This study aimed to examine the effect of management by objectives(MBO) and job commitment on the nursing performance of operating room(OR) nurses. The study was conducted on 226 OR nurses from tertiary healthcare institutions in Seoul. Multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of OR nurses on nursing performance. In results, the factors that affect the nursing performance of OR nurses included the concreteness of goals, job commitment, and measurability of objectives in that order, and these variables explained 25.9% of the nursing performance. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of the nursing work, it is necessary to make efforts to create a work environment where nursing can be carried out due to the nature of the nursing operation. In addition, it is essential to develop a strategy to further the influence of the concreteness and measurability of goals among other attributes, thereby enhancing the job performance of OR nurses.

mitral insufficiency환자를 일렬로 하여 open heart surgery에 있어서의 수술 전, 수술 후의 nursing care에 대해 적어보았다. 수술 전 nursing care에 있어서는 이 환자의 심장질환을 정확하게 진단 후 대수술을 받기에 알맞도록 전신상태나 심장질환 그 자체를 호전시키는 데에 의사와 함께 적극적으로 협조 노력하여야 한다. 수술 후에 있어서는 회복기에 들어갈 때까지 한시도 쉴새없이 환자를 감시하고 조금이라도 이상이 있으면 즉시로 그것을 교정하는 방법을 강구하여야 한다. 심장수술은 다른 수술과는 달리 특별히 훈련된 nurse에 의해 care되어야 한다는 점을 강조하고 싶다.

This study was conducted to develop a web-based learning contents that assists nursing students' clinical practice on operating room nursing and to examine its learning effects. Based on contents and need analysis, 6 learning modules were developed regarding nursing care in surgical operation and operating equipments. In order to verify the effects of the program, this study employed a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. Knowledge was significantly higher in experimental group that was enhanced by the web-based learning contents than that of the control group (p<.001). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in self-directed learning. Experimental group had significantly higher motivation toward learning, which was examined posttest only, compared to control group (p<.001). These results support that the implementation of an web-based learning contents need to be continued as an effective educational material but we need more research to establish how this can be effectively implemented in a students' practicum.

The purpose of this research was to develop an augmented reality-based surgical nursing practice education application. The research proceeded in ADDIE order of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the analysis phase, we analyzed the surgical nursing learning needs of the expert group and nursing student group. As a result of the analysis, the demand for surgical instruments was generally high. We selected 51 surgical instruments of the 7 categories most frequently used in the operating room based on the needs, and produced them as AR Book. The augmented reality application was created based on the Unity 3D engine, and the application was built with Android OS so that the target person could use it. Expert assessment of application for augmented reality-based surgical nursing practice education application showed 73.4±4.3 out of 80. This study is significant in the part that first developed a new method of learning tools for surgical instruments. We determined that an augmented reality-based application has reality, portability, accessibility and simplicity.

대부분의 심질환아들은 당면하는 신체적 문제에 스스로 적응하면서 생존해 가지만 죽음에 대한 위기에 계속적으로 직면하게 됨을 피할 수가 없다. 그러므로 그들은 주의 깊은 보살핌이 항상 요구되며 특히 육체적으로 적응이 시작되는 영아기의 환아는 더운 세심한 간호가 필요하게 됨에 따라 영아기와 그 이후의 환아 사이에는 본질적으로 측면이 다른 수술전 간호가 제공되게 된다.

This study aims to survey patients who underwent a heart valve so as to define their self-care Agency and quality of life, as well as the effect of their self-care Agency on their quality of life. One hundred ten outpatients in two university hospitals in the City of D were surveyed using a structured questionnaire. The findings of this study revealed that for the life quality of patients with a surgery of heart valve, out of a total of 4.0 points, self-care Agency was an average 2.71 points, while life quality was an average 2.96 points, showing not so high scores. Also, it was also found that the higher the physical skills of patients with a surgery of heart valve (${\beta}$=.625, p<.001) were, the higher the quality of their life was. In conclusion, self-care Agency was confirmed as a determinant of the life quality of patients with a surgery of heart valve, and it was found that the higher the self-care Agency of patients with a surgery of heart valve, the higher their life quality was. Thus, in order to enhance the self-care Agency of patients with a surgery of heart valve, nursing assessment of their physical, psychological and mental areas, as well as corresponding appropriate nursing interventions need to be developed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the nursing needs of elderly patients who got a surgical operation under regional anesthesia(spinal, epidural, nerve block). Methods: The participants were 126 elderly patients who completed a questionnaire. The data were collected October 1 and October 31, 2012, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test. Results: The mean score for the nursing needs of elderly patients administered regional anesthesia during surgery was $3.08{\pm}0.38$, The scores for specific nursing needs were as follows: educational needs ($3.47{\pm}0.50$), spiritual needs ($3.37{\pm}0.78$), physical needs ($3.31{\pm}0.46$), emotional needs ($2.72{\pm}0.50$), and environmental needs ($2.51{\pm}0.47$). There were significant differences in nursing needs relative to gender, religion, and spouse status. Additionally, there were significant differences in nursing needs according to surgery department, the length of time the surgery, and the ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical classification. of the operation-related characteristics. Conclusion: When caring for elderly patients during the surgery, nurses must provide adequate information about the surgery and anesthesia. Further studies are needed to develop and evaluate nursing interventions to provide quality surgical care for the elderly patients.

This study is a qualitative study conducted to understand and explain the operating room practice experience of nursing college students. Participants in this study were 67 nursing college students in 3rd and 4th grade at a university in C-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do who participated in the practice of operating rooms. The data collection period was from January 14, 2019 to January 13, 2020, and the data collection was carried out through an open self-report-style reflection log, and the collected data was analyzed using the traditional content analysis method of Krippendorff [21]. Analysis of the operating room practice experience of nursing college students resulted in 27 sub-themes, 12 themes and 5 categories. The five categories are "Being seized with complicated feelings," "Being faced with dissection body," "Learning the characteristics of the operating room, " "Being confronted with the limits of clinical practice" and "Self-reflection." The results of this study provided an understanding of the operating room practice experience of nursing students and are expected to be used as basic data to improve the quality of practice of nursing students.

심한 화상환자를 치료하는 동안이나 피부이식을 하는 동안에 어떻게하면 환자를 따뜻하고 안전하게 보호할 수 있을까? 사용할 용액들, 홑이불, 수술대, 회복실 침대를 따뜻하게 준비해 놓고 에어컨을 끈다. 너풀거리는 꺼즈를 잘 다듬어 놓고 stockinette도 준비한다. 피부이식을 위하여 피부를 떼어낸 부위에도 화상부위와 마찬가지로 질산은 드레싱을 하며 피부에 식염수나 기름종류는 사용하지 말아야 한다.

The purpose of this study was done to develop a nursing activity index for postoperative patient using Patient-controlled Analgesia(PCA). The study was developed in two steps: $1^{st}$ step) nursing activity index was developed through literature review and focus-group interview. $2^{nd}$ step) the nursing activity was ratified and Intervention Content Validity(ICV) was tested. Subjects were consisted of 5anesthesiologists, 6adult/fundamental nursing professors and 1acute pain management Clinical Nurse Specialist. We identified 12 items of nursing activity for postoperative patient using PCA. The Intervention Content Validity(ICV) score for each item ranged from 0.92 to 1.0. The nursing activity index for postoperative patient using PCA would be very useful in facilitating the nursing practice.
