The current study investigates the relationship and the mechanisms between bridge employment and change in marital satisfaction during midlife, using a three-wave panel dataset obtained from the Korean Baby Boomer Panel Study. A multivariate latent growth analysis reveals that the transition from career employment to bridge employment, compared to maintaining career employment, has an indirect negative effect on increase rate of marital satisfaction through the wage decrease. A steep decrease in wage following transition to bridge employment causes a lower increase in marital satisfaction. On the other hand, continuously engaging in bridge employment rather than career employment is associated with a higher increase in marital satisfaction via a higher increase in job commitment. This result implies that Baby Boomers adapt to bridge employment over time. Overall, the present study finds that the effect of bridge employment on the change in marital satisfaction during midlife varies with the duration of bridge employment. A future research needs to explore which factors can buffer the negative effect of decrease in wage during transition to the bridge employment on the change in marital satisfaction.

Given the current situation that there are a lot of rapid change in retail environment and have to offer more customized services to consumers, it is possible for Super Supermarket(SSM hereinafter) to get those. Thus it is explored whether perceived quality affected the customer satisfaction and in turn, the customer satisfaction affected the repurchase intention in SSMs. Especially we investigated the moderate effect of income, age, the number of family members on the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. We used the method of structural equation modeling to test hypotheses. As a result, 5 out of 7 hypotheses are statistically significant and partially supported in moderate effects. The results of this study imply that mangers in SSMs have to improve those positive factors that were revealed significant. And given the fact that main customers in SSMs are those who live near and is a nuclear family, they should offer high quality goods and services relevant to them.

This study used Gangwon provincial social survey data(2021) to verify the effect of working environment satisfaction of the main working population on settlement consciousness and the mediating effect of subject employment stability. The working environment satisfaction was analyzed by dividing it into three sub-factors: income satisfaction, working conditions satisfaction, and community life satisfaction. As a result of the study, all three sub-factors of working environment satisfaction and subjective employment stability had a positive correlations with settlement consciousness. It was confirmed that subjective employment stability had a partial mediating effect when each of the three sub-factors of working environment satisfaction affected settlement consciousness. Based on the results of the study, it is meaningful to provide empirical data for preventing outflow of the local population by revealing the effect of working environment satisfaction and subjective employment stability on the settlement consciousness.

This study examined the causal relationship of between stressors and depression using the wave 1~4 of Korean Welfare Panel Study by social stress theory. According to the result, the level of depression and depressed group was decreased in the course of time. As a panel regression analysis, Factors affecting the reduction of depression was upward of the income hierarchy, increase the satisfaction of family and social relationships, and residential satisfaction. Based on the results, the author suggested that social work policies and intervention direction should decrease social stress factors with causality to depression of the men in baby boom generation.

This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

This study aims to examine association between festival service evaluation attribute and behavior intention of visitors and research satisfaction with festival, second visit and recommendation intention, ultimately in order to suggest measures to establish market strategies. The study was conducted as follows. First, a total of 360 pieces of questionnaire were distributed from October 14 to 16, 2011 and a total of 335 pieces were collected. Except 15 pieces without responses, 320 were used for the study. Second, in service evaluation elements, program, facility and performance review had positive impacts on the satisfaction and second visit. All evaluation elements also positively affected recommendation intention. Third, in association between demographic features and satisfaction, second visit and recommendation intention, while the satisfaction positively influenced bringing a friend, it negatively influenced academic background and income. In addition, residence and job gave a positive affect on second visit, while income, bringing family and first visit gave a negative effect on the second visit. Last, age, academic background, income and bringing family gave a negative effect on recommendation intention.

