  • Plan of Logistics facility and Management of Freight trucks need for Efficient Improvement of Urban Goods Movement. For this, it need to clear flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks on urban space. Therefor, The purpose of this study is to clear space flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks as base data for Plan of Urban Goods Movement on Incheon city. Incheon city is selected because it is at sea & air ports and carries out various Activity of Urban Goods Movement. As the result of this study, it understands and analyzes Characteristic on flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks. Through this study, we'll expect that this results could be contributed in the understand of actual conditions of Freight volume and freight trucks and the basic data for Improvement of urban goods movement and the management policy of freight trucks in urban goods movement.

  • 무심천에는 2002년부터 자연형 하천정비사업에 착수하면서 저수로, 저수로 하안, 고수부지 등 하도내에 여러 자연형 하천 공법과 함께 시설들을 설치하였다. 본 모니터링 조사사업은 '무심천 살리기'의 일환으로 이루어진 하천종합조사사업으로써 무심천의 수리/수환경 변화와 생태계의 변화를 조사를 통해 생태 수환경 수리특성 등 생태복원에 필요한 기초자료를 축적하고, 필요한 공법 등 향후 추진될 무심천 하천정비 및 관리에 반영하기 위하여 저수량, 홍수량, 생태계 및 하천공법 등에 대한 조사 및 분석을 전문가, 시민참여 그리고 공무원이 함께 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무심천을 친자연형 하천으로 복원하기 위하여 실시한 친자연형공법에 대하여 모니터링을 실시하고 얻은 수리/공학적 그리고 생태적 성과물을 자연형하천정비사업에 피드백시키는 자연형 하천관리방안에 대하여 논하였다. 무심천의 친자연형하천관리를 위하여 하천의 3대기능과 관련한 항목을 이용하여 평가지표를 설정하고, 평가를 하고 자연형 하천공법 등급을 I-V로 구분하여 하천관리를 위한 기준으로 사용하였다. 평 저수시 무심천 본류와 지류에 대한 유량측정을 실시하고, 하천유지유량을 산정하였다. 저수/고수호안, 하상, 둔치에 대한 조사분석을 실시하고 관리방안을 제시하여 무심천을 점차 자연형하천으로 변화시키고 있다. 또한 생태계의 적응관리로 하천식생을 유지하기 위한 관리를 실시하고, 유해식물과 외래식물을 제거하고, 하도내 직경이 10(m) 이상되는 버드나무 수목에 밑둥치기를 실시하여 치수기능의 저해를 방지하였다.

  • After the middle of 90's, the eco rivers maintenance enterprise was propelled about city rivers. The environmental function is more emphasized because of revising the rivers law enforced at 2008.4. Also, the field of application is being magnified. It is difficult to apply that the conceptual public work expense estimating model of the rivers which adjusts a focus at open channel rivers excepts the small-scale rivers maintenance public work. The research presents a eco rivers public work conceptual public work expense estimating model frame work. It suits the change of the rivers environmental renewal construction paradigm. It develops the conceptual public work expense estimating plan of the rivers at the planning phase using the collection and analysis of the data. As a result, riffle, spur dyke, stepping stones, fish way and etc are added. Consequently, it brings the hydrophilic function is considered seriously conceptual public work expense estimating model of the eco rivers.

  • The scheduling of planned maintenance problem of a system consisting of a number of components was studied. The purpose of maintenance scheduling is to minimize the cost of maintaining long-term operations. On the system side, the cost of a system shutdown can be minimized by grouping and inspecting a number of components. In addition, proper inspection cycles can be selected for each component to identify the failure sufficiently early to minimize the cost of the failure. To reduce the complexity of the calculations, the 'base interval approach' used in previous studies was applied and, in addition, the inspection cost savings from simultaneous inspections of multiple components were considered. To compare the effectiveness of inspection cost savings, this paper presents the results of simulation analysis performed by referring to the cases in the existing studies.

  • This paper studies the problem seeking an efficient operational scheduling for battle ships in the Republic of Korea's navy. The ships' availability means that their main systems such as weapons, navigation and propulsion are in full operational readiness. If some of the major systems are not ready, then the ships should not be available for operations. It is required to maintain a high level availability under the limited resources as it determines the strength of ROK's navy. However, it will result in inefficiencies if some ships are operated without proper maintenance only to improve their availability. Thus, this study suggests the operational scheduling for two squadron ships that considers multiple objectives such as availability, overlapping maintenance, and deviation from available ships in a particular week. We applied NSGA-II algorithm to find better solutions for more efficient scheduling. The experiment result reached an efficient solutions after 1,500 generations. Two efficient operational schedules were compared on the basis of three multiple objectives among them.

