This study discusses some topics of Security License System and Security Training System in Japan. Especially, the Security License must be very influence that the growth of security industry. And it's true that a few enlightened approach to cooperation between police and private security has already begun to take place in some divisions. The most important thing of the License Test System in Japan is the method of test rule and test section. Then the training systems of the security agent have been very impressive rule and the system for security agent. Today, the market of the security industry in Korea have been going to develop and extend to the future industry. The assignments that are leaved to security industry in Korea must be that the improvement of the License & Training System of Security Agent in Korea should be made effort by the security industry and the public section that looks like the police.
The purpose of this study is to find the development of the general hospital security business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of general hospital security service. To achieve the purpose of this study, the interview was conducted by interviewing interviews with nine field specialists who are currently engaged in the hospital for more than six years. The guard who perform general hospital security service proposed a development plan of general hospital security services as follows. First, the security guards at the General Hospital must complete a new education program suitable for the nature of the workplace. Second, the job training of the comprehensive hospital guard service is also needed to improve the quality of the program in accordance with the actual situation. Third, general hospital security guards should be provided with CS training, CPR and use of defibrillators, etc., and how to respond to infectious diseases. Fourth, there should be a detailed description of the extent to which aggregations and violent acts at the General Hospital should be addressed. Fifth, the Security Association needs to develop active programs for security guards and various efforts to improve the security of hospitals. Sixth, it is necessary to change the recognition of general hospital' security services, and the form of direct employment is required rather than the subcontract contract.

Therefore private security personnel have made an effort for safety and protection of group as well as an individual through the introduction of private security industry based on a benefit principle and private security industry is being become complexes utilizing technology as well as high-end devices through various international events. The field of private security industry in Korea is being extended rapidly with expansionism of society and public services but the quality improvement is declining. Furthermore the study of recruit education program for security personnel as the basis of quality improvement is insufficient compared with the study of police service. Consequently, this investigation is going to contribute to development of recruit education program for security personnel through the analysis about difference of each subject usability for education about electronic security and facility guard.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret the current situation of private security companies·guards for the past three years, security companies by size, general·special (new education), and qualification system provided by the Police Agency, Security Association, etc. It provides a theoretical foundation for private security and provides a new perspective for interpreting private security. As a result, through the current situation, this private security has a concentration of metropolitan area and facility security, an abnormal personal protection company contrast, the number of personal protection institutes, there is a special security shift to regular jobs, and the current continuous education On the other hand, the education of special security guards has been shown to be limited. In the qualification system, the utilization of security instructor qualifications and the utilization and public relations of personal probation officer qualifications will appear. The current state of typical private security is as follows. The first is the balanced development of private security and the clarity of business divisions. Second, the quality of private security education and educational institutions must be high. Third is the recognition of the qualification system and active public relations.