사무르디는 스리랑카의 빈곤퇴치를 위한 프로그램 중 가장 규모가 큰 사회복지 지원 사업으로 1995년 청년, 여성, 장애인 등의 취업기회의 제공과 역량을 제고하여 궁극적으로 국가의 빈곤을 퇴치하고자 중앙정부에 의해 마련되었다. 본 연구는 사무르디 프로그램 수혜자의 만족도를 높이기 위한 사회경제적 관련 인자들이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 하였다. 사례연구지역은 스리랑카 중부지역에 위치한 오지이며 빈곤도가 높아 본 프로그램의 수혜율이 비교적 높은 캔디(Kandy) 지역을 대상으로 하였다. 본 프로그램의 주목적인 소득향상을 비롯하여 훈련프로그램, 사무르디은행의 신용, 정부보조금, 보험금, 기술정보제공, 마케팅시설, 고용기회제공, 도로개발, 관개수로시설 및 공공기반시설 등 프로그램의 지원내용 등과 관련된 다양한 인자들을 대상으로 수혜자의 만족도는 물론 이에 영향을 미치는 사회경제적 인자의 특성 등을 밝히고자 하였다. 다단계 표본 추출방법으로 150 사무르디프로그램 수혜자를 선정하여 관련 설문조사를 실시하였으며(유효설문 127), SAS9.1 통계분석용 소프트웨어를 사용하여 빈도분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 그 결과 사무르디 수혜자들은 정부보조 및 사무르디 은행의 신용 제공, 보험금 지급, 도로개발, 소득 증대 등에 대해서는 만족도가 매우 높은 반면 종자나 비료 등의 농업투입요소나 마케팅시설, 기술정보 제공 등에 대해서는 비교적 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 사무르디 프로그램 실시 후 소득증대, 고용 기회와 훈련프로그램 제공, 사무르디 은행의 신용 제공 등이 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 사무르디 프로그램을 통하여 지역주민의 생활여건 개선은 물론 소득을 향상시켜 나아가 빈곤 퇴치라는 본래의 취지와 역할을 제대로 수행하기 위해서는 농업인 조직 강화, 농산물집하시설 등 마케팅 및 유통 시설 확충, 농기계 지원, 농업생산시설 등을 지속적으로 확충하여야 할 것이며, 정부의 지속적인 모니터링과 평가 등을 통하여 사무르디 프로그램을 보다 긍정적으로 발전시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

본연구는 부부의 경제생활 만족도를 파악하기 위하여 가정의 사회인구학적 변인과 가정의 경제환경에 대한 지각정된 주관적 경제수준 평가 및 부부가 참여하는 가계관리 행동 변인들이 부부의 가정의 경제생활 만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하여 비교 분석 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상자는 서울시 거주의 1자녀 이상을 둔 부부로서 500쌍의 설문지 중 367쌍이 본 연구자료로 사용되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과같다. 남편의 경 제생활 만족도에 여향을 미치는 변인은 소득 적정감 자원 지각도, 상대적 비교감, 자원기여 평가도 경제소준 향상감, 가계관리 참여도, 월평균 가계속득이었으며 부인의 경우에는 소득 적정감 상대적 비교감 자원기여 평가도 자가주택 소유여부 남편의 직업으로 나타났다 남편 과 부인 모두의 경제생활 만족도에 대한 예측력이 가장 큰 변인은 소득 적정감으로 나타났 다 부부의 경제생활 만족도는 주관적 경제수준 평가의 영향력이 사회인구학적 변인의 영향 력보다 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타났다.

This study has the purpose to research on the actual conditions of discriminative treatment between regular and irregular work and find what kind of environment factors can effect on the job-satisfaction, organizational commitments. Especially, this study has addressed to improvement of conditions for irregular work and researched the difference factors between regular and irregular workers's job-satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employment - environmental. For the data collection, a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed for survey, 195 responses were available for statistical analysis. This questionnaires were sent to the distribution companies that has a variety type of employment as regular and irregular worker in Seoul province by e-mail and direct way. And SPSS 12.0(ver.) was used to analyze the data. The main results were as the following; First, the human relationship and the normative commitment were statistically different between regular and irregular work in the part of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, income were important to improve the satisfaction of job environment and personnel policy and the normative commitment. Corporation welfare were important for the satisfaction of human relationship, job environment and personnel policy, normative commitment affective commitment and continuous commitment. Stability of employment were important to improve the satisfaction of human relationship and job environment, normative commitment and affective commitment.

In this study, we investigated the effects of health satisfaction and family relationship satisfaction on depression among low-income middle-aged men who are expected to have great economic difficulties. The mediating effect was analyzed to see what kind of change in the depressive state according to the social acquaintance satisfaction. Frequency analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS statistics program using data from the 15th Korea Welfare Panel for middle-aged adults aged 50 to 64 years. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of social acquaintance satisfaction on depression, it showed a partial mediating effect on health satisfaction and a fully mediating effect on family relationship satisfaction. The result of this study is to clearly reveal the effect of service support for improving social acquaintance satisfaction for middle-aged men on mental health such as depression, in the future effective standards can be provided for validation of the validity of social network support services for middle-aged men.
