The study on convergence technology for sports related health (건강관련 스포츠 융합 기술 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current status and future prospects through the Classification of sports and ICT convergence technology for the health. Sports and ICT convergence technology could be classified into three types-sports and virtual reality, wearable devices, application and platforms. First, the application of virt ual reality technology gives a user the feeling of reality, fun, and flow through the sensing technology. And this was extended to 'Gamification' concept, gamification of the Nike Plus has become a catalyst in the spread of wea rable devices market. Second, the fastest growing sector in the wearable device area is the health and sports. Chin ese and start-up companies as well as global ICT companies is competing for expanding the pool by releasing the fitness-related wearable devices. Third, the building of platform that can utilize the health and exercise-related dat a collected through the application is expanding.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of emotion on friend relationship and school life satisfaction of elementary school students attended dance program in school sports club. With questionaires, 350 participants surveyed attended dance program in school sports club. First, the emotion of elementary school students attended dance program in school sports club influenced on friend relationship significantly. Second, the emotion of elementary school students attended dance program in school sports club influenced on school life satisfaction significantly. Third, the friend relationship of elementary school students attended dance program in school sports club influenced on school life satisfaction.

  • This study was to find out the actual state of sports activities in the COVID-19 era and ways of improving of sports activities of 697 people ranging from 10s to 60s in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. First, as a results, it was found that 61.4% of the current COVID-19 are playing sports. Second, participants in sports are found to enjoy contactless sports such as YouTube training contents, and video PT the most. Third, the COVID-19 situation has been identified as the most influential factor in sports activities. Fourth, the opinion that it would be best to prepare a countermeasure plan for infectious diseases such as COVID-19 as an alternative to revitalize sports activities in the future was the most common. Last, It was reported that institutional and technical efforts were needed to improve sports activities.

Sports convergence Analysis of Sports injuries and Heart Rate Variability in National Female Judo Athletes (국가대표 여자 유도선수들의 스포츠 손상과 심박변이도와의 스포츠 융합 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between sports incidence and heart rate variability in nationa lfemale judo athletes. Participants measured heart rate variability using the Autonomic Nervous System(SA-6000). Based on the average incidence of injury, sports injury incidence was classified into upper and lower groups. In addition, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation was performed to examine the correlation between the independent T-test, the number of sports injuries, and the heart rate variability. Heart rate variability was significantly different in total power and low frequency, and there was also significant difference in otal power and low frequency in the correlation analysis of heart rate variability according to the number of sports injuries. These data are expected to be useful as basic data for developing prevention injury programs.

A Convergence Study of the Influence of Empathy and Prosocial Behavior on School Life Happiness of Multicultural and Korean Adolescents through Sports Activity (스포츠 활동을 통한 다문화 청소년과 한국 청소년의 공감과 친사회적 행동이 학교생활행복에 미치는 영향의 융합적 연구)

  • The study is aimed at examining the influence of empathy and pro-social behavior on school life happiness of multicultural and Korean adolescents through sports activities. The results of the analysis of total 461 adolescents participating in sports activities and not participating in sports activities are as follows. Adolescents participating in sports activities have higher levels of empathy, pro-social behavior and school life happiness than those who do not participate. And the more experience involved in sports activities, the higher the level of empathy, the level of pro-social behavior and the level of school life happiness. There is a significant correlation between empathy and pro-social behavior and school life happiness. Empathy and pro-social behavior factors affecting school life happiness are statistically influencing factors such as "relationship formation", "communication", "cooperation", "assistance", "emotional expression", and "comfort". The results of this study suggest the importance of dealing with empathy and pro-social behavior through sports activities in the school life happiness of multicultural families and Korean adolescents.

  • Compared to the past, the number of disabled people in Korea is continuing to increase. As for the scope of the disability, it is expanding as well since it now includes all types of illnesses, car accidents, complications resulting from aging, industrial accidents and others accidents. Attempts are made in terms of applying sports game method that grafts IT technology in order to ensure that the disabled people participate continually in sports. While casting away the notion of play which was the role of a game in the past, new roles and domains were developed. In fact, serious game genre is what leads this change. Because serious game is leading the game industry fast, centered on education, sports, fitness and medical use, its market value can be considered very significant since it can be both fund and effective as it targets the disabled who cannot enjoy sports easily in reality. Accordingly, this research seeks to present the direction for the application of serious game for the disabled people by analyzing the current situation pertaining to the integrated and converged cases applied to the field of sports for the disabled when it comes to the serious game that uses contents based on the IT technology.

