A Design of an NCS-Based Job Matching System for the Disability

  • In this paper, we propose and design an NCS-based job matching system for individuals with disabilities. This system allows users with disabilities to access it, input basic information (personal and disability-related details), and take a simple test related to job performance. The system then provides NCS job-related information appropriate to their type and degree of disability. To effectively link various NCS-based jobs, it is essential to consider the degree of disability for each type of disability. However, most evaluation tools target specific types of disabilities or assess the vocational abilities of individuals with disabilities in a limited manner, focusing only on cognitive levels or certain physical functions. This makes it challenging to apply these tools to an NCS-based job matching system for individuals with disabilities. Therefore, in this paper, we utilize the ICF coresets for VR to assess the cognitive levels or physical functions required for performing specific jobs. Additionally, we use the NCS vocational competency evaluation tools to determine the levels of vocational competencies required for performing specific jobs. By doing so, we match NCS-based jobs according to the type and degree of disability. The proposed NCS-based job matching system relies on the user's interaction with the system, which may pose challenges for visually impaired individuals or those with intellectual and autism spectrum disabilities who have low literacy levels. Enhancing the accessibility of this system could enable individuals with disabilities to receive recommendations for NCS-based jobs that suit their vocational abilities.

Method for Flood Runoff Analysis of Main Channel Connected with Interior Floodplain : I. Application for Analysis of Inundation Area in Interior Floodplain (제내지와 하도를 연계한 하천유역의 홍수유출해석: I. 제내지 침수해석에의 적용)

  • In this study, a methodology is developed for flood runoff analysis considering the interaction between interior floodplain and channel. Riparian lowland is modeled as storage areas by HEC-RAS and is connected with main channel through gravity drainage structure and pumping stations. As a result, we were able to compute the difference between runoff into the interior floodplain and delayed runoff to main channel from interior floodplain. This allowed us to compute the storage change in the interior floodplain and corresponding inundation areas. Furthermore, the levee is modeled as a lateral structure and the flood from the main channel to interior floodplain is modeled by installing a weir on top of it. In addition, levee breach is also modeled so that flooding from main channel to interior floodplain can be considered. Computed flooding depth in the storage areas are compared with elevation to identify the inundated areas and flood maps can then be produced for a desired time or for the extent of flooding given a flooding depth. Output from this modeling effort can provide many useful information for flood planning such as flow depth in main channel, flooding depth and area in interior floodplain. The method was applied to Sapgyo river basin and the comparison with observed flood events showed that it can reproduce the observation fairly well, hence proving the utility of the method.

Development of urban river data management platform(I) (도시하천관리 연계 플랫폼 개발(I))

  • In this study, we developed an integrated urban river data platform that collects, cleans, and provides data for urban river management. The urban river integrated data platform has the function of collecting data provided by various institutions using the Open API service. The collected data is purified through pre-processing and loaded into a database. The collected data can be reviewed and analyzed using a visualization system and provided through the Open API, so that it can be used as individual input data by combining them in the urban river model. In addition, the development system for real-time data was developed to apply real-time data to urban river models. Through this, users will be able to reduce the time and effort required for data collection, pre-processing and input data construction, thereby increasing efficiency and scalability in the development of urban river models and systems.

THE DESIGN OF DGPS/INS INTEGRATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF 4S-Van (4S-Van 구현을 위한 DGPS/INS 통합 알고리즘 설계)

  • In this study, we developed low cost INS and (D)GPS integration for continuous attitude and position and utilized it for the determination of exterior orientation parameters of image sensors which are equipped in 4S-Van. During initial alignment process, the heading information was extracted from twin GPS and fine alignment with Kalman filter was performed for the determination of roll and pitch. Simulation and van test were performed for the performance analysis. Based on simulation result, roll and pitch error is around 0.01-0.03 degrees and yaw error around 0.1 degrees. Based on van test, position error in linear road is around 10 cm and curve around 1 m. Using direct georeferencing method, the image sensor's orientation and position information can be acquired directly from (D)GPS/INS integration. 4S-Van achieved 3D spatial data using (D)GPS/INS and image data can be applied to the spatial data integration and application such as contemporary digital map update, road facility management and Video GIS DB.

