In order to develop the standard service model of Korea Coast Guard at fishing port, which responses to the demand of users and provides them with the high quality service of maritime administration, the services performed by a branch of KCG are analyzed and the level of familiarity with them are investigated. The degree of affair achievement is quantitatively standardized by assessing the workload of branch office. The standard model of affairs is formatted and the programs of organization, resource operation and education are proposed.

점차 광대역 서비스에 대한 이용자의 수요가 발생함에 따라 영국의 OFTEL은 가입자 회선 세분화를 검토중에 있다. 본 고에서는 영국의 직접접속(direct connection)과 관련된 기존의 입장과 광대역 서비스 제공을 위한 가입자 회선 제공 대안, 제공 대가 등과 관련된 현재의 검토사항에 대해 살펴보고, 국내의 가입자 회선 세분화 제공 방안을 검토하고 있다.

The technology transfers from public institutions have positioned themselves as knowledge conduits for stimulating firms' capabilities under 'catching-up' economy paradigm. While this view is still relevant, the policy for public technology needs to be extended to a more marketoriented way. This study explores how public technology affects the financial performance of demanding companies by comparing the revenues and profits of 'technology commercialised group (TC)' and 'in-house research group (InR)'. The estimation results by hierarchy regression suggest that the size and the patents of TC firms have a more influential impact than InR group, although the ratio of maintaining research staff was reported an inverse relation. The contribution to the operating profit seems to be indifferent between the groups. The positive impact of public technology over the firm's performance is highly related to the technology commercialisation capability, signalling that the aim of technology transfer needs to gear toward the enhancement of commercialising capabilities rather than the promotion of technology transactions.

전력산업 구조의 변화와 전력수급의 안정성 확보를 위해, 다양한 전원개발에 대한 연구가 시도되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 미국에서 시행하고 있는 수요응답자원(Demand Response Resource)에 대한 수요응답 프로그램(Demand Response Program)의 성과를 조사하고 이를 분석하였다. 미 연방에너지 규제위원회(FERC)의 시장표준안과 각 주의 공익규제위원회(PUC)에 규제에 의해 대부분의 미 전력시장에서는 이러한 수요응답 프로그램을 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국 전력시장을 대표하는 New England ISO, PJM, 그리고 NYISO 세 곳의 수요응답 프로그램 효과를 조사하였다. 본 논문에서는 수요응답 프로그램의 참여자 수와 수용응답 이벤트 발생 건 수, 총 차단부하량, 평균 차단부하량, 그리고 지급액의 관점에서 수요웅담 프로그램의 효과를 조사하였다.

This paper investigates how firms adjust wages, employment and hours in response to demand shifts. It focuses on rigidities and asymmetries in such adjustments. Major findings are as follows. First, wage adjustments are fairly small compared with worker adjustments. Second, wage adjustments are asymmetric with respect to sales growth: there is no responsiveness of wage growth when sales are declining, while adjustments are significantly positive when sales are rising. On the contrary, worker adjustments are symmetric with respect to demand shifts. Third, while workers are linearly adjusted to the sales growth, some nonlinearity is observed in the wage adjustment. Fourth, hours are generally nonresponsive to demand shocks. Finally, union firms cut wages rather than workers in the face of negative demand shocks.

This paper develops a theory of the demand for insurance. The present model incorporates insurance demand time value of insurance premium, and demand for listless and risky assets simultaneously within the expected utility framework. For a special case of CARA, an insurance decision can be made separately from other portfolio decisions. However, in general, the interactions of both decisions cannot be ignored even when insurable and speculative risks are stochastically independent. In particular, the role of risky investment in hedging insurable risk is demonstrated and it is shown that this role cannot be duplicated by an insurance contract. When the investment decision is made simultaneously with the insurance decision, some of the classic theory on insurance should be modified. As an example, the authors characterize the sufficient conditions, under which the Bernoulli criteria (without and with premium loadings) hold or are violated in terms of the net gain of risky investment, the net cost of insurance, and the stochastic relationship between insurable and speculative risks. The authors interpret the results using the Rothschild and Stiglitz's (1970) notion of 'increase in riskiness'.

Cyber education community in the digital age is going on across all areas of knowledge accumulation rate of acceleration of the demand for retraining and lifelong learning can effectively accommodate. 유역, 수계, 지역, 국가 등과 같은 거대 시스템은 사회 및 경제 시스템, 자연 시스템, 생태 시스템 등으로 구성이 되어 있으며, 이들은 상호작용과 피드백을 하면서 복잡하게 연결되어 있다. 이러한 시스템은 기후, 구성 부시스템, 사회적 선호도, 패러다임 등의 변화에 따라 변한다. 특히, 사회적 선호도나 패러다임과 같은 가치 시스템의 변화는 수자원 이용과 관리에 영향을 미치기 때문에 다양한 방법으로 수요자의 요구를 파악해야 하며, 이를 수자원 계획과 운영에 반영해야 한다. 따라서 수요자와 전문가들의 의견을 주기적으로 조사하여 수자원 상태를 평가하고 문제점을 파악하여 향후 발전 방향을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실시된 수자원 개발과 관리와 관련된 설문조사 결과를 수집하여 이들을 비교 분석하였다. 이 분석에서는 지속가능성을 맥락으로 하여 설문대상과 설문시기의 변화에 따른 수자원 개발과 관리와 관련된 의견들의 차이를 분석하였으며, 설문조사 결과들을 종합하여 향후 국내 수자원 관리와 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 B2B e-Marketplace에 참여하는 비즈니스 파트너들에게 새로운 상품을 추천하기 위한 웹 에이전트 기반 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 추천 시스템은 비즈니스 파트너에 대한 정보를 수집하기 위한 모니터링 에이전트, 수집된 정보를 분석하기 위한 분석 에이전트, 그리고 분석결과를 이용하여 추천 서비스를 제공하기 위한 추천 에이전트로 구성된다. 이와 같은 웹 에이전트 기반의 추천 시스템은 다수의 공급자와 다수의 비즈니스 파트너가 참여하는 B2B 환경에서 실시간으로 비즈니스 파트너의 수요나 성향에 맞는 서비스 제공을 통해 공급자와 비즈니스 파트너간의 수요/공급 예측 및 협력관계를 향상시킬 수 있다.
