The Effect of Perceived Risks on the Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Cellular Phone (소비자 위험인지가 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향 -이동전화 사용을 중심으로-)

  • This study aimed to investigate the extent of risks perceived by consumers in terms of health and economy while using cellular phone services. In addition, it also examined the factors influencing the level of risks and their effects on the level of satisfaction after using it. Major findings were as follows. First, the level of perceived risks were higher for married consumers. Consumers with high income felt economic risks lowly. Second, perceived economic risks influenced the level of satisfaction after using cellular phone, but not perceived health risks. Third, overall, consumers who rely on objective information source, possess high credibility on their cellular phone service companies, and own high level of knowledge how to properly use those phones, were more satisfied after using it.

Sensory Preference of Soy Sauces used for Seasoning Soups and Cooked Mungbean Sprouts (국과 숙주나물에 사용된 간장의 기호도 조사)

  • Traditional and commercial soy sauces used for seasoning soups and cooked mungbean sprouts were evaluated for consumer preference. Table salt was included in sensory tests, because the consumer commonly used it for seasoning soups. Triangle tests with 30 trained panelists were used to evaluate differences between two soy sauces, and 9 point hedonic scale tests with 100 consumer panelists to evaluate the consumer preference. Taste of sea mustard, Chinese radish and dried pollack soups seasoned with the traditional soy sauce, commercial soy sauce for soup and table salt was significantly different. The consumer panel indicated that the commercial soy sauce for soup was most preferred and the traditional soy sauce least preferred. Taste of cooked mungbean sprouts seasoned with two sauces, prepared with either traditional or commercial soy sauces, was significantly different from each other, but the consumer panel could not detect the difference in preference.

  • 현재 일본의 소비동향은 '저공비행'이라고 할 수 있다. 최근 자민당의 아베정권으로 바뀌면서 적극적인 경기부양책이 시행되고 있으나 그 효과나 결과가 나타나기에는 시간이 걸려야 할 것으로 보인다. 지난해 연말에 발표한 '소비자동향 조사'에서는 소비자심리의 악화가 2개월 연속 이어진 것으로 밝혀졌다. 소비자들이 체감하는 소비모드가 저조한 상황에 있었음에도 더욱 낮아진 것이다. 동일본대지진 이후, 소비자들의 소비형태가 크게 변화하는 양상을 보였음에도 이에 적절하게 대응하지 못했다는 자성의 목소리가 광고업계 내에서도 확산되고 있다. 패키지, POP 등의 다양한 아이템이 있으나, 보다 강한 판촉효과를 통해 소비자들의 구매 욕구를 끌어올리는 것이 인쇄사의 주목을 받고 있다. 판촉의 툴로서 소비자들의 구매 욕구를 끌어올리는 인쇄물의 위상을 높이기 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이는 일본 인쇄사들의 동향을 살펴본다.

The Effects of Webpage Background and Store Brand on Consumers' Responses in Online Shopping (온라인 쇼핑에서 웹페이지 배경과 브랜드가 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 웹페이지 배경과 브랜드가 소비자의 감정과 점포이미지에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있으며, 또한 소비자의 감정과 점포이미지가 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구는 가상의 웹싸이트를 활용하여 2 (웹페이지 배경: 유 vs. 무) $\times$ 2 (브랜드: 인지도 고 vs. 저) 집단간 실험설계를 하였다. 382명의 응답이 가설검증을 위한 연구결과 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 웹페이지 배경이 소비자의 긍정적 감정과 점포이미지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드의 경우 인지도가 점포이미지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구조방정식 모형의 유의미한 결과를 살펴보면, 긍정적 감정이 점포이미지에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 점포이미지가 소비자 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 온라인 환경에 대한 연구분야에 공헌하였으며, 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하였다.

의류상품의 인터넷 쇼핑에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구 목적은 인터넷 쇼핑의 현황(구매품목, 횟수, 동기, 결제 방식, 가격, 카달로그 이용여부)을 조사하고, 인터넷 쇼핑의 구매자와 비구매자의 특성(인터넷 사용 관련 사항, 인구통계학적 특성)을 비교하며, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자 만족/불만족 요인을 조사하여, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자 만족/불만족 요인과 구매의도와의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 설문조사 방법으로서 편의 추출된 인터넷을 사용하는 소비자 73명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계(빈도, 평균, 표준편차)와 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 구매 경험자가 가장 많이 구입한 품목이 남성상의 단품과 넥타이와 스카프의 구매가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 사용 관련 상황으로 구매자는 인터넷 사용에 대해 전반적으로 비구매자 보다 훨씬 더 편리하게 느끼는 것으로 조사되었다. 구매자의 인구 통계학적 특성을 남성이고, 학력이 높으며, 전문직종으로, 한달 구매 지출비가 11${\sim}$20만원이고 한달 총수입이 높은 사람으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자의 만족/불만족 요인으로 주문처리 정확성, 인터넷 사용 용이성, 구매편의성/신뢰성, 상품의 다양성/합리성, 주문 방법의 편의성/경제성, 선호성, 상품의 혜택추구성의 7개 요인이 추출되었다. 넷째, 소비자 만족/불만족 요인 중에서 주문처리 정확성 요인과 상품의 혜택추구성 요인이 구매 의도와 상관관계가 있었다.

