  • Expand the market because the size of the huge funds administered by the conversion of over-the-air digital TV broadcasts in the current situation is likely to be reduced due to the influence of the media over-the-air broadcasts new paid media, digital cable TV and IPTV new mobile TV as a new growth engineis required. Broadcasting system to increase the supply and demand of the module from the ATSC-M/H DMB business existing in the domestic over-the-air broadcasters, has seen significant achievements in sleep technology with the introduction is expected. ATSC-M/H does not require a separate frequency allocation for mobile services does not interfere with the existing ATSC system simulcast, which can be performed on Android mobile handsets American-style mobile broadcast reception module to develop should. This paper is to design the software modules in the broadcasting module embedded systems that are applied on the Android platform, broadcasting from mobile handsets to see.

  • The e-government project management consignment system to allow the public PMO has been introduced to resolve the quality management issue and the business risk, pointed out by the reorganized Software Industry Promotion Act. The additional regulation improvements are demanded because the public PMO system cannot settle down due to the different opinions among related parties: owner, operator and PMO. Therefore, to make balanced regulation improvements, the in-depth studies are necessary to analyze the fundamental causes of the disagreement between the related parties. This study analyses the each related party's cognitive structure to perform public PMO successfully and the fundamental reasons that cause the different opinions by applying the cognitive psychological Means-end chain theory, the laddering technique and the HVM, Hierarchical Value Map. In addition, this study analyses the regulations required for the related parties to obtain the expected benefits.

  • In this paper, a smart meter applying the international communication protocols has been developed. A smart meter requires communication protocols for two-way communication and control technology, registration and deregistration of electronic devices between electric power suppliers to exchange data. Standardization for communication protocols of a smart meter has been proceeding both in the US and Europe. The smart meter developed in this paper applied ANSI C12.22 as a communication protocol which is a north american standard. A smart meter should also provide the electric consuming information and electricity charge information to the customer in real time. Thus, the customer can behave the demand response based on this information. In this paper, the measured electricity from the smart meter is reported to the customer, and IHD(In Home Display) implemented with the windows software presents the reported real time data.

  • Information is playing a key role in sufficing the needs of individual members of the society in today's rapidly changing environment. Especially, the cases of illegal gathering of privacy information will increase and the leakage of privacy information will grow as the individual activities in the ubiquitous computing environment. In this paper, we suggested the privacy framework in order to make design and implementation of secure and effective privacy management system. Ant we also introduced the methodology which is represent to 5 specific stages in order to suggest to the privacy system development guideline from the standpoints of the privacy system operator or developer. Especially, we tried to determine whether the suggested methodology can be effectively used in the real computing environment or not by making necessary investments in management (privacy policy) and technical (system architecture) sides. We believe that the privacy framework and methodology introduced in this research can be utilized to suggest new approach for showing direction from the privacy protection perspective, which is becoming more important in ubiquitous environments, and practical application rather than providing conceptual explanation from the views of engineer or developer.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors and mechanism of the characteristics of the live broadcast e-commerce platform and the characteristics of the host on the impulse purchase intention of live broadcast viewers. Based on the ELM model, this study complements existing research content. This study adopts the form of questionnaire survey and conducts empirical analysis using SPSS, AMOS, Mplus and other analysis software for online live broadcast users. The results show that the characteristics of live broadcast platforms have a positive impact on consumers' flow experience and satisfaction; the personal characteristics of anchors have a positive impact on consumers' flow experience and satisfaction; consumers' flow experience and satisfaction have a positive impact on impulse Purchase intention has a positive impact, and flow experience and satisfaction have a mediating effect on the characteristics of the live broadcast platform and the personal characteristics of the host.

  • Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

  • Location-based services play a vital role in our daily lives. While these services enhance user convenience, user's privacy is at risk because they lead to a rapid surge in collecting and utilizing location information for a user. In this paper, we design and implement an application that securely records and manages user location information. We enhance the privacy protection aspect concerning location information by providing some features. Utilizing Room DB, we store collected personal location information in the user's local database instead of the server of the location-based service provider. Furthermore, user can initiate and terminate recording at their discretion, thereby enhancing the protection of personal information related to location data. User's unease regarding their movement paths is reduced by empowering them to have control over their own location information.

  • Apple recently announced a new policy about software development kit that banned the use of tools that convert apps built on other platforms into iPhone apps. Therefore, Adobe cannot develop their software to AppStore that inquire to the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission about antitrust actions. Someone argue that Apple try to exclusive smartphone market such as the Microsoft antitrust lawsuit in 1998, but this case is essentially different. First, it need to define Apple's software development kit for iPhone and iPad is whether antitrust or not. Because of the characteristics of two-sided market in Smartphone Apple's iPhone cannot monopoly in cellphone or smartphone market, but it can be an antitrust in application store market. However, Apple re-announced new software development kit policy that shows positive results. Instead of hastily intervened regulatory agencies, the DOJ or the FTC, it is quite desirable that watching the interaction between companies that whether market failures or not and if it's harmful for consumer's benefit. Adobe attack Apple to advocate consumers and developers freedom of choice, but the most important thing is conclusion based on a comprehensive analysis need to objective point of view that Apple do whether antitrust act or not and damage to developers and consumers who are both side of platform.

  • The smart-car industry has emerged as the important variable that will decide the future industrial contour of the automotive industry, together with commercialization of electronic vehicles, connected cars, infotainment, telematics, and the autonomous/self-driving car. This study analyzes the strategic position of platform companies and car manufacturers that would determine the future of the smart-car market. The findings of this study show that despite the entry barriers in industrial factors, such as economies of scale, the industrial infrastructure, and global production networks, and technical factors like exclusive head-sector information, car manufacturers may be deprived of their industrial leadership by platform companies with map and user data, big data capabilities, and user interface experience if they lag behind ICT innovation. This insight is based on the emerging importance of software and platforms, and the simplification of car structures, proven by the successful commercialization of electronic vehicles. This study complements existing studies mainly focused on technical aspects of the smart-car industry by examining the strategic dimensions of platform companies and their approach to the future smart-car market by comparing them with existing car manufacturing multinationals.
