  • 자동차 문화의 발달로 드라이빙 숙련도가 높아지고 경제수준이 안정됨에 따라 개인적인 삶을 추구하는 자동차 매니아에게 즐거움을 선사하는 스포츠카에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 부응하며 건전한 자동차 문화를 선도할 수 있는 스포츠카는 정의가 필요하다. 스포츠카의 정의와 분류는 전문가의 주장에 따라 매우 주관적인 관점에 의존해 왔다. 이 논문에서는 새롭게 스포츠가의 정의하는 공식을 개발하여 스포츠카을 분류하는 기준을 개발하였다. 그리고 출시된 스포츠카의 데이터를 수집하고 새로 개발된 스포츠카 정의 공식에 적용하여 스포츠카의 객관적인 기준을 평가 하였다.

  • In this study, flow analyses of a vehicle at driving were carried out after each installation of a tuning part, specifically the bonnet air ducts, the rear spoiler, and the rear diffuser. The study models were designed to comprise a total of eight cases in which each of the three parts were mounted individually or all together in vehicles. Assuming that the vehicle were driven with an average high speed of 100 km/h, the speed and pressure around the vehicle were obtained using CFD when driving. The rear diffuser that becomes the most effective among the three mounting parts has a major role in reducing air resistance.

  • 1990년에 일본 혼다 기연공업의 고성능 스포츠카(NSX)는, 올 알루미늄합금보디등에 알루미늄을 이용, 대폭 경량화시켜 화제를 모았으며 90년 전후부터는 스포츠카나 스페셜리티카로 불리우는 고성능 승용차의 보디외판과 발주위부품에 알루미늄부품이 잇달아 채용되기 시작하였다. 알루미늄부품의 채용이 정착한 최근에 와서, 승용차의 알루미늄화 움직임에 변화가 생겼다. 90년 이전에는 승용차의 발주위부품은 알루미늄단조품으로 경량화하는 것이 보통이었는데, 91년 가을경부터, 이것을 알루미늄 주조품으로 대체하는 방향으로 흐름이 바뀌었다.(중략)

Optimal Design for Torsional Stiffness of the Tubular Space Frame of a Low-Cost Single Seat Race Car (저가 입문용 1인승 레이스카 Tubular Space Frame의 비틀림 강성 최적설계)

  • Generally, the frame design of a vehicle is a critical technology that plays an important role in the racing and high performance sports car market. The high performance of race car frame means that it requires high torsional stiffness because it directly affects the cornering behavior of the race car. The optimal design for the frame of a low-cost single seat race car was carried out using the DOE (Design Of Experiments) with Taguchi's orthogonal array and FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis to secure sufficient torsional stiffness in this paper. According to the results by DOE and FEM analysis, the optimal design case produced improved 10.7% and 14.5% improvement in each stiffness-to-weight ratio and frame weight than in the early design step. Therefore, this paper shows that the optimal design with Taguchi's orthogonal array is very useful and effective for designing a tubular space frame of a low-cost single seat race car in the early design step.

  • Owing to the rapid increase of the number of automobiles, the traffic is being heavily crippled as time goes by. To provide drivers with better safety and convenience, a variety of CNSs(Car Navigation System) are being installed more and more specially for the vehicles which are produced in recent days. As the CNS has gained the public popularity, it has been playing a role as a component of the multimedia system in a vehicle in addition to providing the capability of route guidance service. It is, therefore, now recognized as an important unit of the vehicle interior system. As the situation has been changed as formerly described, it is necessary that not only the functions but also the usability and exterior features are to be designed to suit customers' tastes. This paper is an attempt to find out what the major sensibility factors which customers want as far as a CNS is concerned are. Because these factors can differ from a vehicle type to another that customers prefer, the analysis is based on the vehicle preference. It is proved that MDS(Multi Dimensional Scaling) is an effective method to analyze the sensibility factors for the different types of vehicles. The result shows that for the people who prefer the sedan-type vehicles, luxuriousness, harmoniousness, and texture are major factors. For people who like sports car, faminism, salience, and dynamics are major factors. For people who prefer SUV's(Sports Utility Vehicle) or MPV's(Multi Purpose Vehicle), solidity, dynamics, and convenience are important.

  • Sport commentators play an increasingly influential role in commercial sports broadcasting. Public trust is regarded as one of the most significant qualifications for sport commentators and this study used a Fuzzy AHP method in deciding the relative importance of professionalism, reliability, dynamic, and narrative skill. Based on the results, we conducted an evaluation of the public trust for the four SBS sport commentators for the 2010 South-Africa World Cup. The conclusion showed that professionalism and narrative skill were regarded as the most important factors for sport commentators to gain public trust. Among the four commentators evaluated, commentator # 1 got highest score overall, the soccer expert group highly appreciated commentator # 2, and the non-expert group highly appreciated commentator # 3.

