To Reduce Problem Behaviors of Children with Developmental Disabilities Group Play Therapy Case Study-Focusing on the Daytime Protection Center Users with Disabilities (발달장애아동의 문제행동감소를 위한 집단놀이치료 효과에 대한 연구 -장애인 주간보호센터 이용자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether group play therapy is effective in reducing problem behaviors of children with developmental disabilities. The subjects of study were in special schools and 5 children with disabilities using short-term care centers for the disabled, The research period was 12 sessions of 40 minutes twice a week using winter vacation from January 2, 2018 to January 28, The measuring tool, K-CBCL, was used to observe behavioral changes qualitatively. The summary of this study is as follows. First, children with disabilities significantly reduced their aggressiveness, atrophy, depression, and anxiety, and increased their activity during each session. Second, problem behaviors decreased after the intervention of group play therapy, and there were more decreases in internalization problems than externalization problems. The results of this study suggest that group play therapy is meaningful in reducing problem behavior according to the individual characteristics of children with disabilities.

A Study on Drainage Capability of Large Capacity Outlet and Spillway of Dams in Korea (한국댐의 대용량 배수시설 및 Spillway 배수능력에 관한 조사연구)

  • Synopsis: This study has systemized the results of construction and classification with 656 large dams in Korea which were defined in ICOLD provision. Especially, checking up the drainage capability of large capacity outlets and its of spillway, this paper suggests the planning of outflow discharge with large capacity outlets and spillway in future. The results of this study are following as; 1. The classification by purposes in Korea shows that irrigation dams are 94% in rate(607 dams), jydropower and multipurpose dams are 2% (14 dams), municipal and industrial water supply dams are 4% (26 dams). 2. In design of proposed outflow discharge, spillways of irrigation dams were selected outflow discharge on 100 years return period, those of municipal and industrial water supply dmas 200 years and those of hydropower and multipurpose dams 500 years or 1000 years. 3. Emergency spillway should be considered in the fields of disaster prevention engineering and the rank of return periods for the emergency proposed out flow discharge was suggested. 4. Some of problems are suggested for this subject in future.

  • The purpose of this study is to activate Korea's coastal passenger shipping by improvement of the deterrent factors on the basis of field data collected in order to help stimulate it and enhance its competitiveness. As the representative model of this study, the "P" car-ferry liner was chosen, whereby various deterrent factors were observed in the course of the SWOT analysis and through the questionnaires. The major deterrent factors in summary were inflexible government regulations for additional ship operation, disadvantages of taxes policy, port facility shortages, non-allowing of ship's night operation, complicated and inflexible ship's operation controls by the concerned authorities, unreasonable divisions of steaming areas, and existences of obstacles on the ship's running routes, etc. which considered all are important to activate the liners.

  • Domestic maintenance strategies are shifting from safety assessment to performance assessment, and related systems and laws are being restructured to meet those criteria. In order to introduce asset management based on performance evaluation, related evaluation methods such as performance measures and level of service should be made to evaluate performance according to the characteristics of the structure, but these are not well-prepared in Korea. In this study, we present a computerized model and system for implementing asset management that introduces techniques such as performance evaluation, life cycle cost analysis, performance measures, and level of service in conjunction with existing maintenance and safety diagnosis procedures. The features of this system consist of three modules to enable separate operations of existing maintenance, safety management and asset management. The system is designed to be used as a reference for public institutions to introduce asset management in the future.

  • Today, many smart sensor's measurement instruments are used to check the safety situation of various medium and large bridge structures that should be maintained in the construction facilities, but most of them use the method of measuring and confirming the displacement behavior of the bridge at regular intervals. In order to continuously check the safety situation, various measuring instruments are used, but most of them are not able to measure and measure the displacement and behavior of main construction structures at regular intervals. In this study, GNSS and environment smart sensors and drone's image data are transmitted to wireless network so that risk of many bridge's structures can be detected beforehand. As a result, by diagnosing the fine displacement of the bridge in real time and its condition, reinforcement, repair and disaster prevention measures for the structural parts of the bridges, which are expected to be dangerous, and various disasters and accidents can be prevented, and disaster can be prevented could suggest a new alternative.

  • With progress in industrialization, facilities for generating, delivering, and receiving high levels of electric power are in great demand. The scale of electric power equipment is increasing in both size and complexity. This has contributed to the development of our modern, high-tech and information-based society. However, if the generation of electric power is suspended due to unexpected accidents at power facilities or power stations, a range of equipment the operations of which are dependent on electric power can be damaged, causing substantial socioeconomic losses in an industrial society. A great deal of time and money would be expended to repair damaged facilities at a power station, causing enormous economic loss. In order to detect the deterioration processes of power cables, and to prevent the destruction of power cables, the operation status of power cables should be monitored on a regular basis. We studied the method in order to improve accuracy and reliability for diagnosising the junction where accident occurs frequently. We present the method of data acquisition and statistical processing.

Development of a Smartphone-based Total Bilirubin Measuring System for Screening of Jaundice (황달 선별검사를 위한 스마트폰 기반의 총빌리루빈 측정시스템의 개발)

  • Hyperbilirubinemia is the most common neonatal disease and is observed in about 80% of newborns worldwide in neonatal period within a week after birth. Untreated infant hyperbilirubinemia may lead to brain damage and even death, so it is very important to diagnose it quickly and accurately. In this study, a total bilirubin measurement system was developed that is portable and easy to use without pre-processing using a commercial smartphone. This system measures using the LED and camera of the smartphone without the need for additional devices, and because a small amount of blood is injected without pre-treatment, anyone can easily measure it in the field. In a comparative study with Cobas c111 results, accuracy meets CLIA guidelines with 94% (17/18) within ±0.4 mg/dL below 3 mg/dL and 98% within ±20% above 3 mg/dL (276/282). This system offers a simple, fast and accurate diagnosis for jaundice in infants and young children in low-resource settings.

