The Time Management Behavior Under the Time Inclination of Housewives (주부의 시간성향에 따른 시간관리행동)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 주부의 시간성향에 따라 시간관리행동에 차이가 있는지를 파악함으로써 시간성향의 중요성을 밝히고, 주부의 생활경영과정에서 시간사요의 효율성을 창조하는 능력으로서의 인적자원계발을 위한 하나의 자료가 되고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주부의 시간성향은 단선적 시간성향이기보다는 복합적 시간성향인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주부의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 시간성향의 차이를 보면 변인은 거주지와 취업여부였다. 세째, 주부의 시간성향에 따른 시간관리행동은 사회하를 제외한 모든관리행동 즉 계획/우선순위(p<.001), 표준설정/단순화(p<.05), 목표설정(p<.001), 심리적 긴장감해소(p<.001), 분담화(p<.05), 기계화(p<.05)에서 차이를 보이고 있다. 유의미한 차이를 보인 모든 관리행동에서 복합적 시간성향의 주부가 관리행동을 더 잘하였고 특히 계획/우선순위와 목 표설정 관리행동에서 월등히 잘하는 것으로 나타났다.

Comparison of Time Management Behavior, Life Satisfaction between Gifted Middle School Students and General Students, and Relationship between the Time Management Behaviors and Life Satisfaction (중학교 영재학생과 일반학생의 시간관리 행동, 생활만족도 비교 및 시간관리 행동과 생활만족도의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the time management behaviors and life satisfaction of gifted students and general students, and to investigate relationships between the time management and the life satisfaction. For this study, 104 gifted middle school students and 203 regular middle school students in Kyunggi Province were participated. The results of this study were as follows.; First, there was significant difference in the time management behaviors between gifted students and general students. Analyzing by independent samples t-test showed that gifted students' time management behaviors showed significantly higher than that of general students'. There was no gender difference in gifted students' time management behaviors. However, there was a significant gender difference in general students. The interaction effect between the group and the gender did not appear. Second, there was significant difference in the life satisfaction between gifted students and general students. Analyzing by independent samples t-test showed that gifted students' life satisfaction showed significantly higher than that of general students'. There was no gender difference in both groups. The interaction effect between the group and the gender did not appear. Third, investigating the relationship between time management behaviors and life satisfaction of gifted students and general students, the results showed significantly positive correlations in both groups. Regression analysis was performed to investigate the impact of time management behaviors on life satisfaction, and it showed that time management behavior affects significantly on life satisfaction.

Influencing Factors on Career Preparation Behavior of Nursing Freshmen (간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to provide basic data for the development of educational methods and programs to raise the level of career preparation behaviors of nursing college freshmen by identifying the effects of major satisfaction, time management, and self-efficacy on career preparation behaviors. Data collection was carried out for convenience from October 18 to October 31, 2021, targeting 255 freshmen students of the nursing department at universities located in J and G metropolitan cities. The collected data were analyzed by real number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 program. Career preparation behavior showed a positive correlation with major satisfaction, time management, and self-efficacy. As a factor influencing career preparation behavior, time management behavior was the most influential factor, and the total explanatory power was 18.8%. As a result of this study, it is necessary to develop and provide a time management program for nursing students to develop time management skills from freshman.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the type of time management behavior in clinical nurses. Total 208 nurses were recruited from clinical settings where located in Seoul and Daejeon, South Korea. Data were collected using self-administered method with structured questionnaire between August 2012 and January 2013. Descriptive statistics, K-mean cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA were performed for data analysis. As results, the type of time management behavior were classified into four types such as unconcern type, accomplishment type, urgency type and selection & concentration type. Among four types, nurses who belonged to be accomplishment and selection & concentration type were tend to have positive behaviors in terms of time managements as they had high scores in job satisfaction. Therefore, further study on whether types of time management are related with organizational culture including commitment and effectiveness should be explored.

  • 전통적인 고객관계관리 연구는 특정 시점에서 고객관계관리에 중점을 두어 연구되었다. 정적인 고객관계관리와 고객 행동에 관한 지식은 마케팅 관리자가 제한된 마케팅 자원을 이익의 극대화를 위해 사용할 수 있게 해주었다. 그러나 시간이 경과하게 되면 이러한 정적인 지식은 쓸모가 없어지게 된다. 그러므로 고객관계관리는 고객의 동적 특성을 반영해야 한다. 과거 고객의 구매 행위를 관찰하여 현재 또는 미래 시장의 고객을 세분화하여 구분된 고객 군집에 대해 서로 다른 마케팅 전략을 사용할 수 있다. 고객의 구매행동을 근간으로 한 고객관계관리는 수십 년 전부터 연구되어왔지만 동적인 고객관계관리에 대한 연구는 최근에 들어 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷 상점의 고객 데이터로부터 추출된 지식과 시간 경과에 따른 고객 행동 패턴의 분석을 위해 데이터마이닝과 모니터링 에이전트 시스템(MAS)을 이용하며, 이를 통해 동적인 고객관계관리 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 고객 이력 경로에 대한 예측과 고객에게 나타나는 집단 이력경로의, 분석, 그리고 시간 경과에 따른 고객 군집의 변화에 대한 분석, 그에 따른 마케팅 전략 도출을 포함한다. 이 모델의 제안은 많은 온라인 소매상이 직면할 수 있는 경영상의 문제를 해결하는데 유용할 것이다.