Means-End Chain Approach to Understand Consumer Motivation Towards Convenience Meat Products: Focus on New York City in US Market (수단-목적 사슬 이론을 적용한 소비자의 육류 편의제품에 대한 가치 측정: 미국 뉴욕 지역을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze how consumers make links between convenience meat products and self-relevant consequences and value. Surveys on convenience meat product consumption patterns and hard laddering based on means-end chain theory were conducted from April 21 to April 25, 2014 and targeted 200 consumers in the US. The most preferred cooking method of convenience meat product was roast (25.9%) and the most common information medium was suggestions by friends and parents (37.1%). The main as well as desired places of purchasing were both the supermarket (33.6% and 27.3%, respectively). The most preferred promotion method was free sample events (38.5%). From analyzing means-end chains of convenience meat products, the most dominant value chain was 'taste (A)'-'good taste (C)'-'feel good (V)'. These results show that consumption of convenience meat products will increase when consumer expectations of taste and satisfaction are met. Further, results of the value measurement provide information on consumer satisfaction and needs and can be applied to set marketing strategies for Korean style convenience meat products.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의복 구매시 백화점 및 시장에서 구매한 소비자의 의복 소비가치와 소비자 만족의 관계를 조사하여 비교하며, 이들 변인의 인구 통계학적 특성에 따른 차이를 알아보고, 의복 소비 가치와 인구통계학적 변인이 소비자 만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구방법은 질문지법을 사용하였으며, 피험자는 서울 및 서울 근교에 거주하는 20∼50대 성인여성 364명이었다.

Analysis of Consumer Attitudes to Washed Fresh Ginseng (세척 및 시판 수삼 이용실태와 소비자 인식도 분석)

  • We focused on the condition of washed, fresh ginseng in the market and analyzed consumer attitudes to the product to improve the consumption of fresh ginseng. A preference for fresh ginseng was high among every age class, and was particularly notable in older individuals. Fresh ginseng was usually eaten as ginseng chicken soup, mostly in summer and winter, and as a valuable health food, rather than because of desirable qualities of taste or smell. A total of 66.5% of those surveyed reported that they had purchased fresh ginseng, mostly from big discount stores. Such stores were preferred as outlets owing to a reputation for quality and shopper convenience (the stores were located near interviewees' homes). More than 70% of purchasers emphasized that they chose to purchase in department stores and traditional markets owing to the reputation for quality of such sources. Most consumers considered quality to be a prime element in purchase decisions. A total of 32.9% of those surveyed had bought washed fresh ginseng to give as a gift to a friend. Of those surveyed, 67.1% had never bought washed fresh ginseng. The following reasons were proposed to explain the preference for purchase of ginseng with attached soil. Most consumers (40.2%) thought the soil was a reflection of quality. Those who preferred washed fresh ginseng considered that the material was hygienic and convenient to store. When questioned about their intention to buy washed fresh ginseng, 55.0% of consumers replied in the affirmative and 17.1% in the negative. When consumers were asked whether they would be willing to pay an additional charge for the washing and packing of fresh ginseng, 58.8% answered in the affirmative.

  • This study examines the psychological factors of consumers to On-Demand O2O service which is different from the previous study on O2O service. To investigate the relative influence of consumer's psychological attachment of On-Demand O2O service, enjoyment, and trust on consumer's satisfaction and attitude, I conducted qualitative and quantitative surveys to investigate consumers' perception. Through the quantitative survey on 152 participants, the study shows that the consumer's psychological attachment to the service has the greatest influence on the attitude toward On-Demand O2O service and the trust has the highest effect on satisfaction with service. This study is meaningful in that the consumer's psychological factors to the O2O service is examined from the consumer's point of view. This study suggests that the consumer's attachment and trust should be considered primarily to expand the On-Demand O2O service.

A Study on Consumer Needs of Sustainable Floristry Packaging : Focused on the Survey Analysis of Consumers & Suppliers (지속적인 가치 유지를 위한 화예디자인 패키징의 소비자 요구에 관한 연구 -소비자와 공급자의 설문 조사 분석 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between consumers and suppliers about the necessity and effectiveness of hand-tied bouquet packaging in a retail shop and consumer needs of floristry packaging for sustainable condition were surveyed and analyzed using questionnaire format. In the introduction, the understanding and sustainability of floristry design were considered. The questionnaire consisted of general purchasing type, packaging related items, and consumer and supplier profile. Consumers were middle class residents living on Mokdong apartment complex, a small number of consumers who aren't living on Mokdong and workers and suppliers were florists currently active nationwide. This study suggests an effective and strategic packaging direction that reflects consumer needs, focusing on the similarity and difference of their needs and it presents them as business models. The results of the future research are expected to be the basis for producing and distributing packaging design.
