  • 본 논문은 국산화 개발중인 GIL시스템의 장기신뢰성 시험방안을 검토 및 분석한 것이다. 개발될 GIL시스템을 실선로에 적용하기 위해서는 사전에 그 성능을 검증하기 위한 일련의 시험이 필요한 데, 본 논문은 그 첫 단계로 국산화 개발 GIL의 사양을 근거로 시험전압원 및 전류원, 시험선로 구성, 그리고 주요 시험항목 등에 대한 내용을 다룬다.

  • 본 논문은 폭넓은 전기환경 실증연구가 가능한 실규모 HVDC 시험선로의 설계 및 구축에 대해 소개한다. 국내 실정에 적합한 초고압 가공 직류송전(HVDC)선로 설계를 위해서는 전기적인 환경 장애를 일으키지 않는 환경친화적인 설계 및 건설에 대한 대안이 마련되어야 한다. HVDC 선로의 전기적인 환경영향은 주로 (+)극과 (-)극에서 발생하는 이온의 흐름에 의한 이온전류 밀도, 대전전압, 지표면전계강도 등 이온류(Ion流)의 영향과 초고압 송전에 따른 코로나 영향에 대해 검토하는 것이다. HVDC 실규모 시험선로는 요크, 특수 애자련, 특수 arm을 사용하여 철탑의 극간 배치, 도체 배치 변경 및 지상고 변경이 가능하도록 winch를 채용하여 절연설계 조건의 유동성, 환경, 지지물, 송전기자재, 경제성 및 운용의 효율성을 종합적으로 고려할 수 있도록 특수한 형태로 설계하여 각종 전기환경 실증연구가 가능하며 국내 환경 특성에 적합한 최적 극배치 좌표 도출이 가능하도록 구축되었다. 본 논문은 상용 가공 HVDC 송전방식의 적용에 앞서 현재의 상황을 고려한 전기환경 실증 연구가 가능한 실규모 HVDC 시험선로의 설계 및 구축에 대하여 기술하였다.

  • In this paper, a broadband power line communication modem and network technology to develop tests with actual characteristics of the underground power line communication channel to be interpreted. Length and structure of the underground distribution line due to underground distribution line to the broadband powerline communication channels to measure the amount of attenuation on the signal generator, spectrum analyzer, such as contactless coupler was used to configure the channel measurement system. Demonstration tests in the test line as a single line by selecting the longest high-voltage lines where the two-channel measurement and signal attenuation on the noise level was measured. Measuring results degrade communication performance can be quite sure that was the presence of impulse noise, long lines, the line length was confirmed by the high-frequency attenuation appears.

  • In the world the interests about a unmanned surface vehicle(USV) are growing up. However it is difficult to launch and recover a USV because of no men on board of USV. And it is more difficult in recovery than launch of USV. So in this research the heaving line launcher was developed to support the recovery of USV easier. And a mock-up was manufactured to validate for adoption to the USV. The muck-up is composed of launcher pipe, remote trigger, air tank, tow shell and heaving line. Tests in land using the mock-up were carried out. The forces by the heaving line launcher to USV were measured by a measuring table during the tests in land. In this paper the development of a mock-up of heaving line launcher, tests in land and the measured forces during tests are presented.

  • Composition Presplitting Angle Cut (COPA-Cut) is a newly developed blasting method for tunnel excavation. Contrary to existing methods, COPA-Cut first creates presplitting by tension crack in cut. In this study, field tests measuring the advance efficiency, noise and ground vibration were performed in order to verify the presplitting effect. To compare the economy and workability, tests were simultaneously performed by COPA-Cut and existing method on the same condition. Results show that COPA-Cut increased advance efficiency and decreased noise and ground vibration. Also, it was confirmed that COPA-Cut is superior to existing method in terms of economy, workability and quality control.

  • Performing thermal transient test on electric initiator with SUS 304 bridgewire(diameter 2.3mil) and $Zr-KClO_4$ primary charge and analysing the test data using Fitted Wire Model shows that the thermal characteristic parameter related to primary charge is changed sharply around $300^{\circ}C$. It is determined that this phenomenon is due to endothermic reaction from phase transition of $KClO_4$, which is used as primary charge, and to physical change of thermal transient interface between bridgewire and primary charge. With this results, useful temperature range for the parameter obtained from thermal transient test can be suggested.

