Development of NCS Based Vocational Curriculum Model for the Practical and Creative Human Respirces (실전 창의형 인재 양성을 위한 NCS 기반 직업교육과정의 모형 개발)

  • The study aims to develop the NCS based vocational curriculum model for the practical and creative human resources. For effectiveness of the study, the study consists of literature studies of both domestic and international, contents analysis, case study, expert(9samples) consultation and review, and in-depth-interview of the three advisory members. The validity of the developed model is analyzed through mean, standard deviation and contents validity ratio(CVR). The main results of the model development in our study are as follow. First, our NCS based vocational curriculum model for the practical and creative human resources is developed with the analyses of NCS development manuals, training standard utilization and training curriculum organization manuals, NCS learning module development manual and case studies, NCS research report, NCS based curriculum pilot development resources directed toward the high schools and vocational school as well as the domestic and international literature study on career training model like NCS. Second, based on the findings of our analysis in combination with the findings from the consultations with the expert and advisory committee, total 19 sub-factors of each step and domain are extracted. The sub-factors of domain in step 1 are the competency unit, definition of competency unit, competency unit element, performance criteria, range of variable, guide of assessment, key competency; in step 2, they are subject title, subject objectives, chapter title, chapter objectives, pedagogical methods, assessment methods and basic job competence; and in step 2, they are NCS based subject matrix table, NCS based subject profile, NCS based job training curriculum table, NCS based subjects organization flowchart, NCS based job training operation plan. Third, the final model including step 3 NCS based subject profile are developed in association with the linked organizational sub-factors of step 1 and step 2. Forth, the validity tests for the final model by the step and domain yield the mean 4.67, CVR value 1.00, indicating the superior validity. Also, the means of each sub-factors are all over 4.33 with the CVR value 1.00, indicating the high validity as well. The means of the associated organizations within the model are also over 4.33 with the CVR value of 1.00. Standard deviations are all .50 or lower which are small. Fifth, based on the validity test results and the in-depth-interview of the expert and advisory committee, the model is adjusted complemented to establish final model of the NCS based vocational curriculum for the practical and creative human resources.

A Systematic Review on Measurement Instruments of Bilateral Upper Extremity Function (양측 상지 기능 평가도구에 관한 체계적 고찰)

  • Objective : This study was conducted to review about instrument for bilateral upper extremity assessment. Methods : We searched published papers in Medline database. The keywords used in the search were 'upper extremity' and 'motor activity', 'activities of daily living' and 'assessment', 'instrument', 'disability evaluations'. In total of 68 papers, 44 assessment instruments was extracted. We analyzed about numbers, subjects, methods, reliability, validity, responsiveness of assessment instruments about bilateral upper limb function comparing unilateral, combined bilateral and unilateral instruments. Results : The numbers of bilateral measurement tool were 2 in a total of upper extremity measurement tools. Also, subjects were patients with stroke and measurement was based on performance. The reliability, validity and responsiveness of tools were high. Conclusions : Futher study will be needed to development and research about instrument of bilateral upper extremity.

Translation and Validation of the Korean Version Revised Nottingham Sensory Assessment (한국판 수정된 노팅엄 감각평가의 신뢰도 타당도 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to translate and validate the revised Nottingham Sensory Assessment(rNSA) in Republic of Korea. A cross-sectional study was conducted to translate the rNSA into Korean using a modified forward/backward translation procedure. Inter-rater and intra-rater reliability, internal consistency, and concurrent validity were investigated to validate the Korean version rNSA. The Korean version rNSA showed excellent inter-rater reliability (r=0.92-1.00) and intra-rater reliability (r=0.93-1.00). Significant correlations were found between sensory assessment results of the Korean version of the rNSA and the Korean Fugl Meyer Assessment Sensory subscales (r=0.96). The Cronbach α value of internal consistency of Korean version rNSA was ranged from 0.73 to 0.90, the value of K-FMA-S was ranged from 0.70 to 0.88. In these results, psychometric properties of the Korean version of the rNSA achieved the standard level and can be feasible in clinical practice to assess sensory function following stroke in Republic of Korea.

