Similitude Study on Grain Thrower (차원해석방법에 의한 Thrower의 양곡특성에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 Thrower의 양곡성능에 관한 예측 방정식을 차원해석법을 적용하여 유도하는데 있다. Thrower의 능률에 큰 영향을 미친다고 생각되는 인자들간의 관계식들을 Buckingham의 $\pi$이론에 의하여 구하여 졌으며 본연구에 사용한 Thrower는 현재 농촌에서 사용되고 있는 자동탈곡기의 Thrower와 유사한 형으로 제작된 것이며 실험에 사용된 시료는 벼의 경우는 통일벼와 미네히까리 품종이고 보리 품종으로서는 나맥이며, Thrower의 Impeller 직경, 속도 및 투입량을 변화시켜 가면서 각 시료에 대하여 양곡높이를 측정하여 그 예측방정식을 유도하였다. 본 논문에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Thrower의 양곡성능에 지대한 영향을 미친다고 생각되는 주요 인자들을 Thrower의 양정, impeller의 직경과 속도, 투입량, 곡립의 밀도, 중력가속도등이라 간주하여 Buckingham의 $\pi$이론을 적용하여 이들에 관한 $\pi$항들을 결정하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. {{{{ pi 1= { D} over {H } , pi 2= { { DN}^{ { 1} over {2 } } } over { { g}^{ { 1} over { 2} } }, pi 3= { Q} over { { g}^{ { 1} over {2 } } { rho D}^{ { 2} over {6 } } }}}}} 2. 실험에 의하여 구해진 $\pi$항문의 관계식을 합성하여 Thrower의 양곡성능에 관한 시료별 예측방정식을 구하였으며 이 식들은 아래와 같다. 통일 : $\pi$1=0.1223($\pi$2)-1.1813$\times$($\pi$3)-0.1864 미네히까리 : $\pi$1=0.1185($\pi$2)-0.9663$\times$($\pi$3)-0.1575 나맥 : $\pi$1=0.1599($\pi$2)-1.2350$\times$($\pi$3)-0.1382 3. 현재 농촌에서 사용되고 있는 자동탈곡기체 부착된 Thrower의 회전수, Impeller의 직경 및 투입량은 각각 1,100rpm, 30cm 및 150gr/sec 정도로서 이와같은 수준의 변량들을 기초로 하여 본 논문에서 유도한 예측방정식을 적용하여 Thrower의 양정을 산출한 결과, 통일벼의 경우는 2.6m정도였고 미네히까리 품종과 나맥의 양정은 각각 2.4m, 2.9m 정도였다. 이와같은 사실로부터 1m내외의 양정만으로 되어있는 자동탈곡기 Thrower의 경우 제작비절감, 소요동력 감소를 기하고 아울러 과립의 손상을 줄이기 위해서는 설계 또는 작동조건의 변경을 통해 Thrower의 회전수를 현재 수준이하로 줄일 필요가 있다고 판단되었다.

  • Refactoring is a kind of software modification process that improves system qualities internally but maintains system functions externally. What should be improved on the existing source codes should take precedence over the others in such a modification process using this refactoring. Martin Fowler and Kent Beck proposed a method that identifies code smells for this purpose. Also, some studies on determining what refactoring will be applied to which targets through detecting code smells in codes were presented. However, these studies have a lot of disadvantages that show a lack of precise description for such code smells and detect limited code smells only. In addition, these studies showed other disadvantages that generate ambiguity in behavior preservation due to the fact that a description method of pre-conditions for the behavior preservation is included in a refactoring process or unformalized. Thus, our study represents a precise specification of code smells using OCL and proposes a framework that performs a refactoring process through the automatic detection of code smells using an OCL interpreter. Furthermore, we perform the automatic detection in which the code smells are be specified by using OCL to the java program and verify its applicability and effectivity through applying a refactoring process.

  • This study considers the design of a 130kW-class IPMSM for propulsion of a Tram-Train. This Tram-Train has a wide range of speed variation. For this reason, this study suggested IPMSM, which has wide speed variation as a motor for propulsion of the Tram-Train, a basic model suitable for the required traction force was designed. IPMSM has different electromagnetic and structural characteristics depending on the shapes of its rotor. Therefore, the suggested model was additionally designed, and by dividing a permanent magnet was changed so as th have a shape with an added bridge. Finally, by analyzing the load characteristics with finite element analysis of the basic and suggested models and by comparing electromagnetic and structural characteristics, a model has been derived that satisfies IPMSM for the propulsion of the Tram-Train.

Pandemic Experience of Infectious Diseases of Nursing Students: Targeting non-confirmed COVID-19 (간호대학생의 전염병 팬데믹 경험: COVID-19 비확진자 대상으로)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to confirm the nature of the pandemic experience of an infectious disease among non-confirmed COVID-19 nursing students. Methods: From April 14 to April 23, 2020, data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with eight nursing students, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. Results: Seven categories emerged through experiences of pandemic infectious diseases among nursing students. The specific categories are 'the continuation of daily life containing worries', 'struggle in daily life lost by COVID-19', 'conflict in fear and expectation', 'the fight against loneliness', 'confusion and adaptation to the changed class management policy', 'improving the ability to cope with a new phase', 'a springboard for growth'. Conclusion: Nursing students suffered psychosocial difficulties in a pandemic situation, but they adapted and led them to a positive direction. they lived as an opportunity to have time to check their career identity and tried to supplement their lives. We propose a study on the experiences of nursing students who have experienced self-isolation and the nature of nursing students' experiences in prolonged COVID-19 situations.

