국내외 상거래에 있어서 운송이 차지하는 부분은 매우 크다. 특히 항공화물 운송은 보험료, 포장 및 재고관리 등에서 장점을 가지고 있다. 특히 신속성 면에서는 해상운송보다 탁원하므로 국제거래에 있어서 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 운임이 상대적으로 고가임에도 항공운송을 선택하는 예가 점점 더 늘고 있다. 항공화물운송에는 항공화물운송장과 같은 항공서류가 필요한데, 항공화물운송장은 단순히 자격을 증명하는 자격증권일 뿐으로, 권리를 행사할 때 제시하거나, 상환할 필요도 없다. 선하증권과 비교하여 볼 때 항공화물운송장의 가장 큰 특징은 비유통증권이라는 점이다. 따라서 선하증권과 달리 제3자에 권리이전을 할 수 없다. 이와 관련하여 일정한 경우 유통성이 있는 항공화물운송장 출현이 필요한 것은 아닌지 의문이 생기나, 전자화물운송증서의 이용이 증가되고 있어 사실상 유통성을 갖춘 항공화물운송장의 출현을 기대하기는 어려울 것으로 전망된다. 앞으로는 전자화물운송장의 이용 및 확대와 관련하여 일어날 수 있는 법률상 문제점을 발견하고 연구하는 편이 합리적일 것이다. 운송이 시작되고나서 수하인의 자력에 문제가 생기거나 거래상황 등에 변화가 생긴 경우, 운송을 중지하거나 운송물을 반환하거나 애초에 지정한 수하인 이외의 자에게 화물을 인도하는 등의 처분이 필요한 경우가 있다. 이런 경우에도 송하인은 항공화물운송장을 이용하여 처분청구권을 행사하게 되는데, 처분청구권의 종료시점과 관련하여 육상운송이나 해상운송과는 달리 항공운송물이 목적지에 도착하면 바로 처분청구권이 소멸하도록 한 규정은 지나치게 송하인의 권리를 제한한 것이 아닌가 하는 비판이 있다. 실제 항공화물 약관에 우리상법이나 몬트리올협약보다 처분권의 소멸시기가 늦게 설정되어 운용되고 있다. 그리고 신용장거래시의 대금결제와 관련하여서는 은행의 화물에 대한 담보권의 성질과 송하인의 처분권과의 관계에 대해서도 살펴보아야 한다. 그리고 최근에는 신용장거래 보다는 송금결제가 주를 이루고 있으므로, 앞으로는 무신용장 방식으로 결제하는 경우에 나타날 수 있는 문제와 미수금 위험에 대비하여 법률적으로 어떠한 예방책 및 사후적인 구제책 등을 효과적으로 실행할 수 있는지에 대한 집중적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The recently developed autopilot controller can make the input-output (I/O) dynamic characteristics of the nonlinear missile dynamics linear and independent of flight conditions. However, significant fin actuator dynamics can degenerate the I/O dynamic performance of the overall system. In this paper, we propose a singular perturbation-like method to compensate the effect of significant fin actuator dynamics in nonlinear missile control. The proposed compensation method does not require the time derivatives of fin angles but can maintain the linear I/O dynamic characteristics provided by the recently developed autopilot controller.

Interior permanent magnet synchronous motors can be applied to applications requiring wide-speed operation. The current control scheme of an interior permanent magnet synchronous (IPM) motor via feedback linearizing technique is proposed. As the available voltage controlling the armature current is small in transient operations and/or flux-weakening region, the current control performance can be deteriorated. The high performance overmodulation strategy is also proposed to improve the current responses. The control performances are confirmed by simulations.

Numerous foreign studies document perceived difference of the public toward male and female doctors, but little is known about the way Korean college students view the gender of the doctors. This study investigates whether or not college students evaluate the technical and socio-psychological skills differently depending on the gender of the doctors. This study also tests the association between the gender of respondents and the gender of doctors of their choice for several types of diseases. The 440 college students at one campus were selected using systematic stratified random sampling technique and were interviewed by questionnaire survey. Findings indicate that while the scores of technical skills are in favor of male doctors, the scores of socio-psychological skills are favorable to female doctors. We also find that there Is a statistically significant relationship between the gender of respondents and the gender of doctors of their choice.

MIMO 비최소위상 시스템에 대한 입출력 선형화 제어에 대해서 새로운 접근 방식을 제안한다. 처음에 몇가지 조건 하에서 비선형 궤환과 상태 변환을 하고 또한 magnitude & time scaling을 해서 일반적인 비선형 시스템을 특이 섭동 시스템으로 변환할 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 특히 제안된 방법에 의하여 변환된 특이 섭동 시스템에서 숨겨진 동적 특성이 fast subsystem의 역할을 하게 된다. 그 다음에는 잘 알려진 composite control 기법을 적용하여 시스템이 거의 선형적이고 비간섭적인 I/O 동적 특성을 갖게 하고 내부 상태가 안정화되도록 한다. 기존의 방식 보다 제안된 제어 방법의 가장 큰 이점은 적용될 수 있는 비최소위상 시스템의 범위를 보다 넓히게 되었다는 것이다. 게다가 특이 섭동 방법은 제어기 설계 과정을 단순화시켜 제어기 구현에 있어서 계산 시간을 단축시킨다.

In this paper, we consider feedback-kinearizing control of brushless dc motors which have been increasingly used in high-performance servo applications, We completely characterize the whole class of the feedback controllers that enable the brushless dc motors to behave like linear systems but without torque ripple. The whole class of the feedback-linearizing controllers is characterized in the explicit form which contains a function to be chosen freely. The previously known controllers correspond to either the particular ones in our whole class of the feedback-Linearzing controllers or their truncated Fourier expansions. This free function can be used to achieve other control objectives as well as linear dynamic characteristics. Furthermore, our feedback-linearizing controllers can be easily determined from the measurement data of back EMF.

Due to a recently developed approach to autopilot controller design for highly-maneuvering BTT (bank-to-turn) missiles, we now can derive explicitly the final-phase optimal guidance (OG) law considering the autopilot dynamics through direct use of the well-known linear optimal control theory. The proposed OG law can decrease the miss distance (MD) remarkably with small acceleration and roll rate profile at the time of interception.

Image plane상에서의 목표의 크기, 시선각 (Line-of-Sight angle) 및 관측자의 상태 정보 등을 이용하여 목표의 상태를 추정한다. 표적 모델을 Linear Time Varying(LTV) system처럼 다룰 수 있음을 밝히고, 이를 이용하여 가관측성(observability)이 성립하는 조건을 구하고 Kalman filter를 이용하여 비선형 추정기를 설계한다. 그리고 등가속도 표적 추정, 미사일의 정지 표적 공격 등의 모의실험에 적용해 본다.

최근 개발된 비선형 자동조종 제어기를 사용하면 비행 환경에 무관하게 BTT 미사일의 입출력 동특성이 일정한 선형 시스템의 형대로 표현될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 특성을 바탕으로 BTT 미사일이 목표물의 취약 지점을 정밀하게 요격할 수 있도록 자동조종장치 동역학의 시간 지연 효과를 고려하여 표적 충돌각을 최소화하는 최적 종말 유도 법칙을 설계하였다. 제안된 최적 종말 유도 법칙은 극좌표 변환을 사용하지 않기 때문에 가제어성을 보장하며, 가속도 편향값을 사용하지 않기 때문에 기존의 유도 법칙에 비하여 미사일의 기동성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