A Subjective Study on Sport Ideologies (스포츠사상에 대한 주관성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore physical education majors' subjective perception on sports ideologies using Q-methodology. This study found four types of subjective perception on sports thoughts. Type I is named 'the type of fair victory and defeat.' The subjects of type I emphasize the items of victory and defeat, fair judgement, a drama without a scrip, etc. Type II is named 'the type of sport philosophy.' The subjects of type II emphasize the items of sport philosophy, theory of one of mind & body, great spirit, hwarangdo spirit, sport logic, self-improving, etc. Type III is named 'the type of communication & social activity.' The subjects of type III emphasize the place for communication, social activity, consideration, improvement of the quality of life, etc. Type III is named 'the type of communication & social activity.' The subjects of type IV emphasize welfare, security for the aged, leisure, entertainment(game), healthy, etc.

Utilization and Prospect of Big Data Analysis of Sports Contents (스포츠콘텐츠의 빅데이터 분석 활용과 전망)

  • The big data utilization category in the sports field was mainly focused on the big data analysis to improve the competence of the athlete and the performance. Since then, 'big data technology' which collect and analyze more detailed and diverse data through the application of ICT technology such as IoT and AI has been applied. The use of big data of sports contents in future has value and possibility in the smart environment, but it is necessary to overcome the shortage and limitation of platform to manage and share sports contents. In order to solve such problems, it is important to change the perception of the companies or providers that provide sports contents and cultivate and secure professional personnel capable of providing sports contents. Also, it is necessary to implement policies to systematically manage and utilize big data poured from sports contents.

  • 성공적인 국제 메가 스포츠 이벤트는 진행 국가와 해당 도시의 글로벌 이미지를 제고하고, 국가경제 성장에 파급 효과가 있음이 다수 사례를 통해 입증되었다. 최근의 국제 메가 스포츠 이벤트는 단순한 스포츠 행사가 아닌 최첨단 정보통신기술과 방송통신 융합의 전시회라고 해도 과언이 아니기 때문에 정부만의 과제와 역할로는 성공할 수 없다. 국제 스포츠 이벤트 운영의 패러다임이 변화하는 환경 속에서 대회를 기획하고 주관하는 스폰서는 이벤트 개최와 성공을 좌우하는 핵심요소로 그 선정에서부터 중요한 검토가 이루어져야 한다고 볼 수 있다. 이 글에서는 향후 있을 2018 평창동계올림픽의 안정적인 개최와 성공을 기대하며 2014 아시안 게임의 사례를 중심으로 안정적이고 신뢰성 있는 스포츠 대회 개최를 위한 방송통신망 Infra 구축과 운영 방안에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Outdoor Sports and e-sports Participation based Measuring Model Design for the Mental and Social Health of Adolescents (아웃도어 스포츠와 e-스포츠 기반의 청소년 정신적 사회적 건강 측정 모델 설계)

  • This study was aimed to study the effects of adolescents' outdoor sports and e-sports activities on their holistic health. In order for this, adolescent holistic health has been divided into three categories: physical health, mental health, and social health; and reviewed existing research on outdoor sports and e-sports. The research has found several variables for measuring the correlation between the two types of sports. The variables cover four areas: 1) General Information, determined by gender, age, preferred sport, and length of play; 2) Physical Health, as measured by six questions in the basic PAPS (Physical Activity Promotion System) survey; 3) Mental Health, as measured by stress index, self-efficacy, subjective health, and self-esteem; and 4) Social Health, as measured by variables relating to family, friends, school, and society. A total of 36 questions were devised, with 1-4 questions in each area. Primarily it examined the mental health social health. As a result, it was found that three factors have a difference such that the significance of self satisfaction. family relationships, friendships is 0.064, 0.012, 0.088 respectably.
