Evolution and Application of University Customer Satisfaction Index (대학교육수요자만족도지수(UCSI) 개발 및 적용)

  • Educational satisfaction is an important indicator of the educational field but the existing customer satisfaction index mainly focused on partial area because measurements could not reflect the alteration of university environment. The purpose of this research is to develop a new UCSI for university to improve the quality of university education. This research demonstrates validity and reliability of UCSI. This research uses the second-order confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicate that the reliability and validity of UCSI is verified. Education condition, education course, university development and student support are clarified to be appropriate components of the satisfaction survey. This research develops UCSI and applies it in a university. University managers can be used to measure the satisfaction level of university education and to improve the quality of university education.

A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System : Focused on the Perspective of Provider and Beneficiary (보훈의료서비스 전달체계의 효과성과 만족도에 관한 성과평가 연구 : 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면을 중심으로)

  • This study examines determining factors of effectiveness and satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System. Especially, the association between the relevant variables of the effectiveness of the Veteran Medical Service Delivery System and the variables of the satisfaction from the perspective of beneficiaries was studied. Multi-level analysis was utilized to separate results of the evaluation of effectiveness in organizational-level and the evaluation of satisfaction in individual-level. This study tests key posited hypothesis by using survey data collected from 5 medical center of country(Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju). In terms of the result of the hypothesis testing on the effectiveness variable, integrity(${\beta}=.156$), accountability(${\beta}=.376$, financial sufficiency(${\beta}=.109$), and adequacy (${\beta}=.367$) are the determinants among various factors in evaluating veteran medical service delivery system, statistically reflecting the perception of directors of the veteran medical service delivery facilities on effectiveness. In other word, professionalism variable(${\beta}=0.99$) and effectiveness variable(${\beta}=-1.09$) are statistically reflecting the perception of directors of the beneficiaries satisfaction with employee. The findings suggests that the theoretical and practical implications will improve Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System.

Investigation on Methods to Improve the Reliability of Education Satisfaction Surveys: Focused on the S University Case (교육수요자 만족도조사의 신뢰성 제고방안 탐색: S대학교 사례를 중심으로)

  • In order for the consumers of education and university to be mutually communicating well, satisfaction surveys with a correct system are essential. This study points out the causes for insincere responses found in the process of education satisfaction surveys while discussing possible methods to elicit sincere responses from the students. As a result of analyzing S University, it was observed that enforced online evaluation methods did have a high response rate but also monotonously insincere responses showed to have a high ration among them. A second study was carried out in order to improve the research method after confirming the reliability of the research. Study results sowed that through a representative sample survey, monotonous response patterns decreased and the data distribution satisfied normal distribution. Moreover, a focus group interview was carried out in order to understand the root causes and possible solutions to the problem. Lastly, this study revealed the need of diversified attempts and research in order to secure reliability in education satisfaction surveys while proposing methods of improvement.

  • This study is to analyze effect of differential education for individual end-user group with regard to the computerized tax accounting on its efficient education strategy. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, independent variables and dependent variables on education of computerized tax accounting are measured. Also, discrepancies among individual end-user group on operational satisfaction of computerized system, educational satisfaction and practical utilization which are measured by Regression Analysis are confirmed. This could verify that each end-user group has different understanding for the computerized tax accounting education. The result of this study could be an important guidelines to find a solution for the efficient operational strategy for computerized tax accounting education in future also expected its wide application on other similar studies.

  • The purpose of this study was to revitalize management of Hapki-do gymnasium based on customer. The Subjects of this study were 264 persons who have trained Hapki-do. Also, subjects were chosen by convenience sampling method. Data were analized with SPSS 12.0 version for frequency and crosstab analysis. Following is the analysis result. First of all, it is necessary repairing facilities and operating systematic education program. Secondly, it is necessary a discriminatory education program. Further study on demand features of Hapkido gymnasiums will contribute to expand and to strengthen the base of Hapkido development. This will aid Hapkido to gain dominant position in the competition of martial arts and sports industry.

  • By increase owning vehicle, infrastructure that accept vehicle is very poor on present that People's commuting is rapidly change to vehicle-use-form in metropolitan area. Although Transportation demand management is enforced, traffic is heavy but studies lake in internal and external. This study select Transportation demand management that enforce in internal and external and do a survey. Based on this survey, conduct AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analvsis, Transportation demand management that enforce internal and external compare, decide superiority and understand every particular items' importance and satisfaction that users think. Also based on importance that collect by AHP analysis compare Transportation demand management character. Finally figure that grasped by this study, analysis present, found future TDM course and applicate future transportation improvement.

  • The utilization and value of drones are increasing throughout society. However, there was a lack of government support and investment such as lack of technology of domestic drone companies, regulation of loans and lack of technology evaluation items. Therefore, this paper conducts statistical analysis to derive what drone capacity should be strengthened for the drone industry activation in Daegu. As a result, the demand satisfaction(price, quality, service) of drones leads to revitalization of drone industry when the physical, social, and policy factors among drones are strengthened. In conclusion, drone capacity to be strengthened in order to revitalize the drone industry in Korea is based on physical factors(drone demand, development, number of registrations, number of businesses and workers), social factors(national level public relations, establishment of public education institutes, correct understanding of drone occupation, preception), policy factors(privacy measures, government funding, legislation and system easing). As for the three factors, the government, industry, and drone operators are expected to have a bright future when the trinity is improved and complemented.

A Study on the User Satisfaction of Demand Response Transport(DRT) by Quantile Regression Analysis (분위회귀분석에 의한 수요응답형교통 이용자 만족도 분석)

  • As the rural areas have experienced the population reduction and the aging, the service level of public transit decreases. This study analyzes the effecting factor to user satisfaction of demand response transport(DRT) as alternative to rural public transit by the quantile regression that aims at estimating either the conditional median or other quantiles of the response variable. Jeonbuk Province tested DRT operations in Dongsang of Wanju County and Sannae of Jeongup City each in 2015. The user DRT satisfaction of Wanju was higher than one of Jeongup in basic statistics analysis. The difference in satisfaction between higher quantile and lower quntile of Wanju is smaller than one of Jeongupy as a result of quantile regression analysis. Also, Wanju DRT continues the second test operation of DRT as satisfaction from Ordinary Least Squares(OLS) close to higher satisfaction quantile.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors which affect the customer value and satisfaction of public information services used by the researchers in SMEs(small-and-medium size enterprises). The results, based on statistical analyses of a survey conducted in Korea are as follows; 1) the customer value is positively influenced by the service quality; 2) the customer value, in turn, is positively associated with the customer satisfaction; 3) information needs moderate the relationship between service quality and customer value but does not moderate the relationship between the customer value and satisfaction.Our findings propose the importance of the service quality and the effort to maximize the information customer values.

해운물류 통계에 대한 수요조사와 개선방안

  • 해운물류 통계는 해운항만분야의 정책수립 및 진단, 연구 학술활동과 경영계획 수립 등에 활용되는 중요한 기초 자료이다. 국내 관련 기관들은 각자의 역할과 목적에 따라 다양한 통계들을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 이들을 조사 분석하고 해운물류 통계에 대한 수요조사를 통해 기존 해운물류통계들의 이용도와 만족도, 문제점 그리고 개선방향을 분석하였다. 수요조사와 종합적인 물류분석의 체계를 반영하여 향후 해운물류 통계 표준화에 필요한 개선안을 제시함으로써 이용 편의성을 제고시키고자 하였다.
