본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 배경에서 노인복지시설에 관한 문헌 검토와 노인 복지시설 종사자의 직무요인 및 조직성과에 대한 제이론을 검토하였다. 이론을 근거로 실증적 자료의 분석을 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 인과관계의 영향요인에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인인 보수, 승진, 조직풍토, 업무환경, 조직구조가 조직성과인 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 충성도에 다르게 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하였다. 실증적 분석에서는 연구대상에 대한 인구통계학적 분석과 연구모형에 대한 적합도를 검증하며, 구조방정식모형을 향해 가설검증을 실행하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction perceived in the purchase of goods and the use of a court in badminton club members. The results will be used for basic data to increase club members and present the methods to activate badminton. The survey on goods, price, programs, facilities, staff, and publicity was conducted. The IPA matrix was applied for data processing. The following conclusions were drawn. First, as a result of analyzing the ranking of importance and satisfaction, the first place of importance was coach's professionalism of staff factors, followed by safety of facility factors and program contents and effects of program factors. The first place of satisfaction was cleanliness and management of facility factors, followed by coach's professionalism of staff factors and staff's kindness of staff factors. Second, as a result of the IPA matrix of importance and satisfaction, Quadrant I included appropriateness of training time and program contents and effect of program factors, parking size and cleanliness and management of facility factors, coach's professionalism and staff's service attitude of staff factors, and customer service and complaint resolution of publicity factors. Quadrant II showed appropriateness of price, value for money, and discount policy of price factors and materials and design of goods factors. Quadrant III included excellent customer service of goods of goods factors, various program construction of program factors, court location and accessibility, and various convenient facilities of facility factors, and various publicity and event programs, website construction, and various publicity strategies of publicity factors. Quadrant IV showed brand value of goods, awareness, and brand specialty of goods of goods factors.

본 연구는 노인복지시설의 성과평가에 미치는 우선순위 결정요인을 파악한다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 통하여 노인 복지시설에 미치는 결정요인을 설정하였다. Saaty의 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)를 활용하여 각각의 결정요인들에 대한 가중치와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 노인복지는 특정한 분야로 한정되어 있지 않기 때문에 양적인 방법만으로 설명하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 질적 및 양적 방법을 활용할 수 있는 계층분석과정방법과 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 노인복지시설의 분석결과를 요약하면 투입에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 예산이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 산출에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 운영체계화와 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 세부항목 간의 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 결산서와 전문인력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 시설유형별 투입요인은 이용시설과 생활시설 모두 예산이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 산출요인은 이용시설은 운영체계화, 생활시설은 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 노인복지시설에 미치는 결정요인에 따른 몇 가지 구체적인 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

우주전파환경이란 지구 전리층, 열권, 자기권 및 행성간의 공간 등 통칭한 전파 전달 환경을 말하며 주로 태양의 활동에 영향을 받는다. 태양은 막대한 복사 및 입자 에너지를 방출하여 지구의 자기권과 전리층에 영향을 주어 방송 통신, 전력, 항법, 위성 등 여러 분야에 걸쳐 피해를 줄 수 있다. 그러므로 우주전파에 취약한 국가주요시설을 분류하여 따로 지정하고 관리해야 한다. 본 논문에서 우리나라의 국가 주요시설은 "국가기반시설", "국가주요시설", "국가보안목표 시설"로 크게 3가지로 조사하였다. 국가중요시설은 "적"이라는 위기요인으로부터 보호해야할 대상이며, 보안 목표시설은 "파괴/태업/비밀누설"이라는 위기요인으로부터 보호해야 할 대상이다. 즉, 국가주요시설과 보안목표시설은 위기요인에 의해 정의된 시설이다. 하지만 국가기반시설은 위기요인이 아니라 r 피해가 국가적으로 핵심적인 시설들로 정의된다. 따라서 우주전파재난을 위한 보호체계는 가장 포괄적인 국가기반시설의 테두리에서 다루어야 한다.

The aim of this study was to validate the mediating effects involvement between service quality and satisfaction in children's pool. For the purpose, survey was conducted. 450 samples were collected, and 430 data were used for final analysis. Data processing was made factor analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation model analysis via SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 7.0 programs. Study findings are as follows: First, among the factors of service quality, only the facilities factor was effective to involvement. Second, among the factors of children's pool service quality, program and facilities factors were effective to satisfaction. Third, involvement of children's pool was effective to satisfaction. Fourth, involvement had a mediating effect on the effect of facilities factor on satisfaction.

