Low temperature vacuum drying technique, whose drying time and quantity of exhausting energy is about 25~30% of hot air drying, is very excellent in the drying efficiency. This paper is made out in the aspects of heat engineering with the object of developing Korean drying machine which can dry once a large quantity of objects to be dried in the state of low temperature and vacuum. As the results, it took about 17 hours(3~4 days in case of hot air drying) for material to reach about 18% of the final moisture content in order to store products for a long time, from about 78~80% of the early moisture content at the beginning of drying, and maximum drying rate comes to about 0.35 kg/m2hr at about 400% of the moisture content.

For the last few years, the wholesale market system in Japan has been experiencing a lot of changes in the related sectors. The greatest changes in the environments surrounding the wholesale market were enlargement of the producers' cooperatives, increase of fisheries products marketed in the outside of the wholesale market system, and management aggravation of the related businessmen, These changes resulted in the revision of the wholesale Market Law in 1999 to cope with the social needs successfully. Recently, fisheries wholesale markets in Japan have a few problems like declining of earning power, weakening of management constitution, etc. Consequently, Japanese government presents policy for enforcing the competition power through reform laws related with fisheries wholesale markets. Also the fisheries wholesale markets have been trying variety and active countermeasures like undertaking, merger, coalition, etc. to overcome the crisis.

본 연구에서는 2000년 어업총조사 결과를 토대로 전국의 어업별, 어종별 수산물의 비계통생산량에 관한 통계를 정도높게 산출할 수 있는 표본설계를 하고, 그에 따른 추정식을 마련함으로써 보다 편리하면서도 신뢰성이 높은 어종별 총생산량 통계를 산출하도록하였다. 본 설계에서는 가능한 한 기존의 설계에 비해 업무량이 크게 늘어나지 않는 범위내에서 효율적인 통계를 생산하는 것을 기본방향으로 하고 있으며 구체적인 방향들은 첫째, 조사 설계의 목적이 '비계통어업생산량'의 효율적인 추정인 만큼 각 어종들의 생산량 추정치의 정도를 높이는 것을 주목적으로 정하였다. 둘째, 조사대상 어종이 114종에 이르고 어종별 비계통생산량이 상이함으로 어종별 정도를 고려하면 거의 전수조사를 해야하는 실정이므로 해양수산부에서 요청한 주요 어종과 어류생산 어가가 많은 어류 등 41개 어로어업 어종과 11개 양식어업 어종의 생산총계가 정도높게 작성될 수 있도록 표본설계를 하였다. 셋째, 표본의 할당 및 추출은 조사원의 업무량의 범위를 크게 벗어나지 않도록 하였다.

Over time, the import of seafood has been increased causing a corresponding increase in recall and recall costs of the fishery on the threshold level. In order to reduce recall costs and to ensure the safety of imported seafood, a moveable lab and its supporting software specialized in seafood inspection were designed. A new fishery quarantine support system software, ‘M-LIMS’ is proposed to strengthen an inspection and quarantine process for the imported seafood at the local level. This new software reads data from an external inspection equipment when it is connected to a USB or RS232 cable inspection equipment on a regular basis to save a report sent to the server after its use. Reading was possible by reading records on a central server. Each time users can check own data through a mobile device.

This study developed the traceability information for tracing fishery products from the production step to the consumption step in the distribution channel of fishery products. Based on it, we further presented the theoretical linkage between traceability information and perceived qualities of internet shopping malls, and then investigated how traceability information affected trust and perceived usefulness in the internet shopping mall to find the key success factors of internet shopping malls of fishery products. We collected 194 responses from internet consumers who had prior experience on purchasing fishery products. This survey data was used to empirically test the ten research model hypotheses by using PLS. The PLS results indicated that traceability information had significant impact on trust and perceived usefulness. Finally, trust, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to be related to online consumers' intention to purchase fishery products.

