선박안전운항을 위하여 설치하여 운영 중인 항로표지시설은 도서벽지 설치 운영에 따른 다양한 위해요소(기상, 접근성 등)로 인해 유지보수가 매우 어려운 시스템이다. 따라서, 최근 사례 및 기술검토를 통해 보다 안정적이고 체계적으로 운영이 가능할 수 있도록 항로표지 운영개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 민간 직업훈련 기관의 훈련생 모집에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 훈련 등록한 대상들에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 접근성 요인(교통편, 주차장 등), 시설 요인(교실 크기, 시설 환경 등), 상담자 역량 요인(응대 태도, 서비스 지식, 상담 Skill 등), 비용적 요인(훈련비, 훈련비 지원 유무 등), 교육 요인(교육 편성 내용, 강사진 등)으로 나누고 각 요인들이 훈련 등록에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하였다.

In this study, the factors of the industrial complexes were analyzed in a comprehensive review, and the research model was developed and related variables were adopted to the purpose of this study. Also, the determinants of location are analyzed by three factors of infrastructure stabilization, industrial resource access, and residential neighborhood factors. For the analysis of this study, the hypothesis was analyzed through the path analysis of the SEM through the set hypotheses based on the research model. As a result of analysis, it is analyzed that TI factors and RA factors of infrastructure, IF group, are both influenced by industrial location. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation in the analysis between the parameters of the NEF and the determinants of industrial location. The results of this study are expected to provide useful guidelines for industrial infrastructure development and industrial complex development projects at national and local government.

Over the past decade, the environment around libraries for the disabled has been greatly improved. Related legislation was established, facilities and facilities expanded, and the number of related collections and programs increased. In order to solve this problem, a survey of users' needs in accordance with the changing environment needs to be completed. In this study, we studied the existing research and analyzed the core needs of each type of disability employing user interviews and expert Delphi research. Users demanded quantitative and qualitative expansion of resources as well. Users needed personalized services and programs, convenience in using facility, accessibility of web and applications, and professional staff.

토석류는 기본적으로 강우에 기인하는 산지재해이다. 따라서 국토의 64%가 산지인 동시에 여름철 강우가 집중되는 우리나라의 특성상 토석류가 발생할 가능성이 상당히 크다. 또한 최근 높은 인구밀도로 인하여 불가피하게 토석류 발생 시 큰 인명피해마저 우려되고 있는 실정이다. 토석류저감을 위해서 FLO-2D, RAMMS, DEBRIS-2D 등의 다양한 수치해석 프로그램들이 개발되어왔다. 이러한 프로그램들을 통해 토석류를 해석하려면 조사하려는 지역의 지형자료를 습득하는 것이 선행되어져야 한다. 하지만 토석류 재해지역의 접근성 및 위험성을 감안할 때 해당 지역으로의 접근이 곤란하여 지형자료를 직접 얻는 것은 어려운 경우가 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 토석류 재해 위험지역에서 드론촬영을 실시하여 후처리 프로그램을 통해 해당 지역의 DEM을 생성하였다. 생성한 DEM이 효용가치를 지니려면 실제 지형과의 차이를 최소한으로 가져야 한다. 따라서 드론촬영으로 생성한 DEM을 수치지도를 통해 생성한 DEM과 비교하여 좌표의 편차, 고도의 편차 등을 계산하였다. 또한 각각의 DEM 자료에 FLO-2D를 적용하여 토석류 재해 위험지역에 설치된 사방시설의 저감능력을 확인해보았다. 두 DEM의 비교분석을 통해 드론촬영으로 생성한 DEM이 충분한 실용성을 지니고 있음을 확인하였고, 또한 해당 지점에 설치된 사방시설의 저감능력을 다방면으로 확인할 수 있었다. 연구결과, 현재 급부상하고 있는 드론을 통해 사방사업을 효율적으로 진행할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 토석류 저감 부문에서 큰 효과를 발휘할 것으로 기대된다.

The aim of the research is to lead to suggestions on public health policy, to suggest the direction of accessibility to public health services in rural area through analyzing various health programs and health service system, health care facilities. Nepal's public health policy needs improvement in the quality of the health services as well as accessibility to the services to improve population quality.

This paper studied condo selection attributes that affected satisfaction, recommendation and revisitation, in particular, investigated gender and age differences. Research target is the group who revisited time-sharing condominium within one year. The paper seeks to understand factors that affect and contribute to customer satisfaction and intentions for reuse. This study model was analyzed by the basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple analysis, using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. We found that 5 condo selection attributes that have significant affect on user satisfaction: facility, service, product, accessibility and expense. Furthermore it was evident that user satisfaction has a significant effect on condo recommendation and intentions of reuse. With regard to sex, for male users expense, accessibility and service had a significant effect on their satisfaction level, while for female users, product was most important. User satisfaction both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse but for females this was more evident. Regarding the age, for 20~30 age band, service and product factor had a significant effect on user satisfaction in order, whereas, for the age band of over 40s, expense, product and facility factors were important. User satisfaction of both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse. In the meantime user satisfaction of 20~30 age band had a bigger positive significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse than the age band over 40s.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the characteristics of a cooperative storage facility for academic libraries in Korea. For this facility, discussed are how to select a site, build physical facilities, recruit participating organizations, prepare for selection criteria and ownership of resources, confirm service policies, and implement a integrated library management and access system. It is emphasized that a cooperative storage facility for academic libraries in Korea should ensure the optimum use of space on campus, preserve "the last copy" which is not frequently used, but still has scholarly values, and extend the effective and efficient resource sharing among participating libraries.

Industrial control systems consist of various physical devices such as sensors, actuators. Security Infringement such as waterworks facilities Remote Access Infringement and power control systems Infection have been occured by vulnerability of Access Control. Access control to physical devices must be fulfilled with a reliable system. However, Having a single access control system inside company can not guarantee reliability. In addition, when single access control is struggled with error or infringement, access control system is totally unavailable. so system requires a additional access control method or system. In this paper, we proposed access control mechanism for reliable and stable operation using blockchain and smart contract. Proposed Mechanism using trust score to consider resources to be consumed depending on each industrial environment in consideration of the industrial control system where availability is more important than integrity and confidentiality. Unlike other blockchain-based access control system, proposed system is designed for the currently operating industrial control system.

This study aims to analyze the impact of servicescape on the perceived values and brand attitude of coffee customers. In order to archive our research objects, current study employed SPSS 22.0 statistal program. The summary is as follows. First, it was revealed that the servicescape of coffee shops has a positive influence on perceived value. Second, the servicescape of coffee shop has a positive influence on brand attitude. And perceived value of the customer has a positive impact on customer brand attitude. Based on the results, this research has concluded some theoretical suggestions as follows. First, in case of brand coffee shop, it was analyzed that the attractions of interior design color, floor and wall interior, and structure has influenced on the differentiated values of customers. Also, the accessability shows that the brand coffee shops with parking facilities along with the convenience provided by the off-site facilities make customers highly recognize the brand values. In addition, the results found that the factor of service condition becomes a determining factor. Thus, current study will contribute to consider the various elements of service scape when new business develop as well as redesign the previous stores.
