Characteristic of ZEM Based Guidance Law with Time-to-go Estimation Methods (잔여시간 추정에 따른 ZEM 기반 유도법칙의 특징)

  • This paper deals with a ZEM (Zero-Effort-Miss) based guidance law for the interception of moving targets and characteristics of the guidance law according to time-to-go estimation methods. To derive the ZEM vector feedback guidance command, we introduce a polynomial function with unknown coefficient, and then we determine the coefficient to satisfy initial and terminal constraints. Since the directions of the guidance command and ZEM vectors are adjusted by the time-to-go, general time-to-go estimation methods are proposed, which can generate the vertical and horizontal guidance commands with respect to an arbitrary reference frame. By performing various numerical simulations, the performance and characteristics of the proposed methods are investigated.

De-interlacing Algorithm based on Motion Compensation Reliability (움직임 보상의 신뢰도에 기반 한 순차주사화 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we propose a de-interlacing algorithm that combines a motion compensation (MC) method and the vertical-temporal filter with motion compensation (MC V-T filter) according to motion compensation reliability. The MC method represent one of the best ways of improving the resolution of de-interlaced frames, but it may introduce motion compensation artifacts in regions with incorrect motion information. In these regions, the MC V-T filter that is very robust to motion vector errors can be used to correct motion compensation artifacts. The combination between two methods is controlled by the motion compensation reliability that is measured by analyzing the estimated motion vectors and the results of MC. The motion compensation reliability contains information about motion compensation artifacts of MC results and determines the combination weight according to this information. Therefore, the combination rule of the proposed method is more accurate than those of the conventional methods and it enables the proposed method to provide high quality video sequences without producing any visible artifacts. Experimental results with various test sequences show that the proposed algorithm outperforms conventional algorithms in terms of both visual and numerical criteria.

An analysis of port-starboard discrimination performance for roll compensation at acoustic vector sensor arrays (음향 벡터 센서 배열의 뒤틀림 보상을 통한 좌현-우현 구분 성능분석)

  • Traditional towed line arrays using omni-directional sensor suffer from the well known port-starboard ambiguity, because the direction of arrival is determined by conic angle. The operational method and structure of the sensor arrays method have been proposed to solve this problem. Recently, a lot of research relating to the acoustic vector sensor are studied. In this paper, we study port-starboard discrimination for roll of acoustic vector sensor array. With one omni-directional sensor and three orthogonally-placed directional sensors, an acoustic vector sensor is able to measure both the acoustic pressure and the three directional velocities at the point of the sensor. The wrong axis due to the roll at directional sensors can degrade performance of beamforming. We investigate port-starboard discrimination for roll of sensor array and confirm the validity of performance of beamforming with compensated the roll.

  • 본 논문은 자기부상열차 시스템의 부상 신뢰도 향상을 위한 선형 유도전동기의 순시 제어기법을 제안한다. 선형 유도전동기는 자기부상열차의 추진을 담당하며, 운전 속도와 입력 주파수에 따른 슬립 특성이 존재한다. 이 슬립 특성은 전동기에서 발생되는 수직력과 밀접한 관련을 보이며, 이는 부상 시스템에 외란으로 작용된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선형 유도전동기의 특성을 FEM 해석을 통해 정확히 분석하고, 이를 반영한 최적 슬립 주파수 간접벡터제어 기법을 통해 부상 신뢰도 향상을 위한 새로운 순시 제어기법을 제안 하였다.

The Radiation Patterns of Bent Dipole Antennas (벤트 다이폴 안테나의 복사 패턴)

  • In this Paper, the radiation Patterns of long wire antennas are computed by applying Dyadic Green's Function to the propagation vector, This result is used to analyze the polarized radiation patterns for the various geometrical structures of the bent dipole antennas. When the ratio of the vertical portion over the total length of the bent dipole antenna is 0.4major angle and axail ratio are changed most sensitively for the azimuth rotation, and the radiation field propagates strongly perpendicular to the bent antenna plane.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 운행되고 있는 선형 유도전동기의 슬립주파수 고정 방식이 아닌 선형 유도전동기를 이용한 자기부상열차의 슬립주파수와 수직력 및 추진력과의 관계를 이용, 열차의 가감속시 운행패턴에 따라 운행 중 슬립주파수가 가변할 수 있는 슬립주파수 가변패턴을 형성, 선형유도전동기 자기부상시스템에서의 에너지 효율향상 가능성을 검증하였다. 슬립주파수와 수직력, 추진력과의 관계를 이용 슬립주파수 일정 실효치전류제어 알고리즘과 슬립주파수 일정 벡터제어 알고리즘을 사용하여 운전조건과 슬립주파수를 변경하며 운전조건에 따른 가장 효율적인 슬립주파수의 패턴을 형성하였다. 이 후 모의시험과 실차를 이용한 실험을 통해 알고리즘에 대한 정당성과 실제 효율의 증가를 통해 타당성을 검증하였다. 앞선 두 가지 알고리즘을 통해 열차부상에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위의 수직력을 가지는 범위내에서 슬립주파수를 가변 운전 조건에 따른 최적의 슬립주파수에 대한 정보를 기반으로 운행 중 가변하는 슬립주파수를 자동열차운전(ATO)시스템에 적용 모의실험을 통해 그 적용가능성과 효율을 검증하였다.

