A Study on the Development of Traffic Accident Information System Based on WebGIS (WebGIS 기반 교통사고정보관리 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study developed a traffic accident information management system based on WebGIS that can process a lot of data for giving effectively diagnosis of traffic accidents in serious damage circumstances by traffic accident. Also, this study presents a way to compose and to convey traffic accident information. In addition, non-spatial attributes as well as spatial attributes about traffic accidents information be integrated and managed by the system. To provide Web service, we developed modules that can supply visually spatial information and traffic accidents data through ASP, Javascript, ArcIMS based on Web and constructed a server. And constructed system include a function that offer the now situation of traffic accident in real time, which supply the statistical data of traffic accident through Web as soon as user entry data in comparison with previous way that preparatory period until traffic accidents data is supplied to peoples had been long. Traffic accidents are analyzed with only nonspatial attribute by simply collecting in the past. However, system constructed by this study offer new function that can grasp visually accident spot circumstance and use detailed content and accurate location data as well as statistical data of traffic accidents. Also, it offer interface that can connect directly with accident charge policeman.

  • 함수적 사고는 수학적 문제 해결에 있어 기본적인 사고이다. 함수적 사고에서는 변수 사이의 종속성 파악이 그 핵심이 된다. 이는 DGS 동적 기하의 동적(변화), 종속적(구성)이라는 특성에 잘 부합한다. 이에 우리는 동적 기하 환경에서 타당한 종속성 부여를 통해 primitive한 생성자를 알아보고, 이들의 조작과 역 조작, 합성 조작하는 과정을 통해 함수적 사고에 접근하는 방법을 연구해 보려 한다. 나아가 자취 기능을 이용함으로써 시각화를 통해 종속적 관계를 표현해 보고자 한다. 이것은 MicroWorld 환경에서 학습자가 스스로 대상을 구성하는 경험을 통해 함수적 사고를 자연스럽게 형성하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다는 관점에 바탕을 두고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the risk of chemical product, Styrene Monomer(SM), shipped in a vessel. SM is harmful chemical product which can make injury, explosion and/or fire in a vessel. The understand of SM risk is very important to protect seafarer's body and vessel safety. This research can be expected that the understanding of SM risk by a seafarer's to prevent accidents by SM explosion/fire. In this study we used event tree analysis method using chemical reaction cased by explosion. As a result, we founded various chemical reaction and visualization for explosion path.

  • 교통사고 예측은 차량의 블랙박스 동영상을 통해 사고 발생을 최대한 빨리 예측하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이는 안전한 자율주행 시스템을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 다양한 교통 상황과 카메라의 제한된 시야로 인해 프레임에서 사고 가능성을 조기에 관찰하는 것은 어려운 도전이다. 예측의 핵심 기술은 객체의 시공간 관계를 학습하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 블랙박스 동영상에서 사고 예측을 위한 계산 모델을 제안한다. 이것을 사용하여 사고 예방을 강화한다. 이 모델은 사고 위험에 대한 운전자의 시각적 인식에서 영감을 받았다. 객체 탐지기는 동영상 프레임에서 다양한 객체를 탐지한다. 탐지한 객체는 노드 생성기와 특징 추출기 동시에 통과한다. 노드 생성기에서 생성한 노드는 GCN 실행기를 사용한다. GCN 실행기는 각 프레임에 대한 객체의 3D 위치 관계를 계산한 후 공간 특징을 취득한다. 동시에 공간 특징과 특징 추출기에서 얻은 객체의 특징은 GRU 실행기로 보내진다. GRU 실행기 안에 시공간 특징을 암기하고 분석하여 교통사고 확률을 예측한다.

  • 미디어의 발달은 인간의 문화 전반에 걸쳐 근본적인 혁신을 가져왔다. 인쇄술의 발달에서부터 오늘날의 컴퓨터에 이르기 까지 인간의 표현수단으로 여겨져 왔던 매체들이 오늘날이 이르러서는 인간의 사고와 가치관에 대한 새로운 해석을 야기 시키고, 창작의 도구로서가 아니라 창작 자체를 주도하는 능동적인 역할을 하게 되었다. 특히 시각문화에서의 매체의 기능과 시각문화와의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다.

Gender and Abstract Thinking Disposition Difference Analyses of Visual Diagram Structuring for Computational Thinking Ability (컴퓨팅 사고력을 위한 시각적 다이어그램 구조화의 성별 및 추상적 사고 성향 차이 분석)

  • One major change in the 2015 revised national curriculum is that computational thinking ability is becoming an essential competency for students. Computational thinking is divided into abstraction, automation, and creative convergence in the curriculum for secondary schools' Information subject. And, the curriculum contains problem solving and programming area. Among the components of computational thinking, data representation emphasizes the ability to structure data and information for problem solving of learners. Pre-service teachers of Information subject at secondary schools also learn how to structure information through diagramming. There are differences in the ability to structure diagrams among students, but the studies on learning methods that help students develop their structuring abilities have rarely been performed. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the differences of abstract thinking disposition and gender perspective among college students. As a result, female students had more concrete thinking disposition than male students. Also, there were gender differences according to the characteristics of diagrams. Differences in abstract thinking disposition also made a difference in structuring diagrams. It is useful for achieving the education purpose of improving computational thinking ability by finding out the differences in thinking tendency between males and females and finding the education method that can complement them.

