Goverment and enterprises have been devoting a lot of dffort in order to prevent the loss of human and property due to a large, diversified fire, explosion, global warming and disasters caused by natural phenomena. But Enterprises came forward and running in the economy priority policy for profit-seeking until now in order to meet the macro purpose of quality improvement of national life and welfare promotion in company with National growth, as a result of lax risk management have had to endure the loss of precious lives and property. According to the '2007 Survey of public safety for the activation of the safety culture' of National Emergency Management Agency [NEMA], a insensitivity of safety in our society was surveyed 'a serious level'. In this study, surveyed need of 'step-by-step fire protection safety management system builds' in order to prevent fire safety accident and improvement of safety awareness level through a systematic management and real condition estimation of not only large business that can control risk management, but also small business that has a big risk to occur accident easily according to small budget and organization.

Various kind of disasters happens in our society. Most of them require immediate treatment to save life or to protect valuable products. When an accident happens in a place, it is reported to the headquarter of emergency measures system. According to the nature of accident several treatments orders are transmitted to the related authorities. In this paper, we introduce an intelligent emergency measures system that uses trigger mechanism of active databases. The system responds to various events spontaneously without intervention of mankind by triggering proper rules. The most important part of an action in the system is the capability of searching places to apply adequate treatments quickly. We have developed a new method for range queries and nearest neighbor queries which utilize the z-ordering technique to get fast responses. Those new methods are further extended to handle more realistic actual distance of road among positions.

Polycarbosilane(PCS) as a SiC precursor was synthesized from the rearrangement reaction of polydimethysilane(PDMS) in an autoclave, which prepared by dehalocoupling reaction of dichlorodimethylsilane. After fractional precipitation into three fractions in n-hexane-methanol mixture, they were characterized by FT-IR, NMR, GPC, TGA/DSC and XRD, and compared with the commercial product. We found that the molecular weight distributions of the PCS depended on the reaction pressures, temperatures and the reaction times, and affected thermal property and ceramic yield of the polymer. The monodispersed PCS containing less amount of oligomers and nonsoluble products was prepared by reaction of PDMS at $420^{\circ}C$ for 10 hrs, and it also gave the greatest amount of medium molecular weight($M_n=4,000$) fraction.

Systematic ab initio SCF calculations have been performed on the hydrogen-bonded dimers of fluoromethanes involving $CH_4,\;CH_3F,\;CH_2F_2\;and\;CHF_3$ with ammonia and water applying basis sets of 9s5p/5s and 9s5p1d/5p1d. Various ground state properties of these stable dimeric complexes have been evaluated. We compared these with corresponding properties of isolated monomers. We report equilibrium geometries, stabilization energies, dipole moments and force constants of intermolecular bonds. The effects arising as a consequence of the non-additive behavior of hydrogen bonding in chain-like oligomers are discussed. Systematic, methodical errors due to the use of the SCF approximation and the basis set dependence of the computed results are pointed out.

Nowadays the numbers of the disabled and elderly have been increasing, and the development of adaptive clothing for these people is in demand. The purpose of this study was to give ideas and solutions for the special needs clothing design. The knowledge of medical situation of the individuals with special needs has been examined and factors affecting adaptive clothing were suggested. Twenty-one web sites were investigated and the most practical, functional, fashionable adaptive clothes were suggested by items. Construction and location of openings, number and type of fastenings, and design of garments for comfort and ease of movement were carefully considered in these clothes. Better appearance through improvement of clothing will help these people to believe that they have worth in the sight of others and in their own view of themselves. Disabled and elderly can obtain the quality of life, maintain the dignity, and make the access to the world a little bit easier by solving the particular clothing problems with all these convenient as well fashionable adaptive clothing.

This paper examines the institutionalized images of Indonesian womanhood during the Orde Baru (New Order; 1966-1998). In doing so, it discusses these images as manifested in the Indonesian constitution, governmental organizations such as such as 'Dharma Wanita' and 'Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga' (PKK), school textbooks and 'Televisi Republik Indonesia' (TVRI) dramas. Under the post-1966 Orde Baru, certain images of womanhood were institutionalized under the influence of the state ideology of womanhood ('ibuism') which emphasizes women's roles in the domestic domain. These institutionalized images were propagated largely by governmental organizations such as 'Dharma Wanita' and 'PKK', and even transmitted through educational text-books and mess media such as TVRI. In conclusion, it also points out that since the mid-1990s, other 'discursive' and 'multi-faceted' contemporary images of womanhood have emerged through the mass media in Indonesian society. Consequently, images of Indonesian womanhood were somehow contested by 2000 and beyond. This paper is expected to develop a detailed discussion on the 'means' and 'contents' of the state ideology of womanhood. Therefore, this paper is expected to add a significant contribution to comprehending the institutionalized images of Indonesian womanhood during the Orde Baru regime.

The purpose of this paper is to express intangible cultural heritage through game character designs, and to inherit and spread intangible cultural heritage in a new way. This paper will analyze how the characters in the mobile game "King of Glory" creatively design the intangible cultural heritage "Guangdong Lion Dance". Extract the cultural symbols of intangible cultural heritage into the game character design, and spread the characters online and offline. Through the digital dissemination of "Guangdong Lion Dance" through the game "King of Glory", the relevant influence of intangible cultural heritage cultural symbol dissemination in current digital games is explored.

According to the demands of the times, Inchon international airport railroad opened up step by step but It is situation that much government subsidies are paid because It does not competitive power with road traffic by decline of schedule speed. Inchon international airport railroad users will convert by other transportation and minimize damage their time as travel time is prolonged. Therefore, need high speedization of airport railroad, this may act big role competitive power security as well as airport railroad activation with another public transportation. Thus, this paper suggests that a high speedization possibility section in the sections of airport railroad and train speed elevation effect analysis by roadbed, railroad, system improvement and the most efficient operation intervals analyzing each vehicles (AREX (120km/h), KTX (230km/h), EMU(Electric Multiple Unit, 180km/h) train running pattern.

Wooded areas that are a part of school campuses are one type of urban forest. Most schools located in an urban environment make an excellent setting for a forest in terms of location and area. These kinds of wooded spaces also make the city greener and healthier. As a place where students spend a great deal of time, schools can also be a venue for environmental education. The creation of wooded areas in schools currently has focused on the end result only; by ignoring student needs and participation, these areas have not had a significant influence on student environmental education. Previous studies based on questionnaire survey are significant in that they have quantified subjective qualitative data via Likert Scale. There has been, however, a problem in quantifying the more ambiguous subjective data. Therefore, this paper has attempted to investigate those factors that have an influence on student satisfaction with the wooded areas of their school campus using Fuzzy Theory with elementary school students in Gyeongsangbuk-do. A change was observed in terms of the ranking of arithmetic mean values of 'school peculiarity' and 'emotion evolution' and center of gravity, which has adopted Fuzzy Theory, proving that Fuzzy Theory could rationally objectify qualitative data such as human thoughts. In terms of the influential factors on the satisfaction with school forests(regression coefficient), 'school uniqueness(0.159)' was the highest, followed by 'many trees(0.142),' 'importance of nature(0.136)' and 'emotion evolution(0.130).' This paper may therefore be useful as basic data for objective questionnaire surveys and the development of school forests.
