In this study, there is main purpose to provide useful data in order to use the Hangul as a design factor. Also, there are two subordinate goals. First, to analyze standards as people estimate Hangul characters. Second, to understand people's preferences about Hangul characters and then, to catch formal features about that characters. In first result, It is known that people estimate Hangul characters based on four standards. They are neat, soft, cyber and plain standards. As second consequence, preferential Hangul characters have pretty, intimate, refined, soil, elaborate, forthright, tidy image. And they are square shape as a whole, less decorative, round edge style.

Object-oriented development has been generalized, but object-oriented project planning and scheduling techniques have not been studied enough. Furthermore, it is difficult to apply the conventional software management techniques to object-oriented projects. Especially, the large scaled projects are increasing, but the project planing techniques for these large scaled projects have not been proposed enough. In this paper, we propose systematic techniques for OO based project scheduling. We suggest a 7 step-process for deriving the OO project schedule from the use-case diagram which is describing the functional requirements of the system. The proposed process includes identifying use-cases, drawing preliminary chart through interdependency analysis, identifying characteristics of each use case, determining the number of iteration, assigning use-cases to iteration, considering available resource and constraints, drawing revised PERT chart. Each step has the explanation of the input, output, and the guidelines needed to perform the step. The project scheduling technique proposed in this paper ran be used effectively in the planning phase which the purpose is to plan a development schedule to yield the high quality software in minimum time.

With regard to Ieodo, South Korea and China argue that Ieodo belongs to their territory respectively, considering its history. However, both parties haven't suggested concrete evidence to support their argument. Even if they suggest corroborative facts, they are distorted or exaggerated like myth. Therefore, it is important by what side primitive title and effective control are exercised in settling the problem of Ieodo. The issue was to suggest coherence logic by finding concrete geographical facts in the East China Seat the time of applying a method of boundary decision followed by the marine act, namely principle of median line and principle of equidistance. China has argued that China should occupy most of continental shelf in the East China Sea on the basis of silt, a deposit of the continent. However, the base of the East China Sea is a part of Eurasian Plate. In addition, a geographical contribution to formation of the continent shelf by the Korean Peninsula is equal to the Chinese Continent. Ieodo is 'Island of mythos' in China, but is 'Island of legend' suggested by concrete facts in South Korea. Therefore, its cultural titile and primitive title are belonged to South Korea, before its historical title.

If the motion is universal over the differences between the ancient age and the modern age, and between primitiveness and civilization, It is required to be studied, which make it possible to discover the universally valid interpreting elements of various societies and cultural phenomena. The study on the motion, as a base of universal motion study on animation and character modelling is considered as a very important part. The sampled motion prototype was classified by the continuity and the synchronicity that is a basis of modular analysis and of motion flow. Koguryo's mural paintings in old tombs has been the heritage and the symbol of the nation's historical identity and pride in Korean history. Koguryo is obviously a part of Korean history, which are of Korean elements. Accordingly, the mural paintings that this study has explicated is the origin as well as the history of Korean visual animation history, while the analysed and restored motion prototype is a module of Korean motion with golden section proportion.

For quarantine purpose, we developed the RT- and nested PCR module of Tomato black ring virus (TBRV), Arabis mosaic virus (ArMV), Cherry leafroll virus (CLRV) and Grapevine fanleaf virus (GFLV). The PCR modules, developed in this study make diagnosis more convenient and speedy because of same PCR condition. And also, the methods are more accurate because it can check whether the result is contamination or not using the mutation-positive control. We discard or return the 27 cases of Nepovirus infection seed by employing the module past 3 years. This study provides a rapid and useful method for detection of four quarantine plant viruses.

This study examined the chemical and sensory characteristics of Altari Dongchimi with inoculation of Leuconostoc citreum IH22. Dongchimi was stored at room temperature for the first day and at 4$^{\circ}C$ from 2nd to 28th day. The pH was somewhat lower in Altari Dongchimi when first inoculated with Leuconostoc citreum IH22 than non -treated Dongchimi. As fermentation proceeded, titratable acidity of Altari Dongchimi significantly increased. The patterns of microflcral changes in both the inoculated and the control were similar during fermentation: the total number of bacteria increased at the beginning, but rapidly decreased right after the optimum ripening point. The hardness and fracturability of both Dongchimi's decreased gradually during fermentation. The evaluation of the sensory qualities showed that the sour taste and fresh taste resulted in similar scores in both Dongchimi's but overall acceptability of the control was higher than that of inoculated one with Leuconostoc citreum IH22.

With the introduction of ISDN network, the D channel protocol has bee defined as a signalling method for ISDN user-network interface. Therefore the NT2(Network Termination 2) which carry out concentration and switching function, must process the D channel related information. This paper describes how the D channel protocoal is applied and implented in a small ISDN subscriber concentrating system that has NT2 functions. The application protocol proposed is addressed taking into consideration the compatibility with ISDN standard facilities, TE(Terminal Equipment) or ET(Exchange Terminator), This protocol has been implementes using a general multitask operating system and it has the features of the minimized information processing and the simpified algorithm which are suitable for a small system. Its application programs are divided into various tasks to facilitate the addition and the modification of function. In this paper, we briefly outline the protocol defined in CCITT and show the application protocol that has fitted in a small concentrating system with NT2 functions. Also we present the experimental results and implementation method of this protocol.

Andean potato latent virus (APLV) is a phytopathogenic virus that belongs to the Group IV (+) sense ssRNA viruses of the genus Tymovirus. It mainly infects potatoes and is specified as a controlled quarantine virus in Korea. In this study, two primer sets of RT-PCR and nested PCR [set 2 ($404{\rightarrow}259bp$) and set 23 ($501{\rightarrow}349bp$)], were selected, which can rapidly and accurately diagnose APLV in quarantine sites. In addition, a modified-positive control plasmid is development, can possible verification of laboratory contamination in diagnosis of APLV detection. The PCR-base system developed in this study is expected to diagnose APLV and contribute to the plant quarantine in Korea.

Human Aichivirus (Aichivirus A; AiV-A) is a positive-sense single-strand RNA non-enveloped virus that has been detected worldwide in various water environments including sewage, river, surface, and ground over the past decade. To develop a method with excellent sensitivity and specificity for AiV-A diagnosis from water environments such as groundwater, a combination capable of reverse transcription (RT)-nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was developed based on existing reported and newly designed primers. A selective method was applied to evaluate domestic drinking groundwater samples. Thus, a procedure was devised to select and subsequently identify RT-nested PCR primer sets that can successfully detect and identify AiV-A from groundwater samples. The findings will contribute to developing a better monitoring system to detect AiV-A contamination in water environments such as groundwater.

This paper considers the historical background of the emergence of 'thinking-machine,' that has changed the ontological statue of human and machine. In particular, British mathematician Charles Babbage's Calculating Engines is examined as a material iteration of thinking-machine, focusing on the discursive process by which thought is not the faculty of human, but the function of machine. In Chapter II, I review the dualism of René Descartes who denied the possibility of machine intelligence by separating the substance of body and mind. In Chapter III, Babbage's philosophical assertions which emphasized the function of human associated with thought by rejecting the fundamental opposition between human and machine. Therefore, this paper verifies that the conception of 'thinking-machine' essentially causes the reorganization and reformulation of concepts involved with human identity, and provides the sophisticated sources to prepare new perspective on the artificial technology nowadays.
