This research looks into the theory and practice of interconnections that exist between information literacy instruction(ILI) and writing instruction to gain further insights related to the development and forming of Korean ILI program. First of all, as evidenced by the ambiguity and various concepts that are possessed by the information literacy, this paper clearly indicates that the ILI cannot be achieved with a standardized set of guidelines across the board. And then, after investigating into the theories which deal mainly with the relativity to writing amongst the various ILI programs, this paper introduces precedents of Utah University, USA and Windsor University, Canada which have carried out writing instruction by actually connecting it with the ILI. Finally, this paper sounds out the possibility of connections or cooperation between writing and ILI within the scope of the Korean situation and suggests alternatives.

Comic has a story. This Study treats that the rhetoric expression of 4 panels comicstrip in internal and external weigh with the narration of story. If the rhetoric is the sort out of the words, in the rhetoric of 4 panels comicstrip, the target is how easy to read, how interesting to read. Here are the analysis of the narrative structure in daily life and current affair 4 Panel Comic Strips. To analyze and compare the narrative structure of two above strips proposes actual model of basic skill making 4 Panel and further will be applied in the narrative structure of long comics. The study of explaining the feature of 4 Panel Comic Strips is proposed, based on the basic act in all comics. The narrative structure of the 4 Panel Comic strips Comic Strips has the basic structure of long serialized comics and story telling.

In dieser Albeit wird der Versuch unternommen, die Charakteristik der Rhetorik von Hitler zu analysieren. Im Abschnitt fwei wird die allgemeine Charakteristik der Hillers Reden beschrieben. Die Reden von Hitler sind Elemente eines verzweigten, flexiblen und inhaltlich nor schwer bestimmten Komplexes von Manipulations-und Machttechniken, die trotz seiner Tendenz zur Zentralisierung nur schwer als System zu fassen sind. Dies macht die Schwierigkeit jeder analytischen Erfassung aus. Seine Rede vermag im Bezug auf Logik und Argumentation wenig zu $\"{u}berzeugen$, aber or wirkte. In diesel Analyse wird die Rede von Hitler folgende Systematisierung $m\"{o}glich$: 1) Am Anfang weist Hitler auf die allgemeine Not hin. 2) Danach diffamiert or seine Gesner und provoziert starke Emotionen bei seinen $Zuh\"{o}rern$. 3) Zum $Schlu{\ss}$ $l\"{o}st$ Hitler bei den Deutschen eine starke Kampfbereitschaft aus und entwickelt vor semen $Zuh\"{o}rern$ seine Vision eines $bl\"{u}henden$, starken Deutschlands. 4) $Abschlie{\ss}end$ erkifirt Hitier seine $pers\"{o}nlichen$ ethischen Vorstellungen und seine sich daraus ergebenden Handlungen. Er liegt $gro{\ss}en$Wert darauf, die Ethik seine Handlungen zu $begr\"{u}nden$. Danach wird die Selbstdarstellung von Hitler beschrieben. $F\"{u}nf$ Realisierungsformen sind $daf\"{u}r$ relevant: a) $pers\"{o}nliche$ $Erz\"{a}hlungen$, b) Diffamierungen, c) sittlich wertvolle Ermahnungen, d) Taten und e) Ziele. Im Abschnitt drei wird die Rhetorik von Hitler gemacht. Hier handeit es sich um Ethos und Pathos. Hitler versuchte, die durch die Aktivierung zwischen ihm und Publikum vorhanden, $unbewu{\ss}ten$ psychischen Potentiate, die durch den Akt der Rede aktiviert werden, zu realisieren. Er hat jeder Sammlung nur gesagt, was sie $h\"{o}ren$ wollte, den wahren Sachverhalt nur auf $h\"{o}chst$ vordergryndige Weise.

In dieser Arbeit wird der Versuch unternommen, die Rede Hitlers vom 10.12.1940 zu analysieren. Diese Rede $geh\"{o}rt$ zur politischen Rede. In dieser Rede gibt es verschiedene Funktionen. Sie dient der Erzeugung und Zusammenfassung von Massen im Vereinigungsakt, weiterhin der Verschleierung der realen $Verh\"{a}ltnisse$. Die dritte Funktion kann man in der Legitimation von Herrschaft sehen. Im ersten Abschnitt wird die inszenatorische Ebene der Rede beschrieben. Die Halle ist durch einige Hakenkreuzfahnen nur wenig $geschm\"{u}ckt$. Dies wirkt eine $N\"{u}chternheit$, die das Publikurn seine gewohnte Umgebung neu erheben $l\"{a}sst$. Die stiliserte Glorie ist geeignet innere Haltung zu provozieren, die Opfer der $verst\"{a}rkten$ Arbeitsbelastungen ertragen lassen sollen. Im Abschnitt zwei wird die Rede nach rhetotischen Kriterien analysiert. Hier handelt es sich um die $f\"{u}nf$ Bearbeitungsphasen der Rede, und zwar, inventio, dispositio, e1ocutio, memoria und pronuntiatio. Die dispositio ist der Gegenstand dieser Arbeit. Nomalerweise gliedert sich dispositio in vier Elemente, $n\"{a}mlich$ Einleitung, Schilderung des Sachverhalts, $Begr\"{u}ndung$ und $Schlu\ss$. Mit dem rhetorischen Aufbau wird eine summarische Darstellung der politischen Absichten und Ziele des Redners gegeben. Die Rede selbst hat deutlichen Appellcharakter. Die $Entr\"{u}ckung$ durch den Appell ist eine der hier $gew\"{a}hlten$ rhetorischen Methode, um die erwiinschte Wirkung bei den Zuhoren zu erzielen. Hitler versuchte, die durch die Aktivierung zwischen ihm und Publikum vorhanden, $unbewu\ss$ten psychischen Potentiale, die durch den Akt der Rede aktiviert werden, zu realisieren.

