  • 본 논문에서는 현대 박물관의 가장 특징적인 변화를 이끄는 요인 가운데 하나인 박물관 관람자에 대한 연구로서 관람객은 박물관 경험의 중심을 이루는 요소이다. 소비자는 상행위의 관점에서 보호받고 고려되는 대상이지만 현대의 박물관은 다양한 문화 오락 기관과의 경쟁에 놓이면서 박물관 관람객에 대한 연구에서 미진하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 박물관 관람객을 문화 소비자의 관점에서 연구하고 전국적으로 늘어난 박물관의 활성화라는 관점에서 문화 소비자를 만족시키기 위한 방안으로서의 소비자 연구를 하였으며 이는 문화 소비자 정의, 상품, 가격, 공간의 관점에서 연구하였다.

Consumer Education Paradigm Perceived by Home Economics Teachers and Its Related Factors (가정과 교사들이 지각한 소비자교육 패러다임과 관련 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate consumer education paradigm perceived by home economics teachers and its related factors, and to find out relationships among them. 205 questionnaires were used for analysis. Major findings were as follows. First, home economics teachers perceived that the critical consumer education perspective is more important, but in practice, they mostly used the traditional consumer education perspective. Second, according to their perception on the consumer education teaching method, the critical perspective was considered more significant and was more frequently used than the traditional perspective. However, the home economics teachers held an ambivalent perspective on the areas of purpose of consumer education, consumer education knowledge, consumer, and consumer society. Accordingly, they used both perspectives in practice for those areas. Finally, the teachers' degree in home economics education and the perspective on the home economics curriculum were found to be the two important factors that determine the teachers' consumer education paradigm.

A Comparison of the Quality in Public and Private Child-Care Center (국공립 보육시설과 사립 보육시설의 질 비교)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국공립 보육시설과 사립 보육시설을 구조적, 과정적, 소비자 관점의 질 등 세 가지 질의 관점에서 비교하고, 이들 세 가지 유형의 보육의 질 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 서울시에 위치한 국공립 보육시설 8개소와 사립 보육시설 8개소를 관찰하고, 이 보육시설들을 이용하는 어머니 293명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 국공립 보육시설과 사립보육시설은 구조적 질과 소비자 관점의 질 측면에서는 유의한 차이가 있지만 과정적 질 측면에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공립과 사립 보육시설의 과정적 질이 유사함에도 불구하고 소비자로서의 부모들은 공립 보육시설에 더 만족하는 것으로 발견되었다. 또한 보육시설의 구조적인 질은 과정적 질, 소비자 관점의 질과 상관이 있으나 과정적인 질은 소비자 관점의 질과 유의한 상관이 없었다.

  • 본 연구는 소비자-기업간 관계마케팅모델을 개발하는 데 주된 목적을 갖고 있다. 본 연구모델은 소비자를 단순한 환경변수의 하나로 인식해왔던 기존 마케팅의 통합적 관점을 비판하고 소비자를 사업의 동반자로써 인식하는 소비자 중심의 관계마케팅 모델을 제안하였다. 소비자 중심의 관계모델은 소비자를 기업 이익의 원천으로 보는 통합적 관점이 아닌, 소비자를 사업관계의 동반자로 인식하는 내부화 (internalization)를 관계마케팅의 궁극적인 목표로 제시하였다. 소비자들의 관계 내부화를 위한 관계강도(relationship strength)와 4개의 선행변수-analogy, approbation, availability, stakes-로 구성된 관계마케팅구조방정식 모델을 유통경로의 최종 단계인 소비자-소매업자(C-R)그리고 소비자-제조업자(C-M)관계에 적용하였다 서울의 5개 백화점 소비자들로부터 수집된 자료는 AMOS 4.0과 SPSS 10.0프로그램을 통해 분석한 결과, 본 연구의 제안모델은 통계적으로 검증되었고, 검증된 결과는 나아가 소매업자-소비자-제조업자의 3자 네트웍을 바탕으로 한 총체적 관점의 관계 내부화 모델 설계를 위한 하나의 실증 예로 사용 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of expected perspective on the role of genre and attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad on the liking of broadcast ad genre as appeal types of creativity. The results show that there is a significant correlation between macro-environmental expected perspective(MEEP) on the role of genre and a negative attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad. A significant correlation between micro-practical expected perspective(MPEP) and a positive attitude was also found. Consumers with an integrated-situational expected perspective(ISEP) show a more significant relationship with the dual attitude. Consumes with a MPEP have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with an ISEP show a median liking. Consumers with positive attitude have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with a dual attitude show a median liking that is between the positive attitude-based consumers' and negative attitude-based consumers'.

  • This study is a study on a methodology that can extract various factors that affect purchase and use of products/services from the consumer's point of view through previous studies, and analyze the types and tendencies of consumers according to age and gender. To this end, we quantify factors in terms of general personal propensity, consumption influence, consumption decision, etc. to check the consistency of data, and based on these studies, we conduct research to suggest and prove data analysis methodologies of consumer types that are meaningful from the perspectives of startups and SMEs. did As a result, it was confirmed through cross-validation that there is a correlation between the three main factors assumed for data analysis from the consumer's point of view, the general tendency, the general consumption tendency, and the factors influencing the consumption decision. verified. This study presented a data analysis methodology and a framework for consumer data analysis from the consumer's point of view. In the current data analysis trend, where digital infrastructure develops exponentially and seeks ways to project individual preferences, this data analysis perspective can be a valid insight.

  • Consumer expectation is divided into rational and emotional components with regard to the experience of products or services. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between these two types of expectations and consumer satisfaction. For the theoretical framework, we use the dual expectation theory with respect to the should-expectation and will-expectation, and verify their effects on consumer satisfaction. The findings of this study imply that under rational expectation, consumer satisfaction increases when the result of their experience exceeds their expectation and the impact is stronger when the will-expectation is satisfied. Under emotional expectation, consumer satisfaction increases when the should-expectation exceeds the result of the actual performance, but decreases when there is disaccord between the will-expectation and performance. For emotional-based expectation, the impact on consumer satisfaction is stronger for should-expectancy disconfirmation than for will-expectancy disconfirmation.

  • At present, there are a lot of theoretical studies on the theme of tea industry brand construction, but in the survey, it is found that the theory that can study the tea industry brand from the perspective of brand equity is extremely lacking. This paper takes Rizhao Green tea as the research object, focusing on the influencing factors of Rizhao Green tea brand equity from the perspective of consumers and the relationship between various factors. The results show that the brand equity of Rizhao Green tea is composed of brand awareness, regional association, quality perception and brand loyalty. There is a certain correlation between each dimension and has an impact on brand equity. There is a significant correlation between brand awareness and regional association. Brand awareness has no significant impact on quality perception. Regional association has a significant positive impact on quality perception and brand loyalty. Brand awareness and quality perception have a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction of Rizhao Green tea brand assets while making up for the lack of theoretical research in this field.

  • The conclusions shown by this study are as follows: Firstly, Despite the similarity of the objective distance caused by the geographic distance and cultural similarities. it is found that the psychic distance factor still exists. Secondly, a new affective factor of psychic distance has been noted. As to the shaping method, even though culture and psychic distance involve homeogenic factors, psychic distance is more complex in that it is affected not only by cultural changes but also by other affective factors. Culture is a very significant factor, which can have an effect on forming psychic distance, but it is short of being a measurement variable for measuring psychic distance. Thirdly, psychic distance can have a direct effect on customers' buying response. If it is just a belief shared among the people of a nation, it can't become an important notion.
