This study aims to explore and understand better how consumers' value orientation relates to consumer's intention to use and Word-of-Mouth behaviors in using Web sites. Consumers have perceptions of the shopping value they acquire during their experiences in navigating Web sites. This consumer's shopping value is considered as utilitarian shopping value, information shopping value, and hedonic shopping value. The current paper proposes that value orientation of consumers in Web sites would consequently affect consumer attitude such as intention to use and Word-of-Mouth. In addition, the research investigates the moderating effect of consumer's personality between consumer's shopping value and consumers' attitude in Web sites. For testing the hypothesized research model, survey and Lisrel analysis are conducted. The findings emphasize that online providers need to focus on the perceived values most salient to consumers in order to improve their profitability. Furthermore, providers may also identify the reason why consumers perceive these values much lower when using the Web sites.
This study is based on the previous research which proved that "seeking convenience", "seeking low-cost" and "pleasures of shopping" are the major shopping motivation of online shopping. Research is conducted by using the trust as mediator, purchase intention as dependent variable. Also, differences between Chinese and Vietnamese consumers are applied in analysis of the model. The results were as follows: First, "seeking low-cost" and "pleasures of shopping" have positive effects on trust. Second, all shopping motivation have positive effect on purchase intention. Third, the trust has positive effect on purchase intention. Fourth, consumers' shopping motivation have significant difference in trust and purchase intention according to Chinese and Vietnamese consumers. The results of this study presented the strategic implications for operators at online shopping area.

The results showed that recreation shoppers to buy the cosmetics in online market, were more likely to perceive the shopping mall characteristics, information, check-out convenience, and product price of shopping mall than the other shoppers. Both brand oriented shoppers and economic oriented shoppers were more likely to perceive information offered at newsletters and e-mail of Internet shopping mall. Additionally, the more active shoppers were the more satisfied and the greater loyalty at online shopping mall of cosmetics. Implications are drawn for the information useful marketer and retailers of the online shopping mall of cosmetics.
The purpose of this study is to understand how self-esteem, shopping motivations, and shopping tendencies affect the clothing purchase behavior of the so-called "MZ generation," a cohort that includes both millenials and Generation Z and exerts significant influence in various areas. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, it was found that extrinsic purchase motivations (purchased made due to the influence of other people), trend-seeking shopping tendencies, and pleasure-seeking shopping tendencies had a positive and significant effect on personal needs among the sub-factors of clothing purchase behavior of the MZ generation. Second, it was found that the MZ real purchase shopping motivations, trend-seeking shopping tendencies, pleasure-seeking shopping tendencies, and convenience-seeking shopping tendencies had a positive and significant effect on actual needs among the sub-factors of clothing purchase behavior among the MZ generation. Third, it was found that social self-esteem, extrinsic purchase motivations, and convenience-seeking shopping tendencies had a positive and significant effect on clothing marketing strategies among the sub-factors of clothing purchase behavior of the MZ generation. On the other hand, personal self-esteem was found to negatively affect the marketing strategies of clothing purchase behavior. In other words, the expectation that the MZ generation would buy clothes in accordance with their individual preferences and beliefs was not supported by the findings of this study. It would appear that the beliefs and behaviors of the digitally savvy MZ generation are changed by the fashion trend-related information they readily access when purchasing clothing. From the above research results, it can be concluded that there many variables that influence the clothing purchase behavior of the MZ generation and it is thus necessary to consider this cohort a new consumer segment and establish marketing strategies accordingly.
The rapid development of mobile technology and the improvement of network speed are providing convenience to various services, and mobile shopping malls are no exception. Although efforts are being made to promote sales by combining various technologies such as customized recommendations using big data and specialized personalization services based on artificial intelligence, most mobile shopping malls have the same detailed page information structure including detailed product information. In this context, in this study, it was determined that the content layout of the product detail page and the mobile product detail page layout tailored to the consumer's preference should be presented according to the consumer's preference. Based on Higgins' Regulatory Focus Theory, a study of consumer propensity revealed that the content layout arrangement on a product detail page, when presented in an F-shape, informs the consumer that it is organized. If presented in a Z-shape, vivid information was recognized, and it was examined whether the product attitude and purchase intention were affected. As a result, when the content layout composition was presented as a layout arrangement in the form of a sense of unity and organization, prevention-focused consumers were positively affected by product attitudes and purchase intentions, and promotion-oriented consumers felt freedom. When presented in an arrangement, it was confirmed that the product attitude and purchase intention were affected.

The purpose of this study is to examine women's propensity to consume cosmetics and to investigate the effects of the consumption propensity on product selection attributes and information search behaviors. The purpose of this study is to propose practical implications for corporate management and to provide useful information for setting the marketing direction in the cosmetics industry by identifying differentiated marketing strategy for the cosmetics market.