Effects of online academic coaching program for undergraduate student on self-directed learning, academic motivation, and time management (대학생 온라인 학습코칭 프로그램이 자기주도학습능력, 학습동기, 시간관리행동에 미치는 효과)

  • This study examined the effects of 1:1 online coaching for college students on self-directed learning, learning motivation and time management. The coaching program consisted of motivation, behavior and cognitive control, which are sub-factors of self-directed learning. Total of 7 sessions(80 minutes per session) were progressed. Seven participants who wanted coaching, out of the total 16 participants, were assigned to the experimental group. A non-equal control group experimental design was applied. Dependent variables were measured by questionnaire before and after the coaching, and satisfaction survey and post-interview were also conducted after the coaching. ANCOVA was adopted to test the effectiveness of the program. The statistical results indicated that the learning coaching of this study has positive effect on self-directed learning and learning motivation of university students, and has partially positive effect on time management. In addition, the mean of satisfaction survey was 4.85 and participants showed positive responses on the program.

A Typology on Time Management Behaviors of Workers (직장인의 시간관리행동 유형화 연구)

  • The purposes of this study were firstly to reveal the sub-dimensions of time management behaviors and secondly to group workers by time management behaviors. The major findings of this study were as follows. (1)Factor analysis of the 36 items on the time management behaviors instrument revealed three components: factor planning, relations-intention, and urgency. (2)Workers were categorized into four types by the level of those three factors of time management behaviors: 'accomplishment type'($28.31\%$), 'chronic-urgency type'($24.39\%$), 'valuing-job type'($23.73\%$) and 'valuing-human relations type'($23.57\%$). (3)The accomplishment type gained the highest points on the time management satisfaction score, and the level of important${\cdot}$non-urgencies was the highest score, indicating that the accomplishment type had good time management. However, the level of unimportant${\cdot}$urgencies was the highest score. Therefore, this type should try to reduce the level of unimportant${\cdot}$urgencies.

The Effects of Time Management Behavioral Therapy Program on Self-Esteem, Stress Coping of School Maladjusted Adolescents (시간관리 행동치료 프로그램이 학교부적응 청소년들의 자아존중감, 스트레스 대처에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of time management behavioral therapy program on self-esteem, stress coping of school maladjusted adolescents. Experiment was conducted with 8 school maladjusted adolescents who were helped in living facilities. Time management behavioral therapy was applied to adolescents 16 weeks. To achieve the purpose of this study, self-esteem scale and stress coping scale were analyzed and compared before and after intervention. The results of this study were as follows: School maladjusted adolescents showed the significant increase in self-esteem. and School maladjusted adolescents showed the significant increase in active and passive coping of stress by intervention. It was proven to have positive effects on stress coping by intervention in a short time. Through the results of this study, time management behavioral therapy program was proven to have positive effects on self-esteem, stress coping of school maladjusted adolescents.

Effects of Major Satisfaction, Learning Commitment, And Time Management Behavior on College Life Adaptation in College of Health Students (보건계열 대학생들의 전공만족도, 학업몰입도, 시간관리 행동이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the college life adaptation that is affected by major satisfaction, learning commitment, and time management behavior of the college of Health students. The data were collected from 482 College of Health students at U city and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. As a result of this study, major satisfaction, learning commitment, and time management behavior of College of Health students showed a positive relation with college life adaptation, and those factors affected college life adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to make and apply the programs to enhance the college life adaptation for the college of Health students, and the supports such as environmental improvement and teaching methods are required to increase the learning commitment.

  • 본 연구는 건설기계에 의한 협착 및 충돌재해의 예방을 위해 사용하고 있는 스마트 안전관리 시스템 중 건설기계 근접 방지시스템의 재해예방 효과를 분석하여 그 안전성을 실증하고자 하였다. 건설기계 중 재해다발 및 위험성이 높은 굴삭기를 대상으로 스마트 안전관리 시스템의 유무에 따라 근로자(1,000명 기준)의 행동 변화를 라이다 센스 장비를 활용하여 분석하였다. 근로자-건설기계와 최단 이격거리, 위험구역 내 근로자의 체류시간, 위험구역 주변 근로자의 이동 경로 및 체류시간에 따른 근로자의 분포도 등 근로자의 행동 패턴을 분석한 결과스마트 안전관리 시스템을 설치한 건설기계가 미설치한 건설기계보다 근로자와의 이격거리 확보와 위험구역내 체류시간을 단축한 결과를 도출하였다. 이는 스마트 안전관리 시스템이 건설기계와 관련한 협착 및 충돌 등에 의한 재해로부터 근로자의 안전성을 확보한 결과라 분석되었다.
