In this paper, we propose a proactive inference method of finding suspicious domains. Our method detects potential malicious domains from the seed domain information extracted from the TLD Zone files and WHOIS information. The inference process follows the three steps: searching the candidate domains, machine learning, and generating a suspicious domain pool. In the first step, we search the TLD Zone files and build a candidate domain set which has the same name server information with the seed domain. The next step clusters the candidate domains by the similarity of the WHOIS information. The final step in the inference process finds the seed domain's cluster, and make the cluster as a suspicious domain set. In experiments, we used .COM and .NET TLD Zone files, and tested 10 seed domains selected by our analysts. The experimental results show that our proposed method finds 55 suspicious domains and 52 true positives. F1 scores 0.91, and precision is 0.95 We hope our proposal will contribute to the further proactive malicious domain blacklisting research.

The purpose of this study was to obtain descriptive information about public library connectivity and use related to the Internet in Korea. Questionnaire was sent to all of the 364 public libraries in the nation. The data show that, as of the end of 1999,70.9% of the 351 public libraries which answered the questionnaire had some type of connection to the Internet, and 50.4% of them provided public Internet access services. The infrastructure of hardware and telecommunication, use policy for their public access Internet services were analysed. Public librarians were asked to evaluate their public Internet services. Overall the study found that the level of the nation' s public library Internet services were not satisfactory in quality and quantity. It also found that there were some significant disparities among public libraries in metropolitan areas, medium and small sized cities, and rural counties.

Can law be combined with television entertainment programs? This paper explores the ways in which law systems and law culture are reflected in and reflect the television legal series. TV legal series, such as legal dramas and infotainment shows, provide platforms for the audiences, who otherwise have few opportunity in real life, to engage with legal systems in societies. Adopting loosely dramatized reality programs, these legal series not only entertain and inform audiences but also educate citizens. This paper combines analyses of theoretical debates on law and television with analysis of TV text. The result shows that , dramatized enactment based on true stories and criminal cases, may have an important ideological role in which fictionalized dramas mask the hard realities and authoritative legal systems. By doing so, TV legal shows play their roles not as mere symbolic representation but as powerful institutions that construct the image of law and reality.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the educational needs for employment competency of college students in management. For this purpose, a survey about importance and retention level of employment competency was administered to 215 students at A college in Chungcheong between December 2 and 6, 2019. The difference between importance and retention level was analyzed through the corresponding sample t-test, and the educational needs was confirmed through the IPA technique. The results of Study were as follows: 'major knowledge capabilities' was found to be in the high priority of educational needs in all students.; male showed high-priority needs for 'information search, foreign language utilization' and female showed high-priority needs for 'information search, setting employment goals'; 'information search' was ranked as priority educational needs in all grades, it was necessary to add 'information search', 'foreign language utilization', 'fill out the necessary documents for job search' for 1 grade and 'Self-understanding', 'foreign language utilization' for 4 grade. The findings of this study may produce data useful for designing the employment support program for college students in management.

VMD should be shifted from the store for the exhibition to the top selling store, the store that has something people want to buy, the store where people want to visit and the store that is convenient for shopping. To become the top selling store by using VMD to the information design, the primary research has been conducted on the females in Gwangju Metropolitan City by the questionnaire on the propensity to consume and purchase type. The secondary research has been conducted on the females in university who are fashion conscious. The tertiary research, by the questionnaire, has been conducted on the apparel store at the department store in Gwangju Metropolitan City. As a result of the research, it can be said that the best effect of VMD has been shown in the department store, and as the overall problem, it has become obvious that the standardized design was followed without taking advantage of the characteristics of each store.