This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 320 security guards to investigate the effects of job stress and job exhaustion on job performance according to the bodyguard's organizational culture. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. First, in the organizational culture, the innovation culture was found to have a negative effect on the job stress at the .01 level. Second, organizational culture was found to have no direct effect on job performance. Third, among organizational cultures, market culture was found to have a statistically negative effect on job performance at the .01 level. Fourth, job stress was found to affect job performance statistically as a negative (-) at .001 level. Fifth, job exhaustion was found to affect job performance statistically as negative (-) at .001 level. Sixth, job stress was found to have a mediating effect as negative (-) at the .01 level statistically in relation to the innovation culture of organizational culture and job performance. Seventh, job exhaustion was found to have no statistically significant effect on the relationship between organizational culture and job performance.
The purpose of this study is to build up the expert system with more subdivided qualifications and improved qualities with the development of the security industry. And also it is to analyze a survey measuring how satisfied they are with curriculum, teaching faculty, educational administration, facilities among 439 private guards completing a course in Korea private guard educational institution and registered in the National Police Agency in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang, Jeolla province. For this, SPSS(Statistical Packages for Social Science) 15.0 Version was adapted to analyze and other analysis methods used for this study are like these: frequency, reliability analysis, regressive analysis, moderated multiple regression, post hoc test for categorizing the performance changes, looking into the characteristics, examining closely job performance, intention to quit one's job, and inquiring into the influence how satisfaction measurement at education training satisfaction makes on carrying out one's job. Firstly, The Effect Satisfaction at The Program has on Performing One's Duty With respect to job performance, curriculum, educational administration, teaching abilities have positive influences on it. On the other hand, with respect to quitting one's job, curriculum just makes positive effects on leaving one's work statistically. It indicates that systematic and effective curriculum, administration, teaching faculty or contents with high quality rather than just education facilities would make the task performance excellent and satisfaction at the program well in regards to making effects on the task performance. Secondly, The Effect Satisfaction at The Program has on Performing One's Duty with Social Supports Despite being the fact that statistically any strong correlation between curriculum and social supports, one between education facilities and social supports, one between teaching abilities and social supports, and one between educational administration and social supports do not have influences on carrying out job performance, it turns out that satisfaction at the program and social supports make positive effects on performing one's task. In conclusion, the entire social system and support need to be improved and some institutions appropriate for satisfaction at the program should be established as soon as possible.
This study is to develop a fatigue scale for the private security guard for a private security guard to effectively manage fatigue were tested for validity and reliability. To achieve that, this study employed purposive sampling to draw 300 samples among private security guards working for the security firms registered in Seoul District Police Office as of 2014, and used 259 samples for final analysis. Fatigue scale was developed on the basis of the scale development methods and procedures in previous studies. For data processing, SPSSWIN 18.0 program was applied to conduct exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, and AMOS 18.0 program was employed to conduct confirmatory factory analysis. This study came to the following conclusion. First, the validity of the fatigue measurement tool was high. In other words, content validity was high, and construct validity was also high. The factor loading of exploratory factor analysis was .452, and the standard value of confirmatory factor analysis was .403. Therefore, the tool satisfied the basis value of fit index. The sub categories of fatigue, finally drawn from validity test, were mental fatigue, nervous system dysfunction, physical deformity, and exhaustion. Secondly, the reliability of the fatigue measurement tool was high. In other words, according to item analysis, the correlation between items and their sub categories, and between items and total score was more than .602, relatively high. And the reliability coefficient (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$) was high, or more than .658. Fatigue Scale tool will be developed by private security guards in the present study is to measure the validity and reliability verification is clearly tired of the private security guards than the tools that are used in other studies in the existing area.
The objective of this study is to find out how strategic human resource management(SHRM) of a facility security firm affects its organizational culture and behaviors of its members. This study was executed in June 2010 with facility security officers(FSO) in four private security firms by using a judgment sampling technique. A total of 343 FSOs were used in final analysis. Coefficient of reliability(Cronbach's coefficient alpha) of the survey was 0.691. The conclusion was as follows: First, SHRM of facility security firms exert its influence on organizational culture. That is, promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development may facilitate settlement of hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement -based and rationality-oriented culture. Second, SHRM of security firms would affect organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB), i.e., the promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development would tend to enhance consideration for others and altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors. On the other hand, if proper compensation is not made, above-mentioned behaviors would decrease. Third, organizational culture of security firms tends to affect OCB. That is, when hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement-based and rationality-oriented culture is settled, consideration for others, altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors tends to be enhanced.

To solve the false alarm problem, detection sensor's improvement should be considered preferentially and development of new type of sensor that operate dissimilarly to replace former sensor is needed. On the other hand, to settle the matter that occurred by response time, security company could explain the limit on Alarm Monitoring System to consumer honestly and ask for an understanding. If consumer could be joined into security activity by security agent's explanation, better security service would be provided with mutual confidence. To save response time the consideration on the introduction of GIS(Global Information System) is needed rather than GPS(Global Positioning System). Although training program for security agents is important, several benefits for security agents should be considered together. The development of new business model is required for preparation against market stagnation and the development of new commodity to secure consumer for housing service rather than commercial facility service. for the purpose of those, new commodity related to home-network system and video surveillance system could be considered, also new added service with network between security company and consumer for a basis is to be considered.
