The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among professionalism of sport instructors, job burnout and turnover intention. Independent variable was professionalism of sport instructors, mediating variable was job burnout. Finally, dependent variable was turnover intention. The data were collected from 253 sport instructors of elementary school by the convenience sampling method. This study used IBM SPSS Ver. 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 for frequency analysis, reliability, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows; First, Professionalism had a significant influence on job burnout. Second, Job burnout had a significant influence on turnover intention. Third, Professionalism did not have a significant influence on turnover intention.

This study is aimed at analyzing the characteristics of each service quality and the requirements of the customers followed by the classification of service quality factors of youth sports clubs by using Kano model. For this purpose, a survey was conducted by targeting on 257 subjects in 10 youth sports clubs in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas and for data processing, Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0 were used to carry out Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Kano model Quality Classification, Timko's Customer Satisfaction Coefficient, and the computation and analysis of Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index. The following shows the research findings. First, as a result of using Kano model to classify each item of the service quality factors of the youth sports club through Dualistic Quality Theory Attribution, one-dimensional quality elements resulted in all 22 items of service quality factors of youth sports club. Second, the customer satisfaction coefficient computation result showed that satisfaction coefficient appeared by the order of 'kind response of the instructor,'(0.81), 'attitude of the instructor'(0.80), 'systematic lecture program'(0.76), and 'variety of program)'(0.76) and dissatisfaction coefficient appeared by the order of 'clean and pleasant facility'(-0.79), 'attitude of the instructor'(-0.76), 'kind response of the instructor'(-0.76), 'convenience of parking facility'(-0.73), and 'promptness of business process'(-0.73). Third, the public-service customer satisfaction index placing appeared by the order of the 'attitude of the instructor', 'kind response of the instructor', 'clean and pleasant facility' and 'systematic lecture program'.

The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement tool for education satisfaction of sport ethics program and to verify its validity. To achieve this goal, 3 steps of experimental processes were carried out. In the first step, the pilot questionnaires was created on the basis of previous researches regarding sport ethics education, education satisfaction, and response assessment. In the second process, as a pilot survey step, construct validity was obtained through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the measure constructed by the first process. In the third process, as a main survey step, external validity was obtained through difference verification, then questionnaires were constructed based on the analyzed contents. As a result of these steps, a measurement tool for educational satisfaction of sport ethics program composed of 17 questionnaires was developed. It consists of education contents (6), instructor competency (5), and education effect (6).

본 연구는 동남아 각국에서 시행되고 있는 레저 스쿠버 잠수 인증 제도에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 잠수 현황 및 인중 현황을 비교하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 인터넷에 게시된 내용을 많이 활용하였고, 관련 문헌을 조사하였으며, 자료 보완을 위해 잠수 협회 관계자, 2007년 동남아 각국의 DIVE EXPO 에 참가한 동남아 각국의 관공홍보 정부 관계자, 잠수 리조트 운영자 및 강사들과 폭 넓은 인터뷰를 하였다. 논문에는 인증 제도에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 스쿠버 잠수 인증 단체의 설립 역사를 간략히 소개하였고, 스쿠버 인증과 국채 표준의 관계에 대해서도 언급하였다.

This study started from the question of what we think about big data as the term "big data" was used and discussed in our daily lives in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. For the analysis, the final 30 Q samples were selected based on prior research related to big data, and 23 respondents were secured for Q analysis, and the following results were derived. First, the explanatory power of each type was 34.30% for , 8.03% for , 7.21% for , and 6.24% for , showing a total of 55.69%. Second, the Q sample emphasized by respondents by each type shows various occupational distributions in , and for 'big data', it is 'digital' and future'. So they were named 「Digital Type」. In , the distribution of 'social workers' was high, and for 'big data', 'future', 'collaboration', 'welfare', 'local residents', and 'defense' were emphasized. It was named 「welfare type」. In , the job distribution of respondents appeared evenly, and it was named as 「Convergence Type」. Because it emphasized statements such as 'convergence', 'digital', 'future', and 'sports'. is composed of association officials, sports instructors, and graduate students, and was named 「Artificial Intelligence Type」, because it emphasizes 'artificial intelligence', 'new paradigm', 'network', and 'sports'. In the age of knowledge industrialization and knowledge informatization that followed industrialization and informatization, how to process and utilize the numerous data accumulated over the years is an important task. Right now, in sports, more than anything else, it is necessary to continuously seek ways to utilize and activate accumulated big data.

