In the post-corona era, telemedicine is becoming more important. This is the case in which it is written, in terms of this study, and in relation to the relationship between the Koreans and the Korean government. In addition, the aim is to prepare effective measures and seek policy suggestions for expanding the introduction of domestic telemedicine in the future. Although Japan has insisted on the necessity of introducing telemedicine in the medical community, it has institutionalized it with a cautious attitude until the establishment of telemedicine. On the other hand, South Korea lacks clear provisions on medical fees for telemedicine and legal measures regarding the responsibility for medical malpractice. Therefore, a clear legal interpretation of the telemedicine subject is needed, and a strategic approach is prioritized, including guidelines and measures for the legal responsibilities and limitations of physicians and patients.

This study was conducted to identify the factors that affect the empathy ability of dental hygiene students and to provide them with basic data to explore ways to improve empathy ability. The participants in the study were 198. Data analysis was carried out T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS version 19.0. The order of factors that affect the empathy ability from the most to the least was empathic ability(��=.315) and emotional clarity(��=.210), altruistic behavior(��=.206). Based on the results of this research, we presented basic data useful for developing programmes for dental hygiene student's empathy, and proposed the necessity of follow-up research.

Cosmetic functional ingredients are products of emotional convergence technology. Unlike pharmaceuticals, it is very important that cosmetics ingredients contain emotional attractiveness because they are household products that have limitations in their effectiveness. Ginseng has long been used as a major prescription of oriental medicine for human health. Detailed records such as the origin and propagation of ginseng can lead to various cosmetical application of ginseng as an emotional convergence ingredients that utilizes the authenticity and excellence of ginseng as an asset of K-beauty. In the unfortunate reality that the first records of ginseng use depend on ancient Chinese literature, it is very meaningful to describe and leave the records of ginseng used in the field of beauty. This study examined the general historical records needed for the study of the cosmetics application of ginseng and the recent findings of ginsenoside in the area of skin function, and provided basic data that can be applied to new cosmetics development research.

The purpose of this study was to investigate levels of perception of good death and hospice, and attitude of dying care, to examine relationships among them, and then to investigate predictors affecting of attitude of dying care in nursing students. The participants were 229 nursing students in D city who were surveyed in May to June 2019 using self-report questionnaires. Perception of good death and hospice, and attitude of dying care were related positively among variables. In the multiple regression analysis, perception of good death, and perception of hospice were influential factors significantly associated with the attitude of dying care. Those factors explained 39.3% of the attitude of dying care in nursing students. The most important factor was perception of hospice. In order to encourage and improve positive perception of death and attitude of dying care in nursing students, nursing educators should consider building up and reinforcing the curriculum of nursing college.

Recently, various industrial sectors have introduced cloud service actively in their business because cloud computing technology enables storage·management and analysis·utilization of data easily in anytime, anywhere. Especially in financial sector, the business provocatively adopted the service and creates various innovative cases; furthermore, already in abroad, the sector has been accelerating digitization of analysis in cases of credit risk, financial fraud data, stock trading etc. On the contrary, in the domestic financial industry, not only the cloud service introduction and innovation cases are underperformed, but most of them are focused on the back-office service. Most Korean financial corporations are burdened with the adoption of cloud service due to various conservative regulatory requirements, such as regulations on data storage and management, regulations on privacy, and other tasks such as developing decision models and establishing responsibility standard for security incidents and service failures. In this study, it would be aimed to contribute to promote the introduction of the cloud in the domestic financial sector by drawing up preemptive challenges and inspecting priorities.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between sexual attitude, sexual knowledge and gender sensitivity of nursing college students, and to analyze the effect on gender sensitivity. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed Using SPSS 22.0 version. As a result of the study, gender sensitivity was positively correlated with sexual attitude (r=.383, p=.000), and the factors affecting gender sensitivity of nursing students were sexual attitude (𝛽=.365, p=. 000). In the future, it can be used as basic data for the development of a program that can establish a correct sexual attitude in order to increase the gender sensitivity of nursing college students.

This study aimed to understand the factors having effects on the satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students. For the data collection, this study conducted a survey utilizing the questionnaire targeting 188 students(third & fourth year) of two nursing colleges located in a province, from September 1st to September 30th 2019. Using the SPSS WIN 21.0 Program for the data analysis, this study used the t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. In the results of this study, the satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students had positive correlation with subjective happiness, and negative correlation with perceived stress. The factors having effects on the satisfaction with clinical practice were major satisfaction, gender, perceived stress, subjective happiness, and subjective health status, and the explanatory power of those variables was 21.9%. Based on such results of this study, it would be necessary to develop the complex educational programs considering the elements like decrease of perceived stress and improvement of subjective happiness at the same time, in order to improve the satisfaction with clinical practice.

There is an increasing interest in manufacturing various electronic devices on a bendable substrate. In this paper, we observed a surface morphology by annealing for 20 minutes at temperatures of 150 ℃, 350 ℃, and 550 ℃, respectively, with samples coated by chromium and aluminum. Data on surfaces are investigated using high-resolution SEM and AFM that can measure roughness up to nm. There is no difference from the sample without heat treatment up to 350 ℃, but the change of crystal grains can be observed at 550 ℃. In the future, for application to the flexible optoelectronic field, additional characteristics such as electrical conductivity and reflectivity will be analyzed and optical devices will be manufactured. In conclusion, we will explore the possibility of applying metal materials to flexible electronic devices.

The current study aimed to find the effects of hair treatment with shea butter on bleached hair and hair protection. The agent for hair treatment with shea butter was developed in different concentration levels (0%,1%,3%,5%) for experimentation. After applying the agent to bleached hair, hair samples were evaluated as follows. Increase in hair thickness was highest in the hair sample that had 5% of shea butter. The amount of amino acids was also highest in the hair sample that contained 5% of shea butter. Comparing the difference of the surface color, hair sample with 5% of shea butter showed low level of L⁎ while the level of a⁎ value that reflects the redness was high and the level of b⁎ value that reflects yellowness was low. Observation through the scanning microscope confirmed the positive effects by showing smoother surfaces in the sample with shea butter than in the bleached hair. This study showed shea butter is considered to be cosmetics to protect damaged hair by bleaching.

This research empirically analyzes the effect of internal marketing in public libraries on the quality of work life of public library librarians. To this end, a 59-day survey of incumbent librarians working at public libraries in Seoul was conducted on Naver Form from July 25, 2020, and 120 respondents were conducted using IBM SPSS 25, a statistical program, to conduct factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research has shown that internal marketing of public libraries has a positive effect on the quality of librarians' work life. As a way to improve internal marketing in public libraries, it was suggested to prepare a systematic and sustainable internal marketing system, recognize experiences and compensate highly educated librarians, improve the compensation system of librarians, and promote an internal marketing system centered on supporting management and delegation.
