This is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between communication types, emotional labor, and job stress of nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals and to identify factors affecting job stress. The study was conducted on 192 nurses randomly selected from small and medium-sized hospitals located in G Metropolitan City. A structured questionnaire was used as a research tool for measuring communication types, emotional labor, and job stress, and the data were collected from August 20 to September 10, 2019. The results of the study are as follows. The subject's communication type averaged 3.55±0.31 points, emotional labor 3.21±0.59 points, and job stress 3.44±0.52 points. Job stress showed a statistically significant negative correlation with friendly communication among the types of communication, and a statistically significant positive correlation with emotional labor. Factors affecting job stress included gender, total clinical experience, and emotional labor, showing an explanatory power of 28.0%. It is considered that an efficient management strategy for emotional labor is needed to reduce the job stress of nurses in the future.

Ideals of beauty has expressed variously through the centuries and in different cultures. Each traditional 'togu' has it's own morphology (in the meaning of nonverval linguistic) as using various type of language in each cultural erea. Korean aesthetics on 'dogu'philosophy introduces a whole new set of basic concepts outside western aesthetic framework of beauty Most distinctive is the insistence on overcoming dichotomies, especially between cognition and emotion, (momism)body and mind, self and other, and individual and group. Several topics are particularly illuminating within aesthetics: furniture, calligraphy, traditional garments pose interesting challenging to the art/nature, inside/outside, ethics/desire dichotomies so crucial to moral and cultural context. aesthetics are equally deserving of philosophical scrutiny: the ways in which philosophy of 'dogu'and aesthetics are integrated with daily life, the emphasis on process or understanding context rather than product itself or product 'form'. Dogu did not separate daily life and aesthetics from understanding social context. Language of 'togu' also has own vocabulary and grammar. But we often cannot gain our persnol experience truthful beauty of togu until understand context of understanding. it would be immpossible to explain ,or to analize different way of thinkings and behaivor precisly without understanding same codes of language.

This research paper is applying Writing Supporting System on the previous research study about writing tool data model on interactive storytelling about family Story. Family story writing supporting system enables users to create text, images, videos and digital contents based on experimental knowledge collected from the first and second generations. The paper about studies on writing tool system on family story, aims to create documentary based high quality contents about each family members and family history. At the same time, overcome generation gaps and the lack of creation infrastructures. Throughout this process, the author will contribute to the expansion of creation devices which can be applied in other researches and writing tools.

In this paper, I introduce web 2.0 tool with which cooperative learning is possible based on C4LPT, and suggest educational application plan of web 2.0 tool by offering briefly the teaching-learning process plan for application class of web 2.0 tool. The class through the suggested teaching-learning process plan encouraged participation so that the common goal of a small group could be achieved and provided a web base where free communication could be possible. Futhermore, by using the collaboration space of web 2.0 tool, I could attract learners' study interest and maintain learning atmosphere. Based on teaching-learning process plan, I have taught university freshmen from 2012 to the present, and I could confirm the possibility of education application and the satisfaction of education application of web 2.0 tool through students' learning results and a survey.

자막은 청각장애인들의 의사 소통, 정보 전달 및 정보 획득에 중요한 부분을 차지하는 서비스이다. 특히, 지상파 DTV 에서 청각장애인의 방송시청권보장을 위한 일환으로 제공되고 있는 폐쇄자막은 지상파 DTV 뿐만 아니라, 케이블, 위성방송, IPTV 및 VOD 서비스에서도 활용이 가능한 재활용성이 높은 콘텐츠이다. 그러나, 속기사에 의한 실시간 폐쇄자막 서비스가 제공되는 방송환경에서 많은 방송 프로그램의 폐쇄자막들이 일회성으로 사용되고 사라지는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 폐쇄자막 콘텐츠의 미디어 매체별 재활용성을 높이기 위한 한 방법으로 CEA-708 표준을 지원하는 폐쇄자막의 사전 제작 및 기저작된 자막의 편집을 위한 저작도구를 소개한다.

최근 스마트폰 열풍과 함께 트위터, 페이스북 등으로 대표되는 SNS의 이용이 크게 확대되었다. SNS가 개인간 네트워크 유지 및 확대를 위한 소통의 도구로 자리매김함에 따라 기업들도 고객과의 관계 강화를 위한 마케팅 도구로 SNS를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 개인 프로필을 기반으로 하는 정보의 공개 및 공유가 특징인 SNS는 개인정보 노출이나 퍼블리시티권 침해, 저작권 침해 등 여러 가지 사회적 이슈를 야기하고 있다. 이에 SNS 이용자들은 정보의 공유에 대한 범위 설정 등을 통해 자신의 권리는 물론, 타인의 권리도 보호해야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 SNS 상에서 발생하는 권리침해 문제들을 개괄하고, 주요 SNS의 이용약관을 살펴봄으로써 SNS 이용자의 정보공유 및 권리보호를 위한 권한과 책무를 파악하고자 한다.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

인터넷의 급격한 발달로 인하여 기존의 클라이언트/서버환경으로 구성된 웹 환경에서는 서비스 제공이 원활하지 못하고, 시스템의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 미약하게 되어 이를 보완하기 위하여 새로운 환경인 분산 처리 기술의 필요성이 부각되었다. 분산 객체 애플리케이션 서버가 이러한 문제점을 해결하였지만, 서버 구축에 대한 어려움은 남아있었다. 그러나 EJB 컴포넌트의 사용으로 애플리케이션 서버구축이 한결 쉬워졌다. EJB는 자바 플랫폼 상에서 운영되는 서버 컴포넌트 기술이다. 컴포넌트 개발과정에서는 일정한 모듈의 중복으로 인한 개발 시간과 비용의 낭비, 컴포넌트 유지 보수에 대한 어려움, 명세에 따른 개발의 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 재사용성과 모듈성을 극대화하고, 코드 최적화 및 개발 시간과 비용 절감, 또한 개발자간의 의사소통을 원활하게 할 수 있는 개발 표준이 정립될 수 있도록 컴포넌트를 분석하여 모듈을 추출하고 모듈의 정보저장소를 설계하며, 이를 이용한 EJB 컴포넌트 생성 도구를 구현하였다.

의사결정표는 의사결정의 표현 방식 중 하나로 상황에 따라 취하는 일련의 행동들을 표 형식으로 나타낸 것이다. 이러한 의사결정표는 기업의 정보 시스템 (Information System)과 같은 의사결정 기반 시스템 구축에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다. 복잡한 업무를 위한 의사결정 프로세스를 의사결정표를 이용하여 나타냄으로써 복잡한 로직을 정확하게 표현할 수 있고, 이해하기 쉽기 때문에 사용자와 프로그래머간의 의사소통을 원활하게 하며 문서화 작업을 비교적 간단하게 한다. 그러나 복잡한 의사결정이 필요한 업무의 경우 하나의 의사결정표에 필요한 정보를 모두 나타내게 되면 의사결정 단계를 이해하기가 어려울 뿐만 아니라 오류의 발생률도 높아지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 복잡한 의사결정을 돕기 위해 계층적인 의사결정표를 제안한다. 계층적 의사결정표는 여러 추상화 단계를 가진 의사결정표를 일관성 있게 표현함으로써 단계적으로 의사결정을 수행할 수 있게 하고, 이에 따라 의사결정에 대한 이해도를 높인다. 또한 기존의 의사결정표 지원 도구를 확장하여 계층적 의사결정표를 지원하는 도구를 개발함으로써 사용자의 편의성을 도모하였다.
