Based on the Construal Level Theory, this study aims to investigate how information security vaccine users' selection intentions differ from each other according to the selection time of information security vaccine, advertisement message types, and information security knowledge levels. For the foregoing, this study conducted an experiment by applying an experimental design of 2(knowledge level: high/low) ${\times}2$(temporal distances: short distance/long distance) ${\times}2$(advertisement message types: how(concrete)/why(abstract)) on computer security vaccine softwares. As a result, this study confirmed that the selection intentions about information security vaccines differed from each other according to the temporal distance and advertisement message type, and also varied according to the information security knowledge level. In conclusion, this study provides an implication that the consideration of well-timed persuasive message is especially important for the users at the high level of knowledge. Also, this research implies the necessity of development of abstract thinking ability based on temporal distance for the users at the low level of knowledge.

과거 제조업의 글로벌화에 이어 지식서비스의 글로벌화 추세는 소프트웨어 부문에서도 새로운 유형의 국제분업화를 야기하고 있고 소프트웨어 기업들의 비즈니스 방식에도 상당한 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 국내 소프트웨어 산업은 글로벌 소프트웨어 아웃소싱 시장에서 매우 작은 비중을 차지하고 있고, 고임금 구조로 글로벌 기업들의 아웃소싱 수요를 유인할 수 있는 동기 요인을 제공하지 못한 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 글에서는 최근 부각되고 있는 인도와 중국의 글로벌 소프트웨어 아웃소싱 시장 동향과 정부의 정책적 지원 현황을 살펴보고, 한국 상황에 적합한 글로벌 아웃소싱 모델이 무엇인지를 살펴본다.

디지털 트랜스포메이션(Digital Transformation)으로 인해 소프트웨어에 대한 의존성이 강화되면서 소프트웨어 공급망의 역할이 커지고 있다. 그러나 안전한 소프트웨어 개발 및 이용을 위한 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 관리는 사실상 어려운 실정이다. 공급망이 복잡해질수록 공급망 공격의 유형은 다각화되는 반면 공급망을 구성하는 공급업체 및 구성요소에 대한 식별 및 취약점 분석은 어려워지기 때문이다. 이에 저자는 국내외 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 관리를 위한 기술 동향에 대한 조사 분석을 수행하고 이를 기반으로 향후 적용할 수 있는 공급망 보안 관리 체계의 발전 방향에 대해 작성하였다.

With the development of the realm of software and its getting the limelight, technical-specialized high schools are trying hard to improve their students' ability in terms of the realm of software in the latest. This study compared and analyzed targeting for students who are learning Java program how much the type of personality of learners influences on the improvement of the resilience. As a result, the learners having introverted personality didn't have a meaningful result on the improvement of the resilience which is necessary for the programming learning. Vice versa, the learners having extroverted personality had a meaningful result on the improvement of the resilience through that personality. Through this research, we can seek after the way for the improvement of learners' resilience which mutually benefits learners having extroverted personality or introverted personality.

최근 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 통하여 개발되는 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 개발 조직의 ?f발 능력과 생산성을 향상시키기 위하여 많은 회사들이 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 프로세스 심사 모델의 장점을 흡수하면서 조직 유형 및 프로젝트 규모에 제약 없이 프로세스 심사를 위한 개념을 제공하는 ISO/IEC 15504(SPICE)를 설명하고 최근의 심사사례를 바탕으로 전반적인 심사과정을 소개한다.

Most information systems are component-based and developed by outsourcing, and developed software is maintained integrative. However, studies on cost measurement indicators and cost estimation model have not been performed sufficiently, which are foundational to enhance the productivity and efficiency of maintenance. This study suggests indicators to measure maintenance cost for component-based software and examines maintenance cost estimation model of component software by the measurement indicators suggested. In order to generate the indicators to measure the component-based maintenance cost, the previously proposed indicators are summarized comparatively. To estimate the measurement indicators of component-based software, it makes a comparison of the previously proposed indicators and arranges them. We classify the measurement indicators by how to apply according to maintenance types of component software and then we propose the cost measurement indicators. Moreover, we propose the cost estimation model according to the maintenance types of component software using the suggested measurement indicators suggested. With the suggested estimation model, a case study is performed and its validity is verified.