Validity and Reliability of the Korean Version of Student Evidence-Based Practice Questionnairs(S-EBPQ) (한국어판 간호대학생의 근거기반실무 측정도구(S-EBPQ)의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Student Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire (S-EBPQ) which developed by Upton, Scurlock-Evans, and Upton. Data were collected from 209 nursing students with previous experience of education in evidence-based practice and clinical placement. Using SPSS 25.0, construct validity, concurrent validity and reliability were evaluated. The Korean version of S-EBPQ consisted of 21 items in four domains. The measurement explained 67.0% and the reliability using Cronbach's alpha was .927. The Korean version of S-EBPQ can be used to evaluate the ability of evidence-based practice among nursing students. The tool could be also used to examine the effectiveness of educational programs for evidence-based practice which would contribute to improving the quality of nursing education in Korea.

A Study on the Reliability and Validity of a Korean translated Multidimensional Experiential Avoidance Questionnaire (한국어판 다차원적 체험회피 질문지의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to translate and examine the reliability and validity of Multidimensional Experiential Avoidance Questionnaire (MEAQ) developed by $G{\acute{a}}mez$, Chmielewski, Kotov, Ruggero, and Watson. 285 college students completed the MEAQ. Exploratory factor analysis supported the six factor structure of the 50 items. Internal consistency of 50 items was .91. 315 college students completed the MEAQ. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed six factor structure of 50 items. 275 students of them completed also Acceptance-Action Questionnaire II, White Bear Suppression Inventory, Toronto Alexithymia Scale, Neuroticism, avoidant coping, CES-D, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Psychological Well-Being Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale. Correlations between MEAQ and these scales supported the convergent, discriminant, and criterion-related validity.

Developing a Cancer Nursing Information System;Determining Core Nursing Diagnoses for the Six Most Common Cancers in Korea (암 간호정보체계 개발;한국 6대 암 환자의 핵심간호진단)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 암 간호정보체계에 사용될 한국 6대 암 환자의 핵심간호진단을 결정하기 위해 수행되었다. 핵심간호진단 은 6대 암, 각 환자 군의 간호를 위해 가장 자주 혹은 많이 사용되는 일정의 간호진단 세트로 정의된다. 본 연구에서 6대 암 환자의 핵심간호진단을 결정하고자 하는 가장 큰 목적은 간호진단 과정에서의 편리성을 높임으로써 앞으로 개발될 암 간호정보체계의 유용성과 사용가능성을 높이기 위함이다. 연구방법: 핵심간호진단은 조사연구를 통해 결정하였으며, 결정된 진단들은 문헌고찰과 환자기록 분석을 통해 그 타당도를 확인하였다. 환자기록 분석은 특히 조사연구 결과의 타당도를 확인하기 위해 사용되었다. 조사연구에 사용된 도구 및 환자기록에 나타난 간호진단 혹은 간호문제의 교차분석을 위해서는 NANDA Taxonomy II에 포함된 간호진단이 사용되었다. 219명의 경력간호사가 조사연구에 참여하였으며, 72개의 환자기록이 분석되었다. 핵심간호진단은 암 간호 정보체계의 언어개발을 위해 구성된 전문가 집단에 의해 조사연구 참여자의 20% 이상이 선택한 NANDA 간호진단으로 정하였다. 연구결과: 16개 ${\sim}$ 20개의 NANDA 간호진단이 한국 6대 암, 각 환자군의 핵심간호진단으로 선정되었다. 핵심간호진단 중 '급성통증', '만성통증', '불안', '감염가능성', '피로' 등이 6대 암 환자 군에 모두 포함되었다. 결론: 핵심간호진단의 타당도는 환자기록 분석과 문헌고찰을 통해 확인되었다. 이들 핵심진단은 암 간호정보체계에 사용되어 간호진단 적용을 촉진함으로써 암 환자 간호의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Validation of Korean Love addiction Questionnaire-Short Form (K-LAQ-SF) (한국 단축형 사랑중독 척도(Korean-Love Addiction Questionnaire-Short Form: K-LAQ-SF) 타당화 연구)

  • This study was conducted to validate the Korean Love addiction Questionnaire-Short Form (K-LAQ-SF) applicable to Korean society. As a result of exploratory factor analysis for Love addiction 40 Questions(Peabody, 2005), the final 5 factors and 15 questions appeared, and the model fit of the final scale was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the equivalence test showed that the theoretical structure of the abbreviated scale works in the same way for each gender. The results of correlation analysis between K-LAQ-SF and original scale showed that the abbreviated scale represented the original scale relatively faithfully. Finally, the results of correlation analysis between this scale and relationship addiction, love type and depression showed that convergence, discrimination and criterion validity were secured. K-LAQ-SF is significant in that it can be usefully used to easily measure the characteristics of Korean adults' love addiction in a short time based on stable reliability and validity.