Awareness of Patient-Centeredness and Transitional Care Services for Older Patients Among Primary Care Physicians in Korea (일차진료 의사들의 환자중심성 및 노인환자 대상 전환기 돌봄서비스 인식)

  • 목적: 병원에서 재가 및 시설로 퇴원한 환자가 지역사회에서 건강을 유지하기 위해서는 전환기 돌봄서비스(Transitional care services)가 필요하다. 이를 위해 지역사회 내 의료서비스와 자원을 연계하는 주치의의 역할이 중요시된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 일차진료 의사들의 환자중심성에 대한 인식을 파악하여 환자중심 기반의 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 정책을 제시하였다. 또한 Transitional Care Service에 대한 일차진료 의사들의 인식을 확인하고 인구사회학적 요인과의 관계를 확인함으로써 서비스 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구는 전국의 가정의학과, 내과, 신경과 등 노인 질환과 관련 있는 과의 전문의 자격증이 있으며 자발적으로 온라인 설문조사에 참여할 의사를 표현한 일차진료 의사 259명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 환자중심성 및 전환기 돌봄서비스에 대한 인식을 살펴보기 위해 구조화된 설문지를 개발하였으며, 조사전문업체를 통해 2019년 10월 28일부터 2019년 11월 22일까지 온라인으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 결과: 본 연구에 대한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일차진료 의사들을 대상으로 9가지 전환기 돌봄서비스 인식에 대해 살펴본 결과 "입원 시 진단, 건강상태, 치료계획 및 결과 에 대한 설명(4.4)"과 "퇴원 후 자가 건강관리를 위한 정보 및 훈련 (4.2)"에 대한 필요성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 35세 이상 일차진료 의사가 34세 이하 일차진료 의사보다 전환기 돌봄서비스에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(F=7.3, p<0.01). 또한, 환자중심성에 대한 인식이 높을수록, 연령이 높을수록, 서울 외 지역에서 근무할수록 전환기 돌봄서비스에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 일차의료를 제공하는 의료진들을 위한 교육프로그램과 지역사회에서 일차의료 의사들을 중심으로 하는 지역 연계 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Automated Maintenance Unmanned Monitoring System Using Intelligent Power Control System (지능형 전원제어장치를 이용한 자동화 유지보수 무인감시시스템)

  • Failure and malfunction of the unmanned surveillance facility cost can lead to delays occurring until the person in charge arrives at the unmanned surveillance facility, and theft, damage, and information leakage damage caused by intruders. In addition, due to equipment failure and malfunction, additional costs are incurred due to constant inspection by the manager. In this paper, in order to compensate for the malfunction of unmanned facility costs, we propose a system that diagnoses the monitoring facility in real time, displays the contents of the problem, automatically restores the facility power, and informs the person in charge of the situation by text message. The proposed system is a surveillance facility consisting of main facilities such as video equipment (CCTV), sound equipment, floodlights, etc. And SMS server that can send text messages in real time. Through experiments, the effectiveness of the proposed system was verified.

Probabilistic External Flood Hazard Assessment at Major National Facilities (국가주요시설물에 대한 확률론적 외부 침수 재해도 평가)

  • 본 연구에서는 LIP에 의한 극한강우로부터 발생되는 극한홍수량을 산정한다. Huff 형 강우시간 분포를 기후변화 시나리오별로 적용하고, 원전주변지역에서의 상세한 토지이용조건의 변화를 고려하여 빈도별 홍수량을 산정한다. 외부침수해석의 정교화를 위한 상세 지형자료를 구축하고, 원자력발전소 부지의 상세 DEM 자료를 생성한다. 이를 위해서 원자력발전소 부지에서 건물, 연석, 도로 등의 영향을 분석하고 토지이용상황에 따른 조도계수를 산정한다. 또한 원전지역에서의 외부침수재해도 분석을 위해서 국립해양조사원에서 검토한 기후변화를 고려한 조위분석 자료를 외부경계조건으로 설정한 후 부지에 대한 2차원 수리분석을 실시한다. 침수심, 침수유속, 침수시간, 침수동압력 분석 등 2차원 침수해석결과를 바탕으로 발생빈도별 침수심, 침수강도 등의 정량적인 분석을 통해서 빈도별 재해도 곡선을 개발한다. 그리고 원전지역에서의 외부 침수에 대한 대표적인 재해도 곡선을 산정하기 위하여 재현기간별 지속시간에 따른 침수심을 분석하고 정리한다. 재현기간별 침수심에 대해 확률 분포형을 적용하기 위해서 AIC검증을 통한 분포형의 적합성을 분석을 실시한다. 또한 재현기간별 지속시간에 따른 침수심들 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 분포형에 적용한다. 적용된 분포형을 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션을 통한 대표적인 확률론적 외부 침수 재해도 곡선을 산정한다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 원전 부지 및 그 부속 시설물(SSC)의 홍수방지 기능과 홍수 대비 시설물에 대한 적용 절차의 신뢰성, 홍수 저감 및 대응 전략에 대한 정량화가 가능하여 원전 홍수 위험에 대한 정량적인 평가 지원이 가능하겠다. 고려할 외부 홍수와 관련된 원전 내부시설 및 장비에 대한 상세한 모델링 절차, 특정 시나리오에 대한 홍수 방지 및 예방과 관련한 SSC의 정량화, 홍수저감 활동과 관련된 통제실 외부 시설물에 대한 수동 조작에 대한 평가가 이루어질 수 있겠다.