공간서비스 그룹을 구성하는 업체들이 공간이라는 서비스를 제공하면서 사용자의 이용목적과 생애주기에 맞춘 용도로 그 사업모델을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같이 공간대여 서비스는 효율적이고 생산적인 학습효과를 제공하며, 스터디 센터와 스마트 워크에 초점을 많은 업체들이 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간대여 서비스에 대한 개념을 분석하여 공간에 대한 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스 내의 시설이 시설 만족도에 미치는 영향과 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 시설만족도와 고객만족이 이용공간에 대한 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 공간대여 서비스의 구성요소인 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스내의 시설과 시설 만족도와의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 접근성과 서비스내의 시설은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내부환경요인은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is by classifying social welfare facility's workers into community facility and using facility to apprehend the standard of their organize causes, job satisfaction, intention of turnover and influence cause by these. As a result, in organize causes, using facility's workers are more satisfied than community facility's workers. By influence causes of working satisfaction's result, there is a difference between using facility and community facility's working satisfaction influence causes, the working satisfaction deciding causes of community facility's social workers are level of qualification, contents of works and working environment, using facility's workers are contents of works, superior and director, wages, job environment, promotion and improvement and co-workers. Living facility's social workers's influence causes of intention of changing jobs are level of qualification, contents of works and working environment and using facility's workers are only working environment. Finally, based on this study, we suggested various discussions and practical implications for effective staffing.

This research aims to introduce the external type of natural funeral landscape facilities and to examine the effect of its visual image factor on the preference for them. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among 549 persons including 224 experts on the funeral services. The majority of respondents in this research live in the Seoul, Daejeon, Jeonju, and Busan areas. Burial place facilities and memorial facilities among natural funeral landscape facilities for the study are selected and categorized into five types, respectively. Of these, the funeral area type includes a woody style, a garden style, a flower style, a grass style and a scattered ashes style. As a result, firstly, from the factor analysis, three image factors are extracted such as a physical factor, an external-appearing factor and a symmetrical factor from the burial place facilities. Secondly, the most flavored among 5 burial palace facilities is woody style, followed a flower style, a garde style, a grass style and a scattered ashes style. Third, we draw a perception map based on the average values of each image factors. Forth, we find some significant difference in the evaluation of the image factors of burial place facilities by characteristics of the respondents. The gender, age, the education level and the facilities type reveal the significant difference in a physical factor. Moreover, we find a significant difference in the level of an external-appearing factor according to a gender, religion, a group members, and in the level of a symmetrical factor according to the gender, the education level, and the facilities type. Fifth, we execute a regression analysis in order to analyze the effect of the image factors on its preference for the burial place and memorial facilities. We find a positive effect of a physical, an external appearing and a symmetrical factor on its preference. Finally, we examine a moderating effect of a group member between the image factors and its preference. We find a significant positive moderating effect of an external-appearing factor for a garden style in the case of the burial place facilities. In this study are suggests that fix the problem of natural funeral landscape facilities typical naming contribute to the development of the early beginning natural funeral landscape facilities and study on development of natural funeral landscape facilities suitable for domestic. In addition, this study has shown that having rational guideline when people use natural funeral that develop a funeral culture through preference natural funeral standard visual image analysis such as preserve the traditional funeral philosophy and a new aesthetic needs.

The purpose of this study is to increase the usage of satisfaction of outdoor exercise equipment installed at parks when plans and designs are made for renovation or formation of parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the usage satisfaction of 150 men and women who use outdoor exercise equipment in neighborhood parks located in Dongtan New Town. There were four factors that affect the variables of usage satisfaction. They can be defined as the main facility factor, awning factor, maintenance factor, and additional facility factor. From the result regression analysis of the total satisfaction rate and the factors, the main facility factor was the most influential of the variables. This could indicate that the facility factor affects the satisfactory rate of outdoor exercise equipment. This research is done only with the examples of neighborhood parks, so it limits the possibility of analysis of seasonal use. It is necessary to conduct analysis research of parks which installed many outdoor exercise equipment, such as a vest-pocket park, children's garden, and pedestrian/urban/metropolitan neighborhood parks.

This study examined the factors affecting service utilization of elderly residential care among long term care services recipients during long term care insurance pilot project period in Korea. Help-seeking Behavior model developed by Andersen and Newman(1973) was used to analyze the factors affecting their utilization residential care service among 1,939 long term care services recipients. Frequency and Decision Tree Regression analysis on SPSS 13.0 used. Analyses show strong significant factor is service preference(predisposing factors), and then significant factors are enabling factors such as co-residence type, household income. According to this results, need factors such as cognition disorder, problem behavior, ADL and IADL disabilities are affecting utilization behavior of elderly residential care services. These findings provide implications and suggestions about how long term care service system would be settled in Korea. And these finding provide information about target-efficient long term care continuum system to policy makers and helping professionals.