The System of Arresting Wanted Vehicles for Violent Crimes for Public Safety (국민안전을 위한 강력범죄 수배차량 검거시스템)

  • The final goal of this study is to develop a system that can analyze whether a wanted vehicle is a criminal vehicle from images collected from black boxes, smartphones, CCTVs, and so on. Data collection was collected using a self-developed black box. The used data in this study has used a total of 83,753 cases such as the eight vehicle types(truck, RV, passenger car, van, SUV, bus, sports car, electric vehicle) and 434 vehicle models. As a result of vehicle recognition using YOLO v5, mAP was found to be 80%. As a result of identifying the vehicle model with ReXNet using the self-developed black box, the accuracy was found to be 99%. The result was verified by surveying field police officers. These results suggest that improving the accuracy of data labeling helps to improve vehicle recognition performance.

  • 일반 나일론6 폴리머 대비 수축률이 높은 수축률을 가질 수 있는 나일론 고수축 개질 폴리머를 개발하고 이를 이용하여 고권축/고벌키 특성이 우수한 세섬 20d급의 나일론/Co-나일론계 고권축 소재를 개발하기 위하여 나일론 개질폴리머의 구조와 물성에 대한 연구 조사가 필요하다. 기존 나일론6 중합은 카프로락탐만을 사용하여 중합되므로 선형의 분자 구조를 가지게 되어 섬유형태로 방사했을 경우 수축률이 균일하게 되므로 수축율이 다른 나이론 폴리머를 만들기 위해서는 카프로락탐 외에 폴리머 분자구조를 변화 시킬 수 있는 공중합 모노머를 사용하여 랜덤하게 공중합을 해야한다. 일반적으로 사용되는 공중합 모노머는 말단이 -COOH나 -NH2로 되어서 카프로락탐과 반응할 수 있는 물질이 많이 사용되어 진다. 최근 수축률을 높이기 위한 공중합 모노머로는 SSIPA나 Meta xylene diamine과 같이 비 선형구조를 가지는 모노머를 사용하여 폴리머의 구조를 변화시켜 수축율을 높이고 있다. 이를 일반 나이론 6와 사이드 바이 사이드 방사를 하게 되면 두 폴리머의 수축율 차이로 인해 미케니컬 수축력을 발현시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스포츠/레저용 초경량 Nylon 박지에 적합한 자발신장 개념인 Nylon6 잠재권축 소재를 개발하기 위하여 $14^D$수준의 Co-Nylon6의 구조와 물성을 조사 검토하여 이를 실제 현장에 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.

  • 폴리우레탄 필름을 이용하여 등산복, 스포츠 웨어, 보호복 등 많은 의복이 제조되고 있으며, 현재 폴리우레탄 필름에 항균성을 부여하여 메디컬 소재에 적용되고 있다. 항균성을 부여하는 물질은 제올라이트. 수산화아파타이트, 실리카 겔을 이용한 많은 무기 항균제가 사용되고 있다. 이들중 특히 수산화아파타이트는 생체친화력 및 이온교환 능력이 우수하여 인공뼈 또는 인공치아로 사용되고, 환경분야에서는 이온교환수지로 중금속 제거를 위하여 사용되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 폴리우레탄 필름 내부의 비드 간극 및 크기를 제어하여 비드콘 구조를 가지는 폴리우레탄 필름을 제조하였고 수산화아파타이트에 다양한 조건으로 은이온을 흡착시켜 은의 최적 흡착 조건을 설정하고 은이 흡착된 수산화아파타이트의 입자를 제어하여 다양한 종류의 입자를 제조하고 입자별 항균성을 평가하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 비드콘 폴리우레탄 필름과 은담지 수산화아파타이트를 여러가지 조건으로 복합화하여 항균성을 가지는 아파타이트복합 폴리우레탄필름을 제조하고 개발된 필름의 항균성 및 그 특성을 분석하여 보았다.

Injuries in Elite Korean Kabaddi Athletes: A Epidemiological Study (국가대표 카바디 선수들의 스포츠 손상 역학조사)

  • PURPOSE: This study examined the incidence, location, and characteristics of sports injuries according to the position in Korean national Kabaddi athletes. METHODS: Twenty-four national Kabaddi athletes (12 males and 12 females) who trained at the national training center between January 2019 and December 2019 were enrolled in this study. The event, position, and location of injury were recorded on an IOC daily injury report form. The incidence of sports injury was examined with the 95% confidence interval (CI), and the difference in the incidence of injury by position was presented as the rate ratio (RR). Moreover, the differences in the location of sports injury according to position were examined using χ2 tests. RESULTS: One hundred and nine sports injuries occurred among Kabaddi players, with an incidence of 20.28 cases of injuries per 1,000 exposures (95% CI 16.47 - 24.08), and the incidence of injury was the highest among the competition, followed by training and weights. The most common location of sports injury was the lower extremity, followed by the upper extremity, trunk, head, and neck. In addition, no significant differences in the locations of the sports injuries were noted according to gender (p = .689). Furthermore, knee, ankle, lumbar spine/lower back, shoulder/clavicle were common sites of sports injury among Kabaddi players. CONCLUSION: These results provide a baseline for predicting sports injuries occurring in athletes during games, and would provide useful information for developing performance enhancement as well as injury prevention programs.
