A Study for Reducing the Slump Loss of Concrete Using High Range Water Reducing Admixture (고성능감수제(高性能減水劑)를 사용한 콘크리트의 유동성(流動性) 손실(損失)을 저감(低減)시키기 위한 연구(硏究))

  • This study gives results of 1aboratory investigations to minimize the slump loss of concrete using high range water reducing admixture (HRWR). Various factors influencing on the slump loss such as cement type, HRWR type and dosage time are investigated. The acquired results indicated that 30 minutes delayed dosage of HRWR is very effective on reducing the slump loss though this tendency makes a difference to some extent according to cement and HRWR type. For the most part, the more usage of HRWR increases, the higher the slump loss occurs and concrete using ordinary portland cement has the highest slump loss and concrete using fly ash 20% replacement cement with HRWR of naphthalene type has the good effect on reducing the slump loss.

  • 고강도 시멘트 복합체의 유동성 손실을 감소시키기 위한 연구의 일환으로 시멘트계 입자에 대한 고성능감수제의 흡착특성, 현탄액 속에서의 응집특성을 관찰하여 시멘트풀과 모르터의 유동성과 관련시켜 고찰하였다. 본 연구결과 알루미네이트계 화합물이 많이 함유된 보통포틀랜드 시멘트의 흡착률이 가장 크며, 시멘트풀 및 모르처의 유동성 손실이 작았으며 나프탈린계 고성능 감수제가 유동성 손실면에서 얼마간 유리하였다.

  • 코로나19로 인해 전 세계가 대 격변기에 있다. 경기 위축과 불확실성이 증대되고 있어 많은 기업과 가게 등 경제 주체들이 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 창업을 계획한다면 실패에 대한 많은 심리적 부담을 갖게 될 것이기에 더욱더 위험을 감수하고 위기를 기회로 활용하려는 창의적이고 적극적인 기업가의 태도가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업가의 심리적 특성 변수라 할 수 있는 기업가정신과, 창업할 때 기업가가 갖고 있는 창업실패두려움 그리고, 창업자기효능감이 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업가정신을 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 세 가지 하위변수로 구분하였으며, 창업실패두려움도 재무적손실 두려움, 심리적손실 두려움, 경력손실 두려움으로 구분하여 각각의 하위변수들이 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 창업 상황에서 일종의 자신감이라 할 수 있는 창업자기효능감이 기업가정신과 창업의도 관계에서, 창업실패두려움과 창업의도관계에서 어떠한 매개적 역할을 하는 지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 창업 분야에서 기업가정신과 창업실패두려움, 창업자기 효능감의 역할에 대한 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • 송전손실 배분에 대한 방법 중에서 발전 증가 패턴에 따른 방법을 제시하였다. 손실 감도 계산을 통하여 모선별 계통 손실을 구한다. 기저점에서 동작점으로 증가해 갈 때의 송전 손실 배분에 대해서 공정하게 할 수 있는 알고리즘이다. 모선별 계통 손실은 적분 경로에 따라 달라지게 되고, 이에 따라 어떻게 달라지는 지 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알아보았다.