  • This paper is a study on the improvement of industrial land information system. Status and problems of current industrial land information system is analyzed to establish objectives and methods and direction of improving the system based on our analysis. Since the industrial land information system is using outdated H/W and commercial S/W, there exists problems such as large maintenance cost, difficulty of immediate response for system problems and limited access of searching and providing information. In this paper, the problems of current system is resolved through applying the "e-Government standard framework" and open source S/W. And we suggested application of functions on information link enhancement and visualization through this research. Our research is expected to be applicable for analyzing/designing and developing system improvement in the future.

  • Road movement pollutant air environment big data is a link between real-time traffic data such as vehicle type, speed, and load using AVC, VDS, WIM, and DTG, which are always traffic volume survey equipment, and road shape (uphill, downhill, turning section) data using GIS. It consists of traffic flow data. Also, unlike general data, a lot of data per unit time is generated and has various formats. In particular, since about 7.4 million cases/hour or more of large-scale real-time data collected as detailed traffic flow information are collected, stored and processed, a system that can efficiently process data is required. Therefore, in this study, an open source-based data parallel processing performance optimization study is conducted for the visualization of big data in the air environment of road transport pollution.

A Study on a Technique for Simplifying the Connection of a 3D Model and Schedule Information for 4D Simulation (4D 시뮬레이션을 위한 3D 모델 및 공정 정보의 연계 간소화 기법 연구)

  • A key use of applying building information modeling (BIM) to the construction stage of a project is to help identify construction obstacles and to visualize construction status according to the progress of the construction schedule. When employing 4D simulation for this purpose, start and finish dates for each activity and a 3D model of the activity must be prepared. In this work, in order to simplify the configuration of a 4D model, minimum attribute information of the BIM model produced in the design stage was used to construct a system that generated activity information in the construction stage using a clustering algorithm. Its usefulness as actual schedule management information was then analyzed.

  • This paper proposes an E-Commerce service that supports large quantities of food waste sales generated by collective residences, including apartments, to consumers in urban areas, such as livestock farmers, through online transactions. Unlike general E-Commerce, the proposed service uses a smart food waste bin equipped with an IoT-based sensor and communication module to automatically collect the location information of each apartment and the amount of food waste to be displayed in a specialized E-Commerce platform. The key of this system is to provide information and sell it to consumers. The smart food waste bin periodically delivers its current capacity and location using a weight sensor, GPS sensor and LoRa communication module to a cloud-based database to be used in web or mobile applications. The proposed E-Commerce service is expected to help resolve the food waste disposal problem and revitalize the local economy by linking with a service that delivers food waste from each apartment to a nearby location where the buyer is located.

French 'Minima Sociaux's Scheme, Benefit Determination Rule and its Appreciation : A Study on Social Assistance in Europe (프랑스 사회적 미니멈(Minima sociaux)의 구조 및 급여 체계 : 유럽 공공 부조 제도의 한 연구)

  • The purpose of this article is to explore French 'minima sociaux', focusing its scheme, benefit determination rule and its level appreciation. First, on the its structure domain, French 'minima sociaux' presents the plural system in which there is eight categorical benefits and one general benefit. Il is the representation of the intention to guarantee minimum income for the dead zone people out of the social insurance application and also a historical product in different period, by different logic of benefits implementation. Second, comparing nine benefits based on the benefit determination rule, level of benefits for the poor without work ability is higher than one for the poor with work ability. Il represents one polarized perception toward for the poor according to have or not its work ability. Third, comparing level of 'minima sociaux' with relative poverty line, the level of the most 'minima sociaux' is placed under the poverty line. Nevertheless, it must not forget that 'minima sociaux' plays its role as the fundamental alternative for poverty alleviation, but not the only alternative. Fourth and finally, comparing with minimum income guarantee(SMIC in french), level of RMI benefit is estimated merely on the 50% of SMIC. We can consider that it is the result of the interaction of the complex factors, as the limited role of the state toward the minimum income guarantee for the RMI beneficiary and the intervention the logic of status instead of the logic of need, etc..

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the third party logistics service enforcement of inland container depot at Pusan area. The main results of this paper are as follows: First, the inland container depot related to location selecting factor researches analyzed and korean TPL market reviewed. Second, the TPL service function reinforcement method and investments are mentioned. In detail the 9 factors are as follows: competitive high position and improvements of harbor back complex, ICD goods enterprise investment strategies, the harbor back which is inexpensive only the rent, taxes benefit and incentive, site security and base facility expansion, the goods service provision which is flexible, connection plan construction of goods enterprise, the incentive strategic establishment which is discriminated, the marketing activity which is long-term. and lastly the ICD and TPL Policy are needed that government and logistic enterprise's cooperation gains competitive advantage.
