  • 본 연구에서는 액체를 이용한 위험속도 이상에서 불평형의 반대측으로 액체 를 이동시켜, 이것을 평형질량으로서 이용하여 축의 휘돌림 진폭을 감소시키 는 방안으로서 자기보상형 액체평형장치를 제안하고 기지의 정불평형에 대 한 이론과 실험을 통하여 그 유용성을 검증하고 결과를 나타낸다.

  • 국내외의 자동차 메이커는 고효율, 저공해 자동차 개발에 집중하고 있으며, 그 방법으로 하이브리드 자동차가 최우선시 되고 있다. 하이브리드 자동차의 밧데리 팩을 구성하는 핵심 부품 중 하나인 고전압 직류 릴레이는 주행 중 엔진 구동력을 보조하는 구동모터에 전기 에너지를 공급하는 밧데리의 출력을 개폐하는 기기이다. 고전압 직류 릴레이의 개폐 동작시 발생하는 소음은 자동차 운전 중 실내로 유입되어 운전자의 승차감을 떨어뜨리는 요인이 되므로 릴레이의 개폐 동작시 발생하는 소음 저감을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 폐로(ON) 동작시 발생하는 소음 저감을 위해 소음원인 충격력을 감소시키기 위한 이중 접압스프링 구조를 제안하였으며, 소음 저감 성능평가를 수행하였다. 먼저 정확한 충격해석을 위해 고전압 직류 릴레이의 최소 동작 전압인 5.9V부터 상시 인가 전압인 12V까지 총 6개의 전압레벨에서 릴레이의 전자력을 측정하였으며, 기존 접압스프링 구조와 이중 접압스프링 구조에 관하여 외연적 탄소성 유한요소 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 사용하여 충격해석을 수행하였다. 고전압 직류 릴레이의 소음원인 가동전극과 고정전극에서 발생하는 일차 충격력과 가동철심과 고정철심에서 발생하는 이차 충격력을 비교, 평가하였다.

  • The study carried out to investigate the effect of noise levels on the production of layers indicated that the 83.67% and 79.17% egg production of layers affected with the 75 db and 100 db noise levels, respectively, were reduced upto 1.6 and 6.4 respectively, compared with the 84.56% egg production of layser treated with no noise. Egg weight was lowest in layers treated with 100 db noise levels. egg production (80.30%) and egg wight (60.87g) of layer group treated with Anti sound were higher than egg production (79.40%) and egg weight (59.95g) of layer group treated with general noise.

  • The cavitation noise of a hydrofoil is measured in a cavitation tunnel. It is exhibited that the noise level sharply increases with the inception of cavitation and increase with the decrease of the cavitation number until a moderate cavitation number. Below the cavitation number, the trend is reversed, which may be resulted from the interference effect between cavities. The trajectory of bubble is predicted by using the Lagrangian method. Meanwhile the size of the bubble is predicted based on the Kirkwood-Bethe approximation. The predicted results for the bubble size are compared with the experimental results. It is shown that the numerical method predicts the time history of cavities fairly well.

  • This paper investigates the reduction of low-frequency noise emitted from the machine room of a built-in refrigerator using perforated plate system composed of perforated panels and sound-absorbing materials. The study employs theoretical methods, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and impedance tube experiments to compare and analyze absorption characteristics across different shapes of perforated panels, aiming to propose an optimal configuration. Simulation of radiated sound power levels demonstrates a decrease in the low-frequency band of the Sound Power Level (PWL) upon implementing perforated plate system. Experimental noise tests conducted in a semi-anechoic chamber validate the effectiveness of the perforated plate system.

  • The passive noise control techniques used until now cancel the noise in terms of the characteristics of materials, which increase the mass and the dimension and have a limit that is effective only to attenuate the high frequency components of the noise. But the active noise control techniques developed in recent years have merits that they decrease the mass and the dimension and are effective to attenuating the low frequency noises. In this paper, the real-time active noise control system attenuating the engine booming noise in a car using the digital signal processing(DSP) techniques in terms of the principle of active noise control. The multiple-error filtered-x LMS(Least-Mean Square) algorithm is used as the adaptive algorithm for active noise control and is implemented using the DSP processor Motorola DSP56001 as a controller. According to the result that the experiments are performed for the engine as the RPM changes in a car, the noise attenuating performances are achieved in an overall car interior and is verified to be 20 dB higher for pure-tone and globally, 15 dB.

A Study on the Effect of Micro Surfacing Pavement on Noise Reductions (마이크로 서피싱 포장의 도로 소음 저감 효과 연구)

  • The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the field applications and the noise reductions of micro surfacing pavement, which is often used to reduce environmental problems. A traffic noise mechanism was analyzed and a modified mix design method was proposed for nighttime constructions. Results on noise measurements using the statistical pass-by method showed noise reductions of 2.0 to 7.1 dB were observed. In addition, results on noise measurements using the close proximity method demonstrated that noise reductions of 5.6 to 6.7 dB were recorded under vehicle speed of 80km/h. The noise measurements revealed that the close proximity method was more stable than the statistical pass-by method. As a result, the effect of micro surfacing pavement on noise reductions was proved through the research. It is considered that the micro surfacing pavement method could be used as a preventive maintenance method and a comfortable noise reducing pavement technique.

  • This paper presents active noise control for the reduction of transmission noise passing through opening of enclosures. Enclosures are essential measure to protect noise propagation from operating machinery. Access openings of the enclosures are important path of noise leakage. First, we modeled and analyzed the noise characteristics passing through the openings of the enclosure generated by the operation of the machinery based on the finite element method. We then implemented a feedforward controller to actively control the acoustic power through the opening. Finally, we conducted optimization of placement of the reference sensors for several cases of the number of sensors. A good control performances were achieved using a minimum number of microphones arranged a optimal placement.

  • 최근에 자동차의 고급화 추세에 따라 안정성 및 실내 정숙성이 요구되고 있다. 이 때문에 자동차의 차량 부품에 대한 소음규제가 강화되고 있으며, 학술적으로도 소음 및 진동에 관한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 연료 펌프도 이러한 부품 중의 하나인데, 현재 자동차의 연료 펌프에는 구형파 전류 운전 방식을 사용한 BLDC 모터가 적용되고 있으나 이는 전동기 코일의 전류가 급격히 증가 또는 감소함에 따라 심한 전기적인 소음을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 BLDC 모터의 전기적인 소음을 줄이기 위해 정현파 전류로 구동하는 벡터제어 방식을 사용하는 것을 제안하였다.