  • The government has routinely made efforts to improve the living environment and infrastructure of less-developed areas through large area urban remodeling projects, which are in themselves attempts to overcome the disadvantages of piecemeal local area development. Such projects are very complex, and various stakeholders are involved. However, the data on such projects has not been well managed, and has not lent itself to being easily adopted to similar projects. In addition, there are numerous fragmented mega-projects that seem to be performed based on "rules of thumb" To address this issue, the work process of many urban and residence project types should be standardized otherwise the participants will be confused to work properly. In particular, typical residents who lack knowledge about building redevelopment, building remodeling, urban environment improvement projects, and the like think that it is difficult to establish the preparation committees and association committees for the projects. Therefore, we examined previous researches related to the urban and building renovation to solve the prescribed present problems. This paper presents the three necessary research performances: first, we analyzed the administrative work process in the related laws; second, we examined the practical work process of the preparation committee and association committee stages; and finally we deduced the problem and presented the required improvements.

A Study on Information Security Policy in the era of Smart Society (스마트시대 정보보호정책에 관한 연구)

  • This study will propose the policy priorities of cyber information security by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey. The policy categories for AHP survey consist in the foundation of information security and activity of information security(1st hierarchy). In the second hierarchy, the foundation of information security was classified into laws-system, human resources, h/w-s/w technology and sociocultural awareness. And the activity of information security was divided into infrastructure protection, privacy protection, related industry promotion, and national security. Information policy alternatives were composed of 16 categories in the third hierarchy. According to the AHP result, in the perspective of policy importance, the modification of related laws was the first agenda in the policy priority, better treatment of professionals was the second, and the re-establishment of policy system was the third. In the perspective of policy urgency, the re-establishment of policy system was the first item, the modification of related laws was the second, and better treatment of professionals is the third.

  • Contributed acceptance system is causing problems with the usefulness and follow-up services and the like, other than the origin purpose which needs to be operated as rational adjustment method between the public interest and the private. Accordingly, this study has examine the problems by analyzing the present condition of practical public facilities and has the purpose on drawing the improvements by conducting consciousness survey from in substance users. The problems drawn from the analysis and the survey are location and position of the public facilities by reason of making public facilities at leftover land, the awareness and use as in-site facilities, creating street facilities without considering the use and safety of the users, follow-up service issues and the usefulness issues by creation without considering the surrounding conditions. The proposal of improvements for efficient operation by each problems are devising plans by considering location and position of the facilities for utilization and usefulness, secondly the necessity of the public relations for the improvements of the utilization of public facilities. thirdly, conducting the legal obligation by installing direction boards for its awareness of public facilities and delegating operation of facilities to public corporations such as SH, LH and inhabitants for efficient follow-up services, lastly, establishing the public facility map service which could figure out the surrounding conditions of public facilities to utilize for the contributed acceptance.

  • The gate of university can be the first impression of the University itself and most important advertising structure which is more than just a structure that people pass by. It can also be the medium that connects the outside with the inside of the campus. Therefore, many universities are willing to have a unique and symbolic gate of their own. Recently, university representatives have become interested in arranging external areas of the campus. At this respect, studying and researching university gates and surroundings facilities must be realized. We visited 104 different universities gates to research and survey people about what they think of the internal and external individuality of each gate. According to these researches we established a full data base of 24 types of classifications, 5 characteristic forms of each shapes, 8 forms of the symbolic characteristics of university gates and 10 surroundings facilities of the university gates.

  • Kimpo international airport logistics complex had been the most busiest airfreight gateway in Korea during last century but, after the grand open of Incheon international airport in 2001, it had lost its major role as a national airfreight hub facilities. However, owing to its locational advantages in Seoul metropolitan area. Kimpo airport logistics park still acts like an urban logistics distribution center in these days. Caused by the KAC's profit oriented policies, the Kimpo airport logistics park's public function as an urban distribution center might be curtailed in the future. Therefore, several laws and ordinances related to national and regional logistics strategies should be modified to prevent it.