  • 동화상 압축에서 사용되는 움직임 벡터는 영상을 일정한 크기의 블록으로 나누어 이전 영상과 가장 예측 오류가 적은 곳을 지정하여 예측한다. 블록의 이동 정도는 수직. 수평의 선형적인 움직임(translational displacements)을 가정하여 사용하기 때문에 실제 화상에서 자주 나타나는 물체의 확대 또는 축소에 의한 크기 변화. 회전. 일그러짐 등의 변화에 올바르게 예측하지 못하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 블록의 선형적인 이동은 물론이고 4개 노드를 자유롭게 움직임일 수 있는 왜곡된 블록 정합 방식의 움직임 예측 기법에 대하여 소개하고 왜곡 블록 정합 방식에서 나타날 수 있는 기하학적인 오류를 수정하는 보정 방법에 관해 논의한다.

The Efficiency of the Large Logistics Providers Using the SBM Model and the Panel Cointegrating Vectors (여분기반분석모형과 패널공적분벡터를 이용한 대형물류기업의 효율성)

  • A voluminous research on efficiency employs the DEA(Data Envelope Analysis) models. There are, however, only very few that have an interest in the factors influencing such efficiencies. We, furthermore, do not see any studies which analyze the long-term efficiency of the logistics providers using the panel cointegration techniques. The purpose of this paper, hence, is to evaluate the efficiency, analyse its determinants and show a long-term relationship between turnover and the other variables employing the SBM(Slack Based Measure) model, Tobit model, the panel procedure and the FMOLS(Fully Modified OLS). The panel data are composed of 9 individuals and 6 years. The panel cointegrating vectors show that the group coefficient of asset and employees is not only significant but has expected signs, while some of the individual coefficients are insignificant or/and exhibit wrong signs. The panel cointegrating vectors from fully modified OLS also indicate that the estimated coefficients of the panel analysis tend to be overvalued and the asset influences the turnover far greater than the employee does.

Digital Video Scrambling Methods using Motion Vector and Intra Prediction Mode (움직임 벡터와 인트라 예측 모드를 이용한 디지털 비디오 스크램블링 방법)

  • In this paper, two digital video scrambling methods are proposed as simple means of the digital content protection techniques. One is inter block scrambling using motion vector, the other is intra block scrambling using intra prediction mode. The proposed inter block scrambling method distorts the original sequences by swapping horizontal and vertical components of motion vector. This method can be applied on most common video coding techniques such as MPEG-1, 2, 4, H.264, etc. The proposed intra block scrambling method distorts the original sequences by modifying intra prediction mode that is property of H.254 video coding technique. Both methods do not cause my bit rate increase after scrambling. Moreover, they have low complexity because they need only simple operation like XOR. Especially, the proposed intra block scrambling does not distort inter blocks directly. But inter blocks are distorted by error propagation effect as much as intra blocks. This paper introduces two new digital video scrambling method and verifies its effectiveness through simulation.

Closed-form Expressions of Magnetic Field and Magnetic Gradient Tensor due to a Circular Disk (원판형 이상체에 의한 자력 및 자력 변화율 텐서 반응식)

  • In case axial symmetrical bodies with varying cross sections such as volcanic conduits and unexploded ordnance (UXO), it is efficient to approximate them by adding the response of thin disks perpendicular to the axis of symmetry. To compute the vector magnetic and magnetic gradient tensor respones by such bodies, it is necessary to derive an analytical expression of the circular disk. Therefore, in this study, we drive closed-form expressions of the vector magnetic and magnetic gradient tensor due to a circular disk. First, the vector magnetic field is obtained from the existing gravity gradient tensor using Poisson's relation where the gravity gradient tensor due to the same disk with a constant density can be transformed into a magnetic field. Then, the magnetic gradient tensor is derived by differentiating the vector magnetic field with respect to the cylindrical coordinates converted from the Cartesian coordinate system. Finally, both the vector magnetic and magnetic gradient tensors are derived using Lipschitz-Hankel type integrals based on the axial symmetry of the circular disk.