A GIS-based Traffic Accident Analysis on Highways using Alignment Related Risk Indices (고속도로 선형조건과 GIS 기반 교통사고 위험도지수 분석 (호남.영동.중부고속도로를 중심으로))

  • A traffic accident analysis method was developed and tested based on the highway alignment risk indices using geographic information systems(GIS). Impacts of the highway alignment on traffic accidents have been identified by examining accidents occurred on different alignment conditions and by investigating traffic accident risk indices(TARI). Evaluative criteria are suggested using geometric design elements as an independent variable. Traffic accident rates were forecasted more realistically and objectively by considering the interaction between highway alignment factors and the design consistency. And traffic accident risk indices and risk ratings were suggested based on model estimation results and accident data. Finally, forecasting traffic accident rates, evaluating the level of risk and then visualizing information graphically were combined into one system called risk assessment system by means of GIS. This risk assessment system is expected to play a major role in designing four-lane highways and developing remedies for highway sections susceptible to traffic accidents.

  • 요즘 잊을만하면 한번씩 발생하는 다양한 해양 사고를 뉴스에서 접할 수 있다. 이는 해양에서 물적, 인적 이동이 증가하고 있으며 다양한 레저활동까지 해상으로 확장되고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문은 해양 사고 발생시 사후 처리에 활용되는 방식에 대해 제안하고 있다. 기존에는 해양 사고가 발생하면 사고에 대한 분석을 위해 VTS 시스템의 녹화재생 기능을 가장 빈번하게 사용하였다. 기존 VTS 시스템의 녹화재생 방식을 이용한 사고 발생 시각 및 피의 선박 확인은 많은 사간이 소요되어 물적, 인적 자원이 많이 필요한 문제점이 있었다. 특히 선박 기관 손상을 일으키는 어망 훼손 관련 사고와 같이 발생 사각을 정확히 알지 못하는 경우는 사고 발생 시각 분석에 많은 사간과 노력이 요구되었다. 제안하는 방식은 사고 발생 영역 및 특정 시간 조건에 대한 통항량 정보를 미리 추출하는 방식으로 단독 또는 기존의 녹화재생 방식과 함께 사용할 경우 사고 현황을 파악하는데 빠르고 효율적이다.

A Study on Visual Literacy for Picture Books: Implications for Librarians Providing Reader's Advisory Services (그림책의 시각적 문식성에 관한 연구 - 사서의 독서지원서비스를 위한 -)

  • Picture books, as a genre, are characterized by conveyance of ideas through linguistic texts, visual texts, and the complementary interactions between them. The writer of a picture book develops and delivers his or her ideas with textual contents written in a unique style, while the artist conveys the writer's ideas through pictures where things, objects, and figures are imbued with various emotions. Understanding a picture in a picture book requires an understanding of both the structure shown on the surface and the underlying structure that adapts and visualizes the philosophy and ideas of the writer. In light of the discussion above, this study proposes a method to help librarians improve their understanding of visual literacy for picture books, as visual literacy is required for the provision of readers' advisory services regarding picture books. This method, which is based on behavioral psychologist Rudolf Arnheim's theory of visual thinking, is expected to help librarians write picture book reviews or other secondary materials.

An Analysis of Intuitive Thinking of Elementary Students in Mathematical Problem Solving Process (수학 문제해결 과정에 나타난 초등학생들의 직관적 사고 분석)

  • The purposes of this study are to analyze elementary school student's intuitive thinking in the process of mathematical problem solving and to analyze elementary school student's errors of intuitive thinking in the process of mathematical problem solving. According to these purposes, the research questions can be set up as followings. (1) How is the state of illumination of the elementary school student's intuitive thinking in the process of mathematical problem solving? (2) What are origins of errors by elementary school student's intuitive thinking in the process of mathematical problem solving? In this study, Bogdan & Biklen's qualitative research method were used. The subjects in this study were 4 students who were attending the elementary school. The data in this study were 'Intuitine Thinking Test', records of observation and interview. In the interview, the discourses were recorded by sound and video recording. These were later transcribed and analyzed in detail. The findings of this study were as follows: First, If Elementary school student Knows the algorithm of problem, they rely on solving by algorithm rather than solving by intuitive thinking. Second, their problem solving ability by intuitive model are low. What is more they solve the problem by Intuitive model, their Self- Evidence is low. Third, in the process of solving the problem, intuitive thinking can complement logical thinking. Last, in the concept of probability and problem of probability, they are led into cognitive conflict cause of subjective interpretation.
