This study analyzes the type of preferred shopping items based on tourism shopping value pursued by tourists through shopping at travel destinations as well as verifies their impact on satisfaction. A survey on 310 adult men and women aged 20 to 69 collected data samples representing tourism shoppers in Korea. Based on the collected data, a factor analysis and a structural model equation analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS. Tourism shopping value was divided into functional value, emotional value, exploratory value, and shared value. In addition, shopping items were categorized as physical materials and experience materials to identify the difference in preferred item types according to the value that tourists perceive. It also confirmed the adjustment effect of tourism motivation that affects tourism shopping behavior. According to the analysis results, the more tourists perceive functional and emotional values when shopping, the more physical material they prefer, and the more they perceive exploratory values, the higher the preference for experience goods. However, the shared value affected both physical materials and experience materials. Based on escape-seeking motivation, the adjustment effect of tourism motivation (a major variable to understand the behavior of tourists) on tourism shopping behavior was confirmed. Based on the academic and practical implications of this study, we hope to broaden our understanding of tourism shopping and revitalize research on tourism shopping.

Discovery's collection was originally paper documents, but with the advent of the digital age, its collection expanded. Resolving the issue of ESI has now become important in litigation. Therefore, this study analyzes the requirements of each domain for electronic records to be recognized as evidence. It also explained the factors that should be considered in record management. In addition, eDiscovery in the United States was selected as an advanced case to utilize records as evidence. This study investigated the Commentary on Legal Holdings: The Trigger & The Process and analyzed which functions must be considered in order for electronic records to be preserved as evidence. To this end, we analyze the functional requirements of the eDiscovery solution. Through this, necessary functional requirements are derived to help implement the system in preparation for eDiscovery.

This study was conducted to analyze the difference between positive psychology and citizenship according to the characteristics of urban forest use among middle-aged living in Seoul. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 156 middle-aged were convenience sampled, and the collected data were subjected to descriptive statistics, variance analysis, and Schéffe post-test using the SPSS 25.0 program. The main research results are as follows. First, gender differences in resilience, optimism, and citizenship were significant, but differences by age were not significant. Second, there were differences in positive psychology and citizenship according to the characteristics of urban forest use. As the average life expectancy increases, social and policy support for the middle-aged population is needed, so it is necessary to actively seek out the diversity of opportunities and methods of urban forest experience to improve the psych-social health of citizens.

This study is a qualitative study for "Seung-mu" of Song, Jae-Sub, who has been designated as Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 15 by Daejeon City, performed by literature research. The significance of this study is to examine the life and to understand the performance of Bup-Woo Song Jae-Sub, the Seung-mu performer, and to supply the knowledge of the dance moves, rhythm, and materials of the Seung-mu. Song Jae-Sub's Seung-mu is characterized by a soft appearance, and the process of assimilation and conformity to nature is melted into the dance moves, and it contains the aesthetics of humility that puts the opinions of others before oneself. Furthermore, Song Jae-Sub's Seung-mu is characterized by his humility and flexibility expressed through dance.

The diffusion of OTT service has brought the fundamental changes in the value chain of the existing media industry. OTT service based on the public Internet has increased the number of subscribers by using dominant marketing capability, making the pay TV platform player's ability to connecting users powerless. This study examined the changes in the media market and pay TV industry in the USA due to the diffusion of OTT service and analyzed the changing strategies of media firms. The number subscribers of the expensive pay TV service in the USA has diminished, experiencing cord cutting and cord shaving due the diffusion of OTT. OTT players are changing the media market, showing the dramatic excellence in making original contents and distributing the newly released movies. Examination of the recent merger and acquisition cases of media firms tells that the investment in making original contents has increased in order to have the competitiveness in OTT business. The future media industry will be rapidly reshaped mainly based OTT service and strategic judgement is important to maintain the competitiveness of all media firms in the existing value chain of media industry.

Newtro is gaining popularity recently as one of the media content genres. Newtro contents are not just a restoration, but are the creations that create new values by adapting to the current situation and appealing to the nostalgia for the past. A total of 254 people participated the online survey. Result showed that users prefer Newtro content that is in the 'moderate incongruity' state with moderate novelty, rather than content that is very new or too familiar. In addition, both 'personal nostalgia' from direct past experiences and 'vicarious nostalgia' from indirect experiences were found to have a positive effect on preference for Newtro content. Finally, it was confirmed that the image of Newtro contents affected the purchase intention of Newtro contents positively. But the attitude toward Newtro contents did not. Based on these results, this study suggested the implications for the differentiation strategy of Newtro contents.

The purpose of this study was to examine the students' responses and self-understanding in the liberal arts and personality class, one of the compulsory liberal arts subjects at S University. The results of the study are as follows. First, the degree of influence on students' positive change in this class was higher than normal using a five-step Likert scale. In particular, as a result of the film discussion conducted by the researcher, satisfaction was very high. Second, as a result of picture test analysis, changes in coping ability through stress and resource scales were seen in the students, and it was an opportunity for students to understand themselves by looking into their minds. This study presented example of classes that can cultivate students' personality through literature, art, and video, and cultivate their qualities as global citizens, such as responsibility, leadership, cooperation, consideration, communication, and empathy, through discussion.

In order to examine the cultural vicious cycle of gender representation in online educational content, this paper reviewed the top five popular webtoons of inamootoon (EBStoon), Korea's first children's webtoon platform. The patterns of appearance representation that distinguish character's gender, the desire and psychology of characters according to gender, and their functions in the work were critically analyzed from a feminist perspective. In most of the works, the appearance of characters often follows gender stereotypes. It appears that women have long hair and wear dresses while men have short hair. On the other hand, the gender characteristics in terms of psychology and function show the aspect of breaking gender's cliche. The gender proportion of the protagonists is almost the same. Regardless of gender, they function as solvers or rescuers, bravely and wisely overcoming the problem situation. By the way, it is interesting that in representing the main character's gender, the weaker the gender stereotypes, the more popular the work among the readers. This fact suggests that the critical acceptance and choice of young readers can break the cultural vicious cycle of gender representation.

Web 3.0 is also called the "next-generation Internet" and is a new concept that started in 2018 and is attracting attention as the beginning of the "distributed Internet era". As Web 3.0 became mainstream, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) serving as content as services were distributed, and companies started to introduce NFTs in their marketing campaigns. This is because NFTs can be used to promote brands to new consumers. In this study, using Japan's 「HARTi」 NFT Art as an example, we investigate a new method using urban infrastructure and spaces, not NFTs that exist only in the Japanese art market and online. By analyzing social issues following the introduction of a new digital marketing method based on NFT Art, we will discuss issues and countermeasures in the domestic NFT Art market and present a positive outlook.

A pressure sensor that mimics the sensing ability of human skin has emerged as high-profile technology because it shows remarkable applications in numerous fields such as robotics, human health monitoring, and artificial prosthetics. Whereas recent pressure sensors have achieved high sensitivity similar to that of human skin, they still show limited detection bandwidth. Moreover, once these e-skin are fabricated, their sensitivity and stiffness are fixed; therefore, they can be used for only limited applications. Our study proposes a new adaptive pressure sensor built with uniform gallium microdroplet-elastomer composite. Based on the phase transition of gallium microdroplets, the proposed sensor undergoes mode transformation, enabling it to have a higher sensitivity and wider detection bandwidth compared with those of human skin. In addition, we succeeded in extending a single adaptive pressure sensor to sensor arrays based on its high uniformity, reproducibility, and large-scale manufacturability. Finally, we designed an adaptive e-skin with the sensor array and demonstrated its applications on health monitoring tasks including blood pulse and body weight measurements.