920 MHz Band Antenna for Marine Buoy (해양 부이용 920 MHz 대역 안테나)

  • The equipment for marine IoT service have to overcome the effect of seawater. Furthermore, the free floating transmitter in seawater will be less affected by the seawater environment. The results of the design and fabrication of antenna, which is embedded in buoy, are shown in this research. The proposed antenna is used to supervise the states of fishing gears in monitoring system for real-name system of electric fishing gear. The selected frequency band of the proposed antenna is 920 MHz, and PCB pattern type is selected for subminiature and light weight. It is confirmed that RF characteristics is more degraded, however, the radiation is gradually upward as the contact surface of buoy with seawater is more broaden through the simulation results. That is, the RF performance of the proposed antenna is more deteriorated but beam radiation characteristics is more suited the marine IoT, the seawater effect is more increased. It is expected that the proposed antenna will contribute the implementation of IoT network based on low power wide area (LPWA) when the degradation of RF performance will be settled.

  • this paper develops a computational model for the turning maneuver analysis of a cabover type heavy truck. The model having 42 degree-of-freedom is developed using ADAMS. Leaf springs used in the front and rear suspension systems are modeled by dividing it three links and joining them with joints. Force and displacement relationship showing nonlinear hysteric characteristics of the leaf spring is measured and modeled with an exponential function. A velocity and force relationship of a shock absorber is measured and modeled with a spline function. And a stabilizer bar is modeled using ADAMS beam element to consider a twisting and bending effect. To verify the developed model an actual vehicle test is performed in the double lane change course with 50kph and 60kph vehicle velocity. In the actual vehicle test lateral acceleration roll angle and yaw rate are measured, The tendency and peak-to-peak values of the actual vehicle test and simultion results are compared each other.

Knitting Parameters on Lint Pollution during Knitting Process (니팅공정오염에 대한 니팅요소 분석)

  • Knifing parameters specially related to lint generation in the knitting zone such as knitting needles, yarn feed angle and yarn feed speed were investigated with a developed test rig, which simulated the hutting area on the knitting machine. Three different types of needle counts and feeding angles affected tension and the amount of lint that was caused by frictional forces between the yarn and the morphological structure of the needle. However, the yarn feed speed did not affect the lint generation. The results implied that a more advanced test rig was necessary for further study. Also, chemical and mechanical modifications of the kilting elements may be necessary to improve the lint problem.

  • 대량생산체제로 제작되는 자동차용 변속기는 일단 양산에 돌입하고부터는 막대한 retooling비 용의 지불없이는 좀처럼 그 모양이나 중요설계치수가 변경될 수 없기 때문에, 초기설계단계에 서의 다양하고 신중한 고려가 그 후의 어느 단계보다 중요하다. 자동차용 변속기의 치차설계자는 치차상의 주어진 공간내에서 가장 튼튼하고 소리없는 치차를 설계하기 위하여 모듈(module), 압력각, 치깊이 등이 표준에서 벗어나는 특수 cutter를 사용하도록 요구할 수밖에 없다(이러한 비표준 cutter의 제작을 위해서는 다소 더 많은 시간과 경비가 소요될지 모르지만, 이 문제는 양산체제의 특수성 속에 충분히 소화흡수된다). 표준치차의 경우에는 대부분의 설계 데이터가 테 이블이나 그래프로 주어져 있지만 모듈, 압력각, 치깊이 등이 표준에서 벗어나는 치차에 있어서는 이것들을 별도로 계산하지 않으면 안된다. 더욱이 세계자동차 메이커가 소형화와 경량화로 치 닫고 있는 현 추세에 있어서는 더욱 정밀한 계산에 의한 데이터가 요구될 것이다. 본 보고서는 임의의 cutter를 사용하여 절삭한 치차의 fillet 부분에 있어서 fillet 곡선의 함수를 구하고 이 것으로부터 lewis방식의 굽힘강도계산식(대부분의 굽힘강도 계산식이 lewis 이론에 입각한 것이긴 하지만)에 사용되는 강도계 수를 approach 법으로 구하는 방법과 계산공식에 대하여 서술한 것이다. 여기서 취급하는 굴절법은 hobbing cutter 등에 의한 rack형 굴절법이다.

  • We live in the flood of information due to advancement of information communication and increase of E-mail. Managing users huge in-formation systematically and speedy searching are needed in these social advancement. In this thesis, in order to satisfy these requirement, We suggested Real-time LDAP Interface using Main Memory Resident Database Management System which can manage a lot of information fast systematically. It is expected that system can provide advantage of performance improvement through replacing Main Memory Resident Database Management System without change of application which is required high speed process.

  • In this paper characteristics of ATM-PON is described and a TC layer controller for ATM-PON OLT is designed. This paper proposes an algorithm of economically controlling the grant information written by CPU to dynamically allocate the upstream bandwidth on the PON among the ONUs in a fair way and of encrypting the downstream data using a lower standard of encryption, termed data churning, which is used to distinguish it from existing transmission system scramblers and higher layer encryption methods. This paper also proposes a method of allocating churning-related message into the PLOAM cell in order to synchronously change the churning key between the OLT and the ONU.