Preceding Research on Comparative Analysis of the Validity of Game based Cognitive Training Program for Children with Intellectual Disabilities (지적장애 아동을 위한 게임형 인지훈련 프로그램의 타당도 선행 연구 비교 분석)

  • Recently, many cognitive training programs based on digital contents have been presented, but few digital contents have been produced for children with intellectual disabilities among children with developmental disabilities. Digital contents based training programs are needed to apply remotely untact training programs rather than face-to-face apprenticeship classes for improving the cognition of children with intellectual disabilities. This study was attempted to present the new cognitive training program by analyzing concurrent validity, which was analyzed by the correlation between items by comparing with subtests of K-WISC-IV and items of game based Neuro-World cognitive training program. It was found that there are some validity by analyzing correlation between the subtests of K-WISC-IV and the items of Neuro-World program, which means that it has concurrent validity of some items of Neuro-World program. In terms of reliability, the Cronbach alpha value was 0.794, indicating that game performance of children with intellectual disabilities and the degree of level increase in each game were somewhat reliable. This is considered to be a significant result in future studies for clinical trials of cognitive training tools.

The Reliability and Validity of the Lasater Clinical Judgement Rubric in Korean Nursing Students (임상판단 평가도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증)

  • Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the Lasater Clinical Judgement Rubric for use with Korean nursing students. Methods: A methodological study was used to validate the rubric developed by Lasater to assess clinical judgment during nursing simulation. Participants were 34 nursing students at K University in Seoul. Between February and May, 2012, analysis was done of 91 video clips recording performance during simulation. Results: Findings showed reliability and validity of the rubric. For internal consistency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ score was .884 and intraclass correlation coefficient was .839, which established reliability. The rubric was validated using the exploratory factor analysis and content validity. The content validity score was 83%, establishing the appropriateness and readiness of the tool. Factor analysis showed that noticing, responding, and reflecting domains had Eigen values of 2.669, 1.991, and 2.912, respectively and were bound, but unlike the original tool in which four factors noticing, interpretation, responding, and reflecting domains were bound. Conclusion: Results of the study indicate that the rubric shows acceptable reliability and validity in Korean nursing students. This evaluation tool for nursing simulation allows nursing faculty to objectively evaluate students' clinical judgment as well as students to reflect on their clinical judgment process during simulation.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영에 필요한 하드웨어 도입시 용량산정의 객관성을 확보하고 아울러 정보시스템 업무유형 및 규모를 감안한 용량산정 기준을 설정하기 위하여 CPU를 중심으로 메모리와 하드디스크의 용량을 적절히 산출할 수 있는 용량산정식과 용량산정식에 포함될 항목 및 각 항목별 중요도(입력값의 범위)를 실증적으로 도출하였다. 실증분석은 기존연구에서 설정된 용량산정 프레임워크와 하드웨어 용량산정 지침을 바탕으로 설문조사 및 전문가 집단토의 방식을 병행하여 수행하였다. 실증분석 및 전문가집단의 토의결과 CPU(WEB/WAS 및 OLTP), 메모리, 디스크에 대한 용량산정식의 타당도 및 각 용량산정식에 포함될 항목별 입력값의 범위 와 기타 부가적으로 정보시스템의 유형(개발목적과 구축영역)에 따른 항목별 중요도가 각각 도출되었다. 본 연구의 주요의의로는 공공기관의 실무 전문가들을 대상으로 실행적 측면에서 용량산정식의 타당도를 확인하였으며, 항목별 입력값의 경우에도 정형화된 설문서를 통하여 기존 연구들에서 설정된 정보시스템 용량산정식의 객관성을 확보하였다는 점이다. 또한, 주로 공급업체 전문가의 자의적 판단에 따라 설정된 입력값의 범위 등을 공공기관의 현업전문가를 통하여 실증적으로 검증하고 확인하였다는 점이다.
