In this paper, we design and implement electronic book system providing web-based interface for the ebook. The aim of this study is to optimize the effective reading and management of electronic text for its users(readers and librarians). Advanced functions of the electronic book system are the following: 1) Electronic book system is not dependent to specific software and tool. 2) Electronic book system is able to. minimize images(table, image, icon etc) to improve the meaning and readability of information. 3) Electronic book system is able to reduce the effort for indexing extraction and constructing the table of content. 4) The system is able to collect the user log files that are created during the process of reading ebook from various points of view. 5) When reading, the system uses the DRM through decoding and encoding the ebook.

As the number of services offered on the Internet exponentially increases, password managers are increasing popular applications that store several passwords in an encrypted database (or password vault). Browser-integrated password managers or locally-installed password managers store the password vault on the user's device. Although a web-based password manager stores the password vault on the cloud server, a user can store the master password used to sign in the cloud server on her device. An attacker that steals a user's encrypted vault stored in the victim's device can make an offline attack and, if successful, all the passwords in the vault will be exposed to the attacker. This paper investigates the vulnerability of the password vault stored in the device and develops attack programs to verify the vulnerability of the password vault.

In recent years, research and development has been carried out in order to increase the economical efficiency and stability in terms of efficient use of energy for the heating apparatus. Especially, technology development for high performance and new functional materials is actively being carried out. This paper focuses on the development of exothermic products with excellent energy transfer characteristics. The heating element used for bedding or mattress uses a heating wire. Since the heating wire is thin, the distribution of heat is concentrated only around the heating wire,. In addition, electromagnetic induction is harmful to the human body and energy consumption is high. Therefore, it is aimed to develop a planar heating panel using SiC ceramics which can radiate far-infrared rays and anions to be harmless to the human body, but also has excellent heat conduction to enhance energy efficiency.

This study aims to investigate the effects of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. In order to test this relationship, two surveys were conducted involving 360 college students at two universities in Seoul. The results of the first survey show that after controlling for the educational service satisfaction and facilities satisfaction, there is a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. The second study added variables for the three components of library service quality (librarian service quality, library resources and service quality, and library facilities and environmental quality). The results of the second survey show that there is a significant influence of library service quality on college library satisfaction, and again a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. Moreover, the results of two group analysis show that the influence of college library satisfaction on college life satisfaction is stronger in high usage group than low usage group. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of the motives of college students for choosing majors on career decision-making with self-efficacy used as a mediation effect, and to utilize the results as data for career counseling for college students. To do so, a research survey was conducted from November 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017, and based on the non-random convenience sampling technique, questionnaires were distributed to 1,300 students (2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students) of five 4-year universities located in G Province. For frequency analysis and hypothesis testing, a multiple regression analysis and 3-step mediation effect analysis were used and the results of the analyses were as follows. The results of the analysis of the mediation effect of career self-efficacy on the impact of intrinsic motive on planning style showed that goal selection had a complete mediation effect. Given these results, it is necessary that educational institutions and society provide students, even during middle and high school years, with opportunities to discover their aptitudes and interests, and an educational system should be established to pave the way for students to be well prepared for and make decisions about the work they will do.

In this Paper, We Empirically Investigated what kind of Risks Exist that Drive high Failure rate of cloud Services, and whether Perception of such risks leads to the Adoption of the Abandonment Option of cloud Services. Such risk Perception is the Individual-level Factor, and we Empirically Tested whether Organizational Contexts such as CEO's Innovativeness and Dandwagon Effect can Moderate the Positive Effects of such Individual-level Risk Perception on the Adoption of Abandonment option. We Collected Survey data from IT Professionals Working for the Small and Medium-sized Companies near Seoul and found that the Perceived Technical Risk and Economic Risk Influence the Adoption of Abandonment Option. Out of two Organizational Contexts, only CEO's Innovativeness Moderates the Positive Influence of Technical Risk on the Adoption of Abandonment Option. Organizational Factors Demonstrated very Limited Moderation Effect on the Influence of Individual-level Perception of Cloud Service Risk on the Adoption of Abandonment Option.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social support from teachers and friends on the career maturity of students at technical meister high schools. The Social Support Scale adjusted by Kim, Hye-Jin(2006) and the Career Maturity Attitude Inventory Scale produced by Lee, Ki-Hak(1997) were administered. The data from 194 were ultimately included to analyze. Corrlational coefficent and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The results were as follows. First, perceived teachers' social support was higher than friends. Second, the effect of teachers' social support on career maturity was not significant but the effect of social support from friends was found. Among sub-factors of social support from friends, emotional and informative support were found significant effect on career maturity. The implication of these results were discussed in terms of career counseling and education of technical meister high schools.

As the end of photolithographic integration era is approaching fast, numerous nanoscale devices and systems based on novel nanoscale materials and assembly techniques are recently emerging. Notably, various reconfigurable architectures with considerable promise have been proposed based on nanowire crossbar structure as the primitive building block. Unfortunately, high-density sys-tems consisting of nanometer-scale elements are likely to have numerous physical imperfections and variations. Therefore, defect-tolerance is considered as one of the most exigent challenges in nanowire crossbar systems. In this work, three different defect-avoidant logic mapping algorithms to circumvent defective crosspoints in nanowire reconfigurable crossbar systems are evaluated in terms of various performance metrics. Then, a novel method to find the most cost-effective repair solution is demonstrated by considering all major repair parameters and quantitatively estimating the performance and cost-effectiveness of each algorithm. Extensive parametric simulation results are reported to compare overall repair costs of the repair algorithms under consideration and to validate the cost-driven repair optimization technique.

The purpose of this study is to suggest retrieval interfaces for Korean paintings which support users to retrieve specific digitalized images of them through various access points and to widely browse based on unique features Korean paintings. The study, first, develops a set of descriptive elements suitable for Korean Paintings. Twenty-six core elements and one hundred seventy-two attributes are selected as descriptive items for Korean paintings based on the opinion of 8 experts. Then, to gam realistic evidence of what descriptive elements of image serve users as access points, it is investigated which elements are used as retrieval access points among 26 core elements by 300 peered users who are consisted with two groups such as common users and domain specialists. The study, in final, designs two(general and advanced) types of search interfaces and display interfaces based on the most popular top 15 descriptive elements. This access-enhanced platform which enables user-oriented searches will satisfy users in image retrieving.

This study is to examine the effect of types of mentoring among security agents on career development and career satisfaction. Private guards engaging in 5 different security companies in Seoul 2010" were set as a collected group and using judgment sampling method, 227 of them were finally analyzed. Cronbach's $\alpha$ value was .606, implying that reliability of questionnaire was high. The conclusion drawn from this study is as follows: First, types of mentoing among private guards effect their career development. In other words, when facilitated mentoring is encouraged, it leads to innovative self-development, professional development, and information competitiveness; when informal mentoring is encouraged, it causes information competitiveness to be improved. Second, mentoring types have an effect on career satisfaction: Facilitated mentoring enables to increase career satisfaction. Third, security agents' career development affects their career satisfaction. That is, innovative development and professional development result in increase of career satisfaction.
