Ideologies are expressed by the various elements that make up the film. One of them is costume. The purpose of this study is to analyze the formative features and images of uniforms displayed on the costumes in Wess. Anderson 's films. To this end, the authors selected two pieces of Wes Anderson's work, 'Moonrise Kingdom' (2012) and 'Grand Budapest Hotel' (2014), which were produced after 2010. Through this study, we could understand the causality between the two and the symbolic meaning of it. This study is on visions having influence on school life to analyze differences between students who have clear visions and those who do not during school life. In order to achieve the goal of this study, the influence which visions have on school life has been analyzed by measuring attitudes towards school life (satisfaction, a sense of belonging, passion, and frustration) depending on students who have visions or those who do not. This analysis shows that the more visions students have, the more satisfaction, a sense of belonging, and passion they have and the less frustration they have. Thus, visions have positive influence on school life and it is essential to reinforce education for students to have clear visions by opening camps to find visions and teaching how to find visions.

In this study, we examine the effects of five needs satisfaction on job satisfaction and turnover intention based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs for clinical nurses. Also, this was a convergence study that confirmed the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between need satisfaction and turnover intention. The participants were 239 clinical nurses at a general hospital located in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed for mediating effects using hierarchical regression analysis and PROCESS Macro (Model 4). Physiological and safety needs did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction while belongingness, esteem, and self-actualizations need had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. On the other hand, physiological and esteem needs had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was significant in the relationship between need satisfaction (physiological, safety, belongingness, and self-actualization needs) and turnover intention. We confirm that an increase in the satisfaction of the five needs of clinical nurses can reduce their turnover intention. Therefore, we suggest that it is necessary to effectively manage need satisfaction and job satisfaction in the clinical field.

This study aims to investigate how librarians' loyalty is affected by the organizational structure of libraries. For this purpose, 39 university libraries and 21 public libraries in Seoul were surveyed, and 126 questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed. The main findings of the analysis are as follows. First, the centralization factor of organizational structure significantly affects the belongingness, responsibility, and devotion factors of loyalty. Second, the communication factor of organizational structure significantly affects the belongingness factor of loyalty, and it has a more substantial effect than centralization. Third, the moderating effect of library type on the effect of organizational structure on librarians' loyalty was found to be statistically insignificant. Based on the above results, this study suggests organizational structural measures to increase librarians' loyalty, and it is meaningful in that it is a study on an organizational field that has not been covered in depth in the literature.

Unpleasant facilities have been unwelcomed by residents within the region since they are considered to negatively influence the living conditions of the region. Yet recently, a park project within these unpleasant facility areas has begun to improve the negative impression of the region and the satisfaction of local residents has been shown to be very high. Also a park project within unpleasant facilities is found to have significant influence on the community, including resolving conflicts and building mutual friendships among residents by creating pleasant living conditions and improving the quality of life of local residents. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the park project within unpleasant facilities changes the satisfaction level of local residents and affects the sense of community. In order to do so, surveys were given to visitors of Seoul Maru Park, which was turned into a park from a sewage treatment center. According to the analysis result, after the sewage treatment center was recreated as Maru Park, citizen satisfaction was found to be very high. The sense of community that the visitors feel was found to be high in general, but the 'sense of connection and neighbor bonds' turned out to be lower compared to the 'sense of settlement and belonging.' A regression analysis was performed to determine the relative influence of visitor satisfaction on the sense of community. As a result, in the division of 'sense of settlement and belonging,' the satisfaction with ecological health was affected the most, followed by satisfaction with scenic beauty, whereas satisfaction with cleanness had no influence. In the division of 'sense of connection and neighbor bond,' none of the satisfaction with cleanness, ecological health and scenic beauty showed any influence in the analysis. According to the above result, a park project within unpleasant facilities brings a positive influence on the 'sense of settlement and belonging,' yet in order to improve the 'sense of connection and neighbor bond,' which is not influenced by the project, the adequate facilities and activity programs are considered to be necessary to change the residents' of sense of community.

Widely used color information recognition methods based on the RGB color model with static fuzzy inference rules have limitations due to the model itself - the detachment of human vision and applicability of limited environment. In this paper, we propose a method that is based on HSI model with new inference process that resembles human vision recognition process. Also, a user can add, delete, update the inference rules in this system. In our method, we design membership intervals with sine, cosine function in H channel and with functions in trigonometric style in S and I channel. The membership degree is computed via interval merging process. Then, the inference rules are applied to the result in order to infer the color information. Our method is proven to be more intuitive and efficient compared with RGB model in experiment.

Compared with traditional face-to-face instruction, online learning causes learners to experience more severe feeling of isolation and results in higher dropout rate. This is due to the lack of interaction, sense of belonging, membership, interdependency, cooperation among members and social environment that enables persistence in online learning. Therefore, it is very important for grouping e-learning community to lower the dropout rate and eliminate feeling of isolation. In this paper, the research has been done on the inclination test list to be applied for grouping the desirable learning community. And on the basis of this research, the grouping system for e-learning community(GSE) based on intelligent multi agents for an inclination test using homogeneous and heterogeneous items has been developed. GSE system has such properties that construct a personalized user profile by an agent, and then make groupings according to users' inclination. When this system was evaluated, about 88% of learners were satisfied, and they wanted the group not to be disorganized but to be maintained.

This study has investigated how attachment anxiety boosts the attitude on charity appeals. Drawing on the attachment theory, we tested the hypothesis that increasing attachment anxiety (both dispositionally and temporarily primed) would have favorable attitudes towards charity appeals relates to social identification. Participants in high attachment anxiety showed more favorable attitudes towards charity appeals which can fulfill their social needs. Needs for belongness mediated the relationship between charity appeals and attachment anxiety. While past research has focused on the attachment security as motivation for helping, The current study has focused on egoistic motivation for helping and examined that attachment insecurities leads more favorable attitudes towards charity appeals that fulfill their social needs. The current study demonstrates that social needs can motivate consumers' prosocial behavior. Implications for the theory of non-profit marketing are discussed.

The aim of this study was to assess the social impact of the cultural programs of the children's libraries in Korea and further present the libraries'social value. To this end, we have conducted a survey on 511 elementary school students to assess the social impact of the children libraries'cultural programs. As a consequence, we have ascertained the children's expressiveness / creativity within their personal realms, self-esteem, pleasure / joy / happiness as well as their attitude towards cultural arts and changes in the cultural and artistic experiences further to growth in friendship as a matter of social interaction, generation and strengthening of local communities, sense of affiliation with local community / identify, and local community participation, among the manifestations of the social impact concerned. Based on this, children's libraries can be regarded as an important social capital of the community in the following aspects. Children's libraries enhance the quality of life and children's interaction skills. It also make them feel attached to the local community. Children's libraries maintain local communities, contribute to the creation and strengthening of local communities, and encourage participation in local activities.
