Though inaugurations have been vividly in progress in the aftermath of recession, reduced staffs and arranged layoff, their way gives priority to the reduced frame of the existing method rather tham the development or improvement of a new distribution. It is difficult to attain the sales goal unless a marketing analysis is not properly made, due to store managers' lack in expertism of management. • Physicochemical changes of refrigerated chicken legs treated with acetic acid and trisodium phosphate (TSP) during storage at the temperature of 1$\pm$2。C or 4。C. Chicken (average weight of 500$\pm$30 g) legs were treated with 2.5-10% (w/v) TSP and 0.5-2%(v/v) acetic acid soluions at exposure times of 10 min. pH values of chicken legs treated with 2.5-10% TSP significantly (P<0.05) increased at initial days compared to control, which were consistent with the results of treatments of 5-10% TSP solutions fur storage of 8 days at retail levels. Thiobarbituric acid (TBA) values of chicken legs treated with 2.5-10% TSP or 0.5-2% acetic acid solutions significantly increased from initial days to 4days of storage compared to controls. pH values of chicken legs treated with 0.5-2% acetic acid significantly decreased at initial days compared to control, which were consistent with the results of treatments of 1.5-2% acetic acid solutions for storage of 16 days at 4。C. Chicken legs treated with 0.5-2% acetic acid solutions were a significantly different Hunter color L$^+$ values during storage of 4 and 8 days compared to the controls. Chicken legs treated with 1-2% acetic acid solutions were a significantly different Hunter color a$^+$ values during storage of 16 days compared to the controls. Chicken legs treated with 0.5-2% acetic acid solutions were a significantly different Hunter color b$^+$ values during storage from 4 to 12 days compared to the controls.

Market areas of online shopping company implies the range of space where products ordered from online shopping can be physically delivered to customers distributed over space with reasonable shipping cost and lead time through the physical distribution network. The average rate of growth in online shopping is 36% per year in Korea for the last 5 years. But there are no maps available that describe sales/delivery density of online shopping, few researches are focused on the short-term/long-term adaptation to demand increase by online shopping. In this paper (1) Maps of trade area are described indicating the sales/delivery density around the nation. (2) Empirical researches suggested that short-term adaptation to demand increase resulted in price reduction and service in enhancement of service quality in local transportation. But the long-term adaptation on the parts of parcel delivery industry are to be investigated in future researches.

This study also intends to identify the problems in store operation and identify academic and practical methods. In-depth interviews, direct observation, and service blueprint techniques were used to define problems in the existing business operation process, and an operating process based on the electronic shelf label (ESL) system is designed as an alternative to problem solving. The changes of the operating process before and after introduction were compared. Results of this study suggest practical implications that the ESL system can be used to solve the problems of the current price management process. The study also suggests the academic significance of presenting a complex research method of problem finding, cause analysis, and alternative presentation by using each research method complementarily.

  • This study tries to explain customer experience in retail stores from a holistic perspective including hedonic, economic, symbolic, and relational dimensions. We also attempt to empirically investigate the effect of each dimension of customer experience on the store attitude and store attachment and the differential influence of the store attitude and attachment on the commitment toward store. The major findings from empirical analysis are as follows. First, all four dimensions of customer experience positively impact on the store attitude. Second, symbolic and relational dimensions of customer experience have a positive effect on the store attachment while hedonic and economic dimensions don't. Third, the store attachment more positively influence the commitment toward store than the store attitude do. This paper extends the scope of the study on consumer experience in retail setting by broadening the dimensions of it and testing the differential effect of each dimensions empirically. The results of this research can provide useful implications for practitioners to build successful strategies on customer experience management in retail stores.
