STD-785B 등의 특성과 장점을 비교분석하여 도시철도시스템에 구체적으로 적용할 수 있는 신뢰성관리체계를 제시하고자 한다.

Trust affects marketing practices and purchasing performance in the context of buying and selling business services. Despite the importance the previous studies on business services have not fully investigated the role of trust and the effects of trust on buying and selling strategies. Additionally in-depth studies exploring the links between trust-strategies-performance have not systematically performed both in domestic and international markets. This study, in the context of purchasing business services, investigates the effect on trust of suppliers' characteristics and relational characteristics between sellers and buyers. This study also explores the effect of trust toward sellers and buyers on purchasing performance. The results of this study should contribute the understanding on the role of trust in purchasing and selling business services. Building and maintaining trust must be one of the major key success factors in the relationship between sellers and buyers of business servies.

In order to perform a probabilistic safety assessment (PSA), it requires a large number of data for various fields. And the quality of a PSA results have become more important thing of the risk assessment. As part of enhancing the PSA qualify, Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute is developing a full power Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) calculator to manage human failure events (HFEs) and to calculate the diagnosis human error probabilities and execution human error probabilities. This paper introduces the development process and an overview of a standard HRA method for nuclear power plants. The study was carried out in three stages; 1) development of the procedures and rules for a standard HRA method. 2) design of a system structure, 3) development of the HRA calculator.

This study investigates the credibility judgements of information by tweens using digital media and information. Particularly, the study focused on tweens' perception of internet research and information use and on their credibility judgement of source and message, internet service providers, and on consulting with others for their credibility judgement. The survey methodology was used to collect data from grade 5 and 6 students in two elementary schools whose parents are likely in middle and upper class. 336 valid questionnaires were collected among 400. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and t-test were used to analyze the data collected using SPSS 25. Findings suggested that tweens understood the importance of using smart media and computers, that they used Youtube, Naver, Kakao talk, Naver JisikIN much in sequence, and that they believed the Internet research was easy and fun. Using exploratory factor analysis, the survey questions for credibility judgement were classified into three factors: Internet service providers, sources and information, and consulting with others. Tweens used sources and information credibility, consulting with others credibility, Internet service providers credibility in sequence. However, it was interesting to find that there were greater deviation in answers on knowing how to find out the cognitive authority of the authors and on the importance of using current information. This study suggests the critical need for tweens' credibility judgement research for promoting critical thinking skills as well as for proactive educational practices in schools and libraries on information literacy.

This paper aims to empirically analyze the factors of difference in trust level for Internet-only bank by age groups. The purpose of this study is to provide clues and a research data in developing differentiation strategies that can increase consumer's trust by age group. In this study, above all, the financial consumer group was divided into the 2030s and 4050s based on age. The study explored the trust determinants of the two groups and compared the differences between the two groups using a multi-group analysis method. As results, in all age groups, financial consumer's trust was seen as a determinant of convenience, security and benefit of financial transaction costs. The difference of the determinant of trust between 2030s and 4050s occurred in the factor of benefit. Moreover, it reconfirmed that consumer's trust is later strongly extended to relationship commitment. These findings suggest that trust is of paramount importance to the Internet-only bank, whose market competition will intensify in the future.

This paper presents a method for analyzing the reliability of hardware electronic equipment, taking into account failures caused by radiation. Traditional reliability analysis primarily focuses on the wear out failure rate and often neglects the impact of radiation failure rates. We calculate the wear out failure rate through physics of failure analysis, while the radiation failure rate is semi-empirically estimated using the Verilog Fault Injection tool. Our approach aims to ensure reliability early in the development process, potentially reducing development time and costs by identifying circuit vulnerabilities in advance. As an illustrative example, we conducted a reliability analysis on the ISCAS85 circuit. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method compared to traditional reliability analysis tools. This thorough analysis is crucial for ensuring the reliability of FPGAs in environments with high radiation exposure, such as in aviation and space applications.