  • Mutagenicity of white layer cake including 20 kGy-gamma irradiated egg white manufactured as a research on the practical approaches of gamma irradiation for the reduction of egg allergy was evaluated by Salmonella typhimurium reversion assay (Ames test). The water-soluble and organic solvents mixture of methanol: chloroform (2 : 1)-soluble fractions of the white layer cake including 20 kGy-gamma irradiated egg white were examined in S. typhimurium TA98 and TA100. Both with and without metabolic activation, the number of revertant colonies were not increased in each extract compared with negative controls. No significant difference in the formation of the colonies was observed at the non-irradiated and 20 kGy-irradiated samples. The results indicate that there is no evidence of mutagenicity in white layer cake including 20 kGy-gamma irradiated egg white.

Design and Ground Test of Propeller for 50 m-long Airship Propulsion (50 M급 비행선 추진용 프로펠러 설계 및 지상성능시험)

  • Design analysis and grow1d test on propellers for 50 m-long airship propulsion were conducted. The design analysis code developed by adopting the vortex-blade-element theory was applied to the design of optimum propeller at the condition of maximum flight speed at sea level. In order to validate the performance of the propeller, ground test of the propeller was performed, and thrust and torque were measured for several different pitch angles at static condition. The power coefficients and thrust coefficients obtained by the test compared well with the analysis results.

옥수수 전분 추출공정 및 물성개선을 위한 방사선의 이용연구

  • 옥수수 전분의 추출공정 개선 연구의 일환으로 메 밀 찰옥수수에 0-10 kGy범위의 감마선을 조사한 후 전분 추출시험과 추출전분의 이화학적 특성을 펴가하였다. 적정선량 범위의 감마선조사는 전분추출을 위한 침지시간을 기존 50시간에서 40시간으로 단축 시킬 수 있었으며, 환경기준 물질인 옥수수침지액(아황산용액)의 농도를 기존 0.8-1.2% 에서 0.2%로 크게 감소시킬 수 있었다. 또한 옥수수전분 추출액에 있어서 감마선 조사된 메옥수수와 찰옥수수는 비조사군에 비해 10-30% 이상의 추출율 증대효과를 나타내었다. 추 전분의 이화학적 특성시험에있어서는 두 시료 모두 감마선조사에 의해 alkaili number와 광투과도가 크게 증가 하였으며, 물 결합능력 및 swelling power는 다소 감소하는 경향이었다.전분의 색도는 조사군과 비조사군 사이에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 효소반응 시험에서는 감마선 조사량이 증가함에 따라 효소반응 생성물인 포도당과 환원당 함량이 크게 증가하였다. Amylograph에 의한 물성시험에서는 감마선조사에 의해 전분호화액의 점도는 감소되었고, 그 경향은 메옥수수보다 찰옥수수에서 더욱 현저하였다. 또한 감마선의 이용은 옥수수 전분의 breakdown ratio 및 setback ratio를 향상시킬 수 있어 식품가공에서 전분의 고존도 사입 가능성을 시사하였다. 시사하였다.

Genotoxicological Safety of High-Dose Irradiated Porridges (고선량 조사된 시판 분말죽의 유전독성학적 안전성평가)

  • Gamma irradiation at 30 kGy was applied to porridge to evaluate its possible genotoxicity. The genotoxicity of irradiated porridge was evaluated by Salmonella Typhimurium reversion assay, chromosomal aberration test and in vivo micronucleus assay. The results were negative in the bacterial reversion assay with S. Typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535 and TA1537. No mutagenicity was detected in the assay both with and without metabolic activation. In chromosomal aberration tests with CHL cells and in vivo mouse micronucleus assay, no significant difference in the incidences of chromosomal aberration and micronuclei was observed between nonirradiated and 30 kGy-irradiated porridge. These results indicate that porridge irradiated at 30 kGy did not show any genotoxic effects under these experimental conditions.