In this study, the 2-way condensation system was designed applying air-to-air heat pump to dry a marine product such as squid in the winter. And to be made the drying apparatuses by this system, there are two kinds of type, A type, was set a compressor outside of the drying apparatus, B type, was set a compressor in the drying room. And then the variations of temperature in drying room were measured to compare the heating performance of the drying apparatuses between A type and B type at $-6.5^{\circ}C$, outdoor temperature. The temperature of the drying room for B type was increased to $36^{\circ}C$ but the temperature of the drying room for A type was not increased to $36^{\circ}C$, to be increased to $20^{\circ}C$.

바이오 플라스틱은 탄소저감, 인체 무해성, 플라스틱의 대체재로서 주목을 받고 있으나 아직 해결할 과제가 남아 있는 실정이다. 그 중에서 시급한 것은 (1) 가격 경쟁력 확보, (2) 내열성, 가공성, 내충격성 등 물성 개선, (3) 가공기술 개발, 응용분야 확대, (4) 분해기간 조절에 따른 유통기간이 1년 이상인 제품에 적용성 등 보완 연구, (5) 표준화, 규격기준 제정 작업 등이 필요하다. 특히 고추장, 된장, 김치, 젓갈, 치즈, 발효유 등 발효식품 포장재의 경우 제품 중에 미생물이 살아 있는 경우가 있고, 유통기한이 길기 때문에 분해기간을 장기화할 필요가 있다. 또한 유통중 및 보관 중 이산화탄소 등 가스 발생 우려가 있는 농산물, 수산물, 식품류 등은 포장재에 숨쉬는 기능 등 유사 생체막 기능 부여가 필요한 실정이다. 현재 바이오 폴리머 생산기술이 계속 발전하고 있고, 또한 가격 경쟁력도 강화되고 있어 급속한 시장 확대도 개대할 수 있는 수준이다. 석유계 플라스틱의 생산단가는 kg당 1.5~2달러 수준인 반면, 생분해 플라스틱인 PLA, 지방족폴리에스터, TPS, PHB 등은 kb당 4~5 달러 수준이다. 또한 이를 보완한 바이오매스 플라스틱은 약 2달러 수준을 유지하고 있다.

에어보트(Air boat)는, 판옥선처럼 선체 밑바닥이 편평한 형태로 되어있어 물위는 물론 일반 선박이 갈 수 없는 얕은 수면, 늪지수풀 위를 달릴 수 있는 모터보트의 한 종류로서, 팬 보트(Fan boat) 혹은 덕 보트(Duck boat)라고 불리기도 한다. 선체상부 뒤쪽에 장착된 로터의 회전에 의한 풍력으로 추진되며, 로터 바로 뒤에 방향키가 있다. 선체 재질로는 스틸, FRP 등이 사용되고 있으나 최근 고부가선박을 대상으로 알루미늄, 탄소섬유 사용이 늘어나고 있다. 주로 수상 크루징, 낚시, 스쿠버 등에 활용되며, 특히 선저의 독특한 형상으로 인해 군사용, 인명구조용, 수산물수송용 등 특수 목적으로도 사용된다. 이 연구에서는 에어보트 국산화 개발을 위해 주요 개발항목을 도출하고, 12인승 보트를 제조하고자 한다.

This research investigated efficient operation mode for the successful performance of SBR(sequencing batch reactor) treating fish processing wastewater, and the effect of sodium chloride (NaCl) on treatment efficiency. 2-hour-annerobic, 6-hour-aerobic and 3-hour-anoxic operation during reaction period was found an effective operating method for organic and nitrogen removal from fish processing wastewater in SBR system. The average removal efficiencies of COD, BOD, and total nitrogen in SBR operated continuousely were 91%, 95%, and 67.1%, respectively. The estimated values of biomass yield coefficient(Y), microbial decay coefficient($K_d$), and bioreaction rate constant(K) were $0.35gMLSS/gCOD_{removed}$, $0.015day^{-1}$, and $0.209hr^{-1}$, respectively. As NaCl concentration increased from 5 to 30g/L, sludge settleability was cnhanced but organic removal in the reactor was decreased. NaCl of influent had considerable relationship with COD removal, whereas it did not significant affect nitrogen removal.