패키지 소프트웨어의 품질시험을 통해 패키지 소프트웨어 구매자들의 요구에 부합되는 소프트웨어를 선택할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있다. 지금까지 일반적인 SI 소프트웨어에 대한 품질평가 방법론이나 평가 기법, 평가 도구 등이 개발된 사례가 있으나 패키지 소프트웨어의 경우에는 아직까지 국내에서 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 체계가 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 패키지 소프트웨어는 하나의 소프트웨어 유형에 대해 다수의 제품이 개발되어 경쟁하게 되는 만큼 그 소프트웨어들 중에서 요구에 맞는 소프트웨어를 선택하기 어려우므로 이를 지원한 수 있는 방법의 개발이 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 패키지 소프트웨어 시험을 위한 표준인 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 소프트웨어 패키지를 시험하여 결과를 산출한 수 있는 시험모듈과 품질검사표를 개발하여 패키지 소프트웨어 시험에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

In this paper, we propose an effective software education model for youths with disability. This software education model consists of a four-step process. In the first step, it draws the education curriculum of the software education for different types of disabled youths based on the results of comparative analysis of software education field in special education curriculum. In the second step, it suggests achievement standards for effective software education for the disabled students by classifying students with intellectual disabilities and visual, hearing, and physical disabilities without any multiple disabilities. In the third step, the study developed a modular textbook comprised of unplugged activities using coding robot Albert, physical computing, and block/text coding with the reflection of the characteristic of each type of disability. In the fourth step, it applied the textbook to the school field and educated disabled students focusing on experience to allow them to think logically and by stages about different problems they face in daily lives. In addition, by analyzing the results of youths' performance evaluation and surveys, it was shown that 82.3% of developmental disabilities, 78.8% of visual impairments, 90.9% of hearing impairments, and 78.8% of physically disabilities achieved achievements above the "medium" level. These results prove that the software education model for youths with disabilities proposed in this paper is very effective in improving computational chinking of youths with disabilities.

The terminals of e-Book(electronic Book) are classified into two types which consist of special-purpose terminal equipment and general-purpose terminal equipment. Although the terminal products inr the two types have had a strong race in the e-Book market each other, both enterprises and consumers want the two type to remain persistently with competition in good faith. Therefore, it is necessary for each type camps to find blue ocean by establishing differentiation strategies of each type. In this paper, we designed the research model that independent variables consist of hardware quality and software quality, dependent variable is user satisfaction, moderator variable is the terminal type. Through the research model, we investigated factors having a influence on the user satisfaction of the e-Book terminal that consists of hardware and software. In particular, we investigated if the degree of the influence is different between the two types. As a result, we got conclusions as followings. First, the quality of hardware and software in the terminal had significant influences on the user satisfaction. Second, the degree which the hardware quality has influenced user satisfaction was not different between the two types, but the degree which the software quality has influence on user satisfaction was different between the two types. As a implication of this result, we found that special-purpose terminal provider need to establish a strategies for raising the quality of e-Book viewer to provide different product from general-purpose terminal.

패키지 소프트웨어 기업은 사용자 만족을 향상시키기 위해 노력한다. 그래서 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 연구는 상당히 중요하다. 지금까지 패키지 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 연구는 많이 있었지만 대부분이 제품 품질에 관한 연구가 주로 있었다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 관점에서 품질과 함께 서비스의 관점에서도 품질을 측정하고자 한다. SERVQUAL 차원인 유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 보증성, 공감성의 다섯 가지 차원에 패키지 소프트웨어의 특성을 반영하여 서비스 품질을 측정하고 제품 품질 차원과 비교하여 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다.
