Smart Education began with the smart generation. But It did not activated and stopped Provisionally. Because Digital contents for smart education are low quality, and education devices are expensive. In this paper, we analyze compatibility and usability of essential digital textbook and device in smart education. Through this paper to indicate the optimum effectiveness in using a limited budget. To activate the smart education spread again. To enhance its position as the home of Smart Education. Improve the quality of education and to contribute to the future development of the nation.

According to spread of Smart Work introduction to public organizations & commercial enterprises, its being more focused on how to implement Smart Work effectively. So far current Smart Work, mainly Mobile Office has emphasized the speed & efficiency of management. But future Smart Work, Smart Work 2.0 must focus on the creativity & innovation of companies & people. In order to do that, the new technology like Social networking & Cloud computing should be applied. This study suggests Smart Work 2.0 implementation methodology including critical successful factors & solutions of Smart Work implementation through referencing existing implementation methodology and case study.

With the advent of smart age, the concern on smart work has gradually increased in the situation that creative innovation capability has become one of the important elements in business competitiveness. Most domestic small and medium-sized businesses have partly introduced smart work system due to the lack of its recognition and understanding about a specific method to implement. Under the environment, it is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads global market in order to secure the dominant position in smart work related technologies. Therefore, this paper suggests standardization items which lead global standard and implementation direction on standardization through analysing the current situation introducing smart work in small and medium-sized business and technology/standardization trends.

This study investigated the recognition of teachers on the introduction and use of SMART education, which is an ICT-based customized learning method. Through the investigation, the study was to empirically examine the relationship between the use intention of SMART education and its influential factors, and analyze the difference in the use intention of SMART education by teachers, focusing on the experience of SMART education. For analysis purpose, a structural equation model, which was expanded from the theory of reasoned action, was presented. In addition, the difference in path coefficient, which affects the use intention of SMART education, was compared based on the experience with or without SMART education. The results showed that teacher efficacy in the teacher group without SMART education experience was more negatively significant in class burden. In the teacher group with SMART education experience, it was found that the attitude toward SMART education was more significant in use intention; organizational citizenship behavior was more significant in use intention; teacher efficacy was more significant in the attitude toward SMART education and; teacher efficacy was more significant in organizational citizenship behavior. No significant difference was found in the path coefficient among the groups in other hypotheses. Through these results, the factors for introducing and promoting SMART education and its invigoration measures were presented.

Recently, it is emphasized that the approach towards the development of smart cities as a driving force of sustainable economic growth of the city. Governments and municipalities are expected to expand the support for the smart city industry promotion, as the needs for smart city technology and service development, and investment for smart city industry increases. In order to promote the smart city policy as the driving force for the growth, it is necessary to understand the tendency of service development and its application. Governments and municipalities need a credible reference for their decision making on which smart city policy should be prioritized for the revitalization of the local economy by deploying certain smart city services according to the local industrial conditions. This study will analyze the trends of smart city services and suggest a reference data for decision making for the promotion of smart city industry.

OTP(One time password) is widely used as an authentication method for financial and other security-sensitive transactions. OTP provides strong security since each password is used only one time while normal password-based authentications use passwords as long term secrets. However, OTP-based authentications relatively lack usability since they require users to hold an OTP card or generator. To overcome such a problem, smartphones start replacing OTP cards and such a method is called smart OTP. However, smart OTP inherits security vulnerabilities that smartphones have. In this paper, we propose a smart OTP authentication based on an extremely light authentication protocol called HB+. HB+ protocol is developed for low-cost devices and has small communication and computation costs. We present our solution and discuss its security, efficiency and practicality. Our contribution is providing a method to securely use smart OTP without losing its efficiency and usability.

The purpose of the study is to find out a development direction of planning element for smart green multi complexes through suggestion and evaluation focused on carbon mitigation and adaptation. For the research, the concept and characteristics are reviewed as a theoretical study and planning elements are surveyed based on the former research regarding low carbon green growth. The effects of individual planning elements are evaluated focused on its impact, easiness, cost and the development directions based on priority of planning element for smart green multi complexes are suggested. This study will provide the basic frame for the practical ways of the multi complex construction and the systematic formulations of its operation and management focused on smart green.

Nowadays, the rapid progress and worldwide use of smart-media(SNS) has resulted in coming of the smart media convergence age. In practice, however, the effectiveness of smart media convergence society is limited by the difficulties of using it, which include accessibility, waiting for loading, clutter, old information, privacy risks, expensive communication, etc. The conquest of these difficulties must be policy target of broadcasting and telecommunication for high quality of communication life. From this perspective, this paper proposes a new policy of broadcasting and telecommunication based on the dynamic quality of life for the smart media convergence society. This smart convergence policy will not promote only the development and production of smart media contents but also its stable supply and it will secure the accessibility and privacy. In conclusion, this paper reveals that the components of quality of life are important elements of broadcasting and communication policies which will eventually lead to the popular use of smart media and enhance its quality.

This study examined the effects of mothers' smartphone usage habits on young children's aggression and emotional intelligence. For this purpose, a total of 275 questionnaires from mothers in Jeonbuk Province with 3~5 year old young children, who had experiences in using smartphones, were analyzed, and the results are as follows. First, an analysis of the general trend of mother's smartphone usage habits showed that young children's aggression and emotional intelligence according to the general trend of mother's smartphone usage habits had a generally low rate and 'the tolerance and flow' had a high score among its sub-factors. The general trend of young children's aggression also showed a generally low rate, and 'status acquired aggression' had a high score among its sub-factors. The general trend of young children's emotional intelligence showed a moderate level, and a high score was observed in 'mother relation' among its sub-factors. Second, an analysis of the relationship between mother's smartphone usage habits, and young children's aggression and emotional intelligence showed that mother's smartphone usage habits had a positive correlation with the young children's aggression while it did not correlate with the young children's emotional intelligence. On the other hand, a negative correlation was observed between the virtual world orientation among the sub-factors of smartphone usage habits and the self-emotion awareness and expression among the sub-factors of emotional intelligence. Third, an analysis of the effects of mother's smartphone usage habits on children's aggression showed that all of mother's smartphone usage habits and its sub-factors had a negative effect on children's aggression. Fourth, an analysis of the effects of mother's smartphone usage habits on young children's emotional intelligence showed that none of mother's smartphone usage habits or its sub-factors had a significant effect.

This paper is about a smart pillow, and a smart diaper. The smart pillow analyzes the frequency of a baby's cry and applies its digital value to the band pass filter. If the crying is between 300-600Hz, the white noise comes out. The smart diaper alerts to the smart phone if the humidity outside the diaper is over 99%, or the temperature is over $29^{\circ}C$ after the defecation of the baby. The smart diaper also prevents choking of the baby by alert to smart phone if they are in a dangerous position by sensing the location of the infant.