In dieser Arbeit wird untersucht, ob die rhetorischen Regeln zur Textproduktion auch auf die Textanalyse einer Rede anwendbar sind, und zwar einer vor der Systematisierung der Rhetorik verfassten Rede, $n\"{a}mlich$ dem Enkomium der Helene von Gorgias. Die Untersuchung ihrer $Anwendungsm\"{o}glichkeit$ als Ana1ysekategorien liegt der Vermutung nahe, dass das Enkomiurn auch rhetorische Elemente $enth\"{a}lt$, weil eine Theorie wie die Rhetorik erst durch die Beobachtung der musterhaften Reden, die Entdeckung ihrer $Regelm\"{a}{\ss}igkeiten$ und deren Synthetisierung entstanden ist Deswegen ist die Untersuchung norma1erweise mit der Festste1lung der im Text angewandten rhetorischen Regeln identisch. Dieses Verfahren aber $\"{u}berzeugt$ uns, dass dem Gorgias das Gliederungsschema der DISPOSITIO, die Sonderform der Einleitung INSINUATIO, die Prinzipien der Kurze und $Glaubw\"{u}rdigkeit$ in der $Erz\"{a}hlung$ sowie der Zusammenfassung im Schluss, das dem Enthymem $\"{a}hnliche$ logische Mittel LOGISMOS, die Stasis der $Qualit\"{a}t$, die Topoi der Stammung und Gerechtigkeit, die sog. gorgianischen Figuren usw. nicht fremd sind. Wegen des Streites um die $Zusammengeh\"{o}rigkeit$ dieser Rede zur epideiktischen wird hier auch untersucht, ob das Enkomium die von den Theoretikern wie Aristoteles und Cicero aufgestellten Bedingungen der epideiktischen Rede $erf\"{u}llt$. Nur 'die Apologie' nach der $Formalit\"{a}t$ im Beweis ausgeschlossen, die aber zur Beseitigung des am Gegenstand des Lobes $angeh\"{a}ngten$ Tadelhaften erforderlich ist, entspricht das Enkomium dem Prinzip der epideiktischen Rede: Lob der Tugend wie $Sch\"{o}nheit$ und Adeligkeit, Amplifikation bei der Formulierung, Wirkziel des aesthetischen Genusses. Wenn man die Entstehungszeit dieses Enkomiums $ber\"{u}cksichtigt$, kann man plausibel folgern, dass es eine $fr\"{u}he$ Form der Lobrede ist.