본 연구는 설마천 시험유역(경기도 파주시 적성면 소재)을 운영하면서 수문현상을 관측하여 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 지속적으로 획득하고 물순환 과정을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2010년에도 지속적인 수문관측 및 측정을 하였으며, 수문자료의 품질 향상을 위한 관측기기의 유지관리와 수집된 자료의 처리절차를 통하여 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 생성하고, 이들 자료를 바탕으로 유역의 수문특성을 분석하였다. 시험유역에서 생성되는 자료에는 6개 우량관측소의 우량자료, 2개 수위관측소의 하천수위 및 지하수위, 유량측정성과, 수질 자료, 1개 하천수위관측소의 부유사량 자료, 1개 기상관측소의 기상자료 등이 있으며, 이로부터 산정된 유역평균우량과 유량자료 등이 있다. 실시간 전송장비와 설마천 시험유역 홈페이지(http://seolmacheon.kict.re.kr)로 구성된 수문정보시스템을 통해 관측자료와 가공자료를 등록하였으며, 실시간 전송자료 제공은 물론 확정된 자료를 신청절차를 통해 일반에게 제공하고 있다. 확정된 강우-유출 자료를 이용하여 강우의 호우사상 분석(강우강도, 지속기간), 강우의 지속기간별 최대강우량, 각 지점간 강우량 비교, 강우의 시 공간분포 특성 분석, 월별 유출 및 주요 호우사상의 유출특성 분석 등 기본적인 강우-유출 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고, 유량측정성과의 불확실도 분석을 통하여 측정한 유량자료의 정확도 제고와 현장의 유량자료의 정확도를 개선하기 위하여 유량정보시스템(Parshall Flume, Argonaut-SW, Cableway System에 의한 유량정보 생성)을 운영 평가하였다. 또한, 수질, 부유사량의 특성 분석은 본 유역의 물질순환 해석을 위한 기초자료로 충분히 활용될 수 있다. 관측자료를 이용하여 유역의 유입량과 유출량에 대한 물수지 분석을 하였으며, 각 요소별 정량적인 값을 도출함으로써 물순환 과정을 해석 할 수 있는 기반을 구축하였다. 설마천 시험유역에서 축적된 수문자료는 자료의 공유를 통하여 자료의 검증을 확보함과 동시에 시험유역의 연구성과가 수자원 개발 분야에 활용되기 위해서는 지속적이고 안정적인 자료확보와 수문관측 기술개발을 위한 기반구축이 더욱더 필요한 상황이다.

Growing interest in everyday-life archives and community archives leads to the establishment of small-scale archives in the private sector. Interoperability of descriptive information is necessary to be able to have a link between these factors. The purpose of this study is to explore how descriptive information can be interoperable in private archives, which participate in the archives network, and to suggest a direction in organizing the private and community archives network. For this purpose, it investigated the current situation of archival description in small-scale private archives in Korea, especially in terms of collection, and analyzed descriptive information applied to four foreign archives networks. Based on the analysis, it gives some suggestions for sharing descriptive information in Private and Community Archive Network (PCAN) in Korea.

Statement of responsibility in bibliographical records plays a key role in clarifying intellectual responsibility of the work, and it also plays a role in making up access points. However, cataloging rules for the statement of responsibility mostly deal with the distinction between the principal role and minor roles. This becomes a problem because the responsibility type itself is more important than the order of the types. For this reason, in this paper I will explore improvements of the description methods of statement of responsibility by organizing the role indicators. Namely, using the role indicators more effectively than the current description methods do, we can collocate the dispersed statements of responsibilities. The role indicators can also be used for an author facet in information retrieval and can provide additional information for authority control.

We analyzed the search word of the media content in the IPTV service, and as a result we found that an important factor is general meta information as well as content(material, plot, etc.) and emotion information in the media content selection criteria of customers. Therefore, in this research, in order to efficiently provide various media contents of IPTV to users, we designed the emotion classification system for utilizing the emotion information of the media content. Next, we proposed 'personalized media contents curation system based on emotion information' for organizing the media contents, through the various processing steps. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness of this system, we conducted a user satisfaction survey(72.0 points). In addition, the results of comparing the results based on popularity and the results of the proposed system showed that the ratio leading to the actual users' viewing behavior was 10 times higher.

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of undergraduate citation behavior and to measure the contribution which an academic library makes in the academic writing of students. Citations in 80 student papers submitted in the academic paper competition was analyzed for types of items cited and the number of items in the library collection, etc. The findings indicate: 1) the level of undergraduates' citation knowledge is very low, 2) undergraduates prefer web resources (44.9%) to such academic resources as books, journal articles, theses or dissertation, and 3) undergraduates find academic resources in their academic library. Upon these findings, this study suggests that academic library staff should intervene to enhance undergraduate academic writing skills and to develope of educational material, including how to search for and cite reliable resources.