고진공 수산물 조미통조림의 향기성분 분석

  • 일반적으로 시중에 유통되고 있는 일반통조림 제품은 조미액, 시럽, 물 등의 액즙을 함유하고 있어 이로 인해 제품의 중량의 증가, 가용성 성분의 희석, 액즙의 흡수와 팽윤으로 인한 조직감의 연화, 원료의 고유의 향기성분 손실 등과 조미액은 대부분 버리게 되므로 제품의 경제적 손실도 크다. 따라서 본 연구에는 종래의 통조림보다 가볍고, 조직감이 있으며 원료 고유의 향미를 살린 제품을 만들기 위한 기초적인 연구로 packing medium이 없는 고진공 통조림제품을 제조하여 일반통조림 제품과의 향기성분을 비교분석하였다.   • 이 연구는 청력손실 예방 공익광고 메시지가 프레이밍 유형(긍정/부정)과 자기효능감 정보제공(유/무)에 따라 수용자의 청력손실 예방의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한다. 개별 참여자들의 개인적 특성으로 지각된 위험과 미래지향 시간관을 메시지 효과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 변인으로 설정했다. 이를 통해 청력손실 예방에 대한 이해와 관심을 증진시키기 위한 캠페인을 진행할 때 메시지 전략측면과 실행의 효과면에서 메시지 내용의 표현방법과 효율적 전달방법에 대한 함의를 제시한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the cognitive process related to the organizational citizenship behavior. The research method consisted of the cross-design of the prospect dimension and goal orientation dimension, and information security factors consisted of distributive justice, response efficacy, self efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of the study, the dimension of prospect had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the gain condition was greater than that of the loss condition. The goal orientation dimension had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the growth condition was greater than that of the validation condition. The research model that explained the relationship between information security factors appeared as a partial mediating model between distributive justice, response efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of this study suggest that it is necessary to establish an information security strategy in combination with individual decision-making factors and organizational culture factors.

  • Recently social commerce has become an issue in E-commerce. It was made in purpose to seek the satisfaction of consumers plan to shop attempts to boost use of social commerce. Social commerce motives and benefits and loss factors are examined the impact of purchase satisfaction. Statistical analysis was performed using the multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, economic incentives and hedonic motivations and opportunistic motivation factor had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Second, the benefits are psychological factors and price benefits had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the more it feels less sense when using social commerce and economic losses, as used to feel less discomfort were higher purchase satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that the greater the relative benefit factors influence than the loss factor. This study is significant in that it provided meaningful data from the viewpoint of a consumer who uses social commerce sites.

  • The larger and the more complicated the system size and configuration grow, the more serious the system loss problem becomes. Exessive system loss causes severs system voltage depression, which even may result in system voltage collapse. This paper proposes an effective tool for minimizing the system power loss by optimal re-location of the static condenser based on the system loss sensitivity index .lambda.$_{Q}$. It is possible to determine the optimal location and amount of VAR investment for minimizing the system loss by priority of .lambda.$_{Q}$ index given for each bus. Several computational techniques for avoiding divergency of the load flow solution are proposed. The loss sensitivity index .lambda.$_{Q}$ uses information of normal power flow equations and their Jacobians. Two case studies proved the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed.posed.

The Effect of Perceived Loss of Financial·Market·Social Capital Based on Recurrence Intention of Failed Small Business : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Fear of Failure and the Moderating of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (폐업 소상공인의 재무적자본·시장경쟁력·사회적자본 손실지각이 재기의도에 미치는 영향 : 실패두려움의 매개효과와 창업자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study surveyed 413 small business owners who experienced closure to see how the loss perception experienced by small business owners affects their comeback through fear of failure. The analysis results are as follows. First, the larger the received loss of financial capital, market capital, and social capital, the greater the fear of failure. Second, the greater the fear of failure, the less willingness to re-start-up, but it did not affect the willingness to work. Third, perceived loss of financial capital, market capital, and social capital grew fear of failure, which negatively affected the willingness to re-start. However, as for the willingness to work, only the perception of loss to market competitiveness strengthened the willingness to work through fear of failure. This suggests that if you think you are out of business due to market competitiveness, you are more likely to choose to get a job than to start a business. Fourth, those with higher entrepreneurial self-efficiency had less effect of perceived loss on fair of failure than those with lower entrepreneurial loss. In other words, it can be seen that a person with high entrepreneurial self-efficiency is likely to start-up. It is noteworthy that despite the tendency to fail due to market competition and lack of understanding of risks, small business operators were most aware of the loss of social capital. This is presumed to have had the greatest impact on fear of failure because small business owners try to receive funding or business revitalization support through social networks such as acquaintances and relatives. Based on the above results, this study requires sufficient market research to secure a competitive advantage when preparing for start-ups through policy practice suggestions, and suggests ways to reduce financial loss through the establishment of sophisticated business plans.