데카르트는 사후에 출간된 1662년 "인간론"에서 자동기기의 유압체계모델을 이용하여 인간신체의 신경기능과 근육운동에 대하여 기계론적 설명을 제시하였다. 이것은 바로크 과학기술의 자동기기의 유압체계를 모델로 근육운동이 동물영혼에 의한 신경 전달로 진행된 것을 보여준 실험이었다. 근육운동은 동물영혼에 의한 신경 전달로 진행될 때 이를 기계론적으로 잘 설명될 수 있다고 본 데카르트의 동물영혼에 관한 견해는 출간 이후 3년 만에 네덜란드 자연학자, 해부학자, 현미경학자, 철학자 슈밤머담(Jan Swammerdam 1637-80)이 도전하였다. 그는 1664년 12월 8일 보르흐 앞에서 마취 없이 살아있는 개구리의 심장을 해부하고 두뇌 제거하는 전극실험으로 개구리의 근육운동이 데카르트가 가정하는 동물영혼과는 무관하다는 것을 보여주므로 반박하였다. 슈밤머담은 이 실험 이전에도 이미 라이덴 대학에서 여러 가지 실험으로 명성을 쌓았고 이 실험으로 해부학과 생리학의 출발을 알렸다. 뢰벤훅은 1673년 270배 확대 렌즈를 측정 대에 설치하여 눈에 가까이 갖다 대 고착시킨 첫째 동물이라는 뜻의 박테리아(${\pi}{\rho}\acute{\omega}{\tau}o$ ${\zeta}\acute{\omega}o{\nu}$)를 관찰하였다. 대학에서 전공하지 않았다는 비전문가로서 뢰벤훅이 이 연구에 뛰어들게 되는 것은 바로크 과학기술문명에 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 그라프는 그해 4월 왕립학회에 그가 빗물이나 연못물에서 채취하여 관찰한 미생물을 1677년에 아니말쿨레스(animalcules)라 불렀다는 것을 알렸고 이 관찰은 나중에 왕립학회 검증으로 확증되었다. 뢰벤훅이 명성을 얻게 된 것은 그라프가 그를 학문적으로 이끌어주었기 때문이다. 뢰벤훅에서 광학수업을 받은 하르췌커는 1694년 현미경으로 인간정액을 관찰하는 동안에 하르췌커는 정액 내에 수많은 아니말쿨레스로서 호문쿨리(homunculi)가 살고 있는 것을 보고 그 존재를 요청하였다. 하르췌커는 정규 학문과정에서 성장한 전문가로 뢰벤훅에서 렌즈닦는 기술을 습득하므로 정액주의 운동의 첨단에서 주목을 받게 되었지만 대중적 인기에 영합하였다. 이 발표는 17세기 후반 슈밤머담과 뢰벤훅이 실험철학에 기초한 곤충과 동물 및 미생물 세계의 연구 성과를 과학과 윤리 혹은 신학과의 상보적 관점에서 개관하고, 이들 연구방법을 이신론과 수사학의 입장에서 해명하고자 한다. 17세기 후반에 곤충학의 대가인 슈밤머담과 하르췌커에서 동물생성의 문제에 이신론의 물음은 물질과 정신과의 관계를 해명하려는 과학과 신학과 철학의 경계의 물음이다. 이 경계에서 이신론의 수사학적 접근은 개별분과에서 해결하지 못한 중요한 아포리아를 풀어가는 인문학적 역할에 기여를 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the basic conception and attitude of Aristotelian philosophy by observing the transmission of his writings. The attempt to understand Aristotelian philosophy as a consistent, uniform, and unique system seems to be a natural expectation in the face of the scientific position of this philosophy. But if one looks at the history of the transmission and the edition of his works, this expectation does not correctly understand the Aristotelian philosophy, but misunderstands it. From this problem-consciousness I examine the structural features of Aristotelian philosophy by drawing attention to the work of Andronicus of Rhodes, who was the first editor of the Corpus Aristotelicum around the 1st century BC. This study is related to the historical understanding of the transmission of the Aristotelian writings, and to the classical-philological view of the transmission of writings, and also to the broad and profound understanding of the whole philosophy of Aristotle. Finally, I conclude that it is best to understand the Aristotelian philosophy in the pluralistic perspective as Aristotle himself did.

It is one of the most important factors to statistical estimation of ambient temperature for accumulated degree day (ADD) and minimum postmortem interval (PMI) in the incident scene. Until now, we applied the temperature of the nearest weather stations, adjusted temperature, or estimated the temperature by the linear regression analysis to estimate the temperature of the incident site. At this time, the estimated temperature may be changed according to the method of temperature estimation. And The accuracy of the estimated value may also vary depending on the environmental factors such as capacity, wind speed, humidity, and rainfall, which may affect measurement conditions and temperature. Therefore, we studied the effect of various environmental factors and measurement conditions for ambient temperature in Korea.

As evidence that can be obtained at the crime scene, the importance of micro-evidences has been recognized in recent years with the development modern molecular-level analytical techniques. These micro-evidences include substances useful for personal identification such as DNA, but it is difficult to collect only the evidences showing individual characteristics every time at the crime scene. Therefore, development of new research approaches for the discovery and application of micro-evidence candidates is in increasing demand. For this purpose, skin microbial communities of bacteria inhabiting the palms of 16 people were collected and terminal-restriction enzyme fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) analysis was carried out to examine the potential for the application in personal identification. As a result, 16 different electropherograms were obtained, and various taxa including Staphylococcus and Bacillus were shown to produce different T-RF profiles among individuals. These results were analyzed with the factors affecting the microbiota such as sex and working environment of individuals.

A method for developing a visual information concept that analogously compares and analyzes macroscopic data changes in a simple form is needed. The development of the visual information concept requires the selection of visualization form, selection of rhetorical effects, and selection of digital expression elements. Among them, an example of a rhetorical effect selection method for effectively delivering visual information to a user is presented. In this study, metaphorical rhetoric, which allows data comparison and analysis from a macroscopic point of view, was selected for stock price analysis by period and industry. We present a two-dimensional three-stage shape change using a dandelion with spreading cockle hair as a metaphor and a three-dimensional three-stage shape change information expression method using a coral peony flower that changes shape and color according to time as a metaphor. Using this rhetorical metaphor, it is possible to compare macroscopic trading changes and stock prices by industry.