본 논문에서는 복합 개체 센싱(다축 멀티 센서)이 적용되고 수중 다이빙 시 몸통, 핀 부분의 동작 정보를 수집하여 수중 활동 시 발차기, 몸통 회전, 몸통 위치, 이동 속도 등의 움직임 정보를 수집 할 수 있도록 구성하여 다이빙 시 발생되는 다양한 동작 정보를 실시간 수집 할 수 있는 웨어러블 시스템 개발을 제안한다. 다이빙 Suit, 몸에 탈부착이 가능하도록 구성하여 개인의 수중 다이빙 상황을 실시간 정보 수집을 통하여 객관적으로 다이빙 자세, 공기소모와 의 관계 분석, 다이빙 습관 교정, 속도 조절 등 자가 진단 체계화 정보 구축하고, 다이빙 포함 다양한 해양 스포츠의 훈련 이슈는 수중에서 발생되는 문제를 객관화된 정보 없이 강사, 훈련생의 느낌으로만 교정 한다는 의미에서 보다 객관화된 센싱 정보와 복합적으로 수집 분석된 정보를 학습된 정보의 비교분석에 의하여 수중 다이빙의 문제점을 교정 할 수 있다.

This study is aimed to investigate the effects of perceived value of the users in the relationship between service qualities of the Pilates training centers, which has been recently increasing, and their reuse intention. A survey research was conducted with 487 users who used the Pilates training centers and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The analysis results are as follows. First, service qualities perceived by the Pilates users including external service, quality of trainers, training program, and tuition fee showed significant impact on reuse intention, positively. Second, service qualities perceived by the Pilates users including external service, quality of trainers, training program, and tuition fee showed significant impact on both functional and emotional values, positively. Third, functional and emotional values perceived by the Pilates users showed significant impact on reuse intention, positively. Fourth, significant mediating effect of functional value was found in the relationship between service qualities of the Pilates training centers, which were external service, quality of trainers, training program, and tuition fee, and reuse intention. Fifth, significant mediating effect of emotional value was found in the relationship between service qualities of the Pilates training centers including training program and tuition fee, and reuse intention.

The purpose of this study was to investigate competency and employ ability of labor market for college students who are majoring in sports and recreation studies. It was revealed that the stanine score 2 achievement is 1 college, the stanine score 3 achievement is 11 colleges, the stanine score 4 achievement is 32 colleges, the stanine score 5 achievement is 15 colleges, and the stanine score 6 achievement is 5 colleges. This result indicated that the colleges locating in large cities or providing with certification of the secondary school teaching are performed highly academic achievement record. In an analysis of competency test among students who are majoring in sports & recreation, or physical education, the mean scores of physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and management competencies among the students are 3.88, 3.61, 3.52, 3.30, and 3.21, respectively. This study is about preparation: getting it right at the beginning; giving the right training and educating to the right people to create an effective workforce for the delivery of sports and recreation market. This understanding, can be used as a guide to policies and possible actions related to training and recruitment.

South Korea is entering an aging society, and since the musculoskeletal system directly affects elders' daily life, muscle exercise and flexibility are required. In particular, yoga relaxes the mind and the body and heightens stress coping ability. To investigate keywords about yoga, news articles provided by BIGKinds, a news analysis system, was applied to collect articles from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2021, and an analysis was conducted about the monthly keywords and the relationship followed by the weighted degree. Based on the research findings, first, it showed that there is high interest in yoga during the spring and autumn seasons. Second, yoga is offered in non-contact methods nowadays, and various social network services are applied for the operation. Third, there was high public attention to articles on yoga instructors and trainers, and this revealed the importance and interest in online coaching. It is anticipated to apply it for the development of yoga workout programs and base data to develop sports for all.

In recent years, international migration of professional workers is significantly increasing as globalization has been deepened more and more. South Korea is not an exception for this case. Immigration of professional workers have steadily increased since 2000 in Korea, and the number reached approximately to 50,000 in 2009. In addition, it is a major trend that immigrants of short-sojourn are decreasing and ones of long-sojourn increasing. Our research shows that foreign language instructor has the greatest number of foreign professional immigrants. The next is professional immigrants related to business-activities. There are considerably entertainers, but they have greatly decreased since 2003. Majority of foreign professional immigrants settle down in a few metropolises. Especially, they reside in Seoul Metropolitan Area and Southeast coastal region. Professional immigrants trend to do with Korean on the base of their offices rather than residental communities in terms of adaptation, and they do not have strong will to reside permanently in Korea. Moreover, they are located at a blind spot of Korean government's foreign immigrant policy, comparing to foreign workers and female marriage immigrants.
