Recently, most of the construction companies is being degraded due to the overall construction recession profitability. Among them, order quantity of the architectural and engineering firms are trend to decrease except for large companies over a certain size. In particular, small companies are facing more difficulties. This study was conducted expert interview method to extract the main cause of profitability degradation of a small-sized design engineering companies. And, we are proposes a critical influence factors through survey about extracted factors. The results of this study are expect to help the competitiveness of architectural design firm.

e-비즈니스는 이제 매우 중요시 되어 각 국가 및 기업에서도 디지털경제시대에 순응하지 못하면 경쟁력을 상실할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로 소규모 기업을 위한 전략적 관점에서의 수익모델을 구현하고자 한다. 현재 모든 분야에서 경쟁이 치열해지고 있지만 대형 매장 때문에 동네 슈퍼마켓과 이 고전하는 것처럼 대형업체들이 가지고 있는 가격경쟁력 때문에 지역의 중소상인들이 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 연일 신문에 대형 전단지를 살포하는 대형업체들에 비해서 지역 중소상인들의 마케팅도 열악할 수밖에 없었다. 새마을금고나 신협 같은 서민금융기관 나름대로의 경쟁력을 가지고 있지만 마케팅 분야 에서도 현격한 격차를 보이고 있다. 이러헌 점에 착목하여 소규모 칼라 전단지 시장을 공략하는 인터넷 비즈니스 모델을 설정하고 이를 구현하였다.

소형 산업클러스터 연계 융합전공은 대형 산업체가 아닌 중소형 산업체들을 중심으로 형성된 소규모 산업클러스터에 적합한 융합형 프로그램이다. 이 예로 강원도 원주시에 소재한 한라대학교의 융합형 전공모델을 소개한다. 한라대학교는 강원도 전략산업인 의료기기산업 육성을 위하여 원주시 소재 100개 내외의 소규모 업체들을 위한 의료기기융합 전공을 설치하였으며, 전략산업 분야의 창직 문화를 확산하기 위하여 벤처창업학전공을 설치하여 운영하고 있다.

지난 1월 6일에 미국 FDA와 FSIS(Food Safety and Inspection Service)의 영양표시법(Labeling regulations)이 최종 발표되었다. FSIS는 육류, 가금류 그리고 이런 원료가 $3\%$이상 함유된 가공식품(가공육$2\%$ 이상)을 관장하고 FDA는 그외 식품을 관장하는데 두 기관의 최종 규칙간의 차이는 $\bullet$FSIS는 경쟁사 제품과의 비교를 금지 $\bullet$FSIS는 최종기한을 `94년 7월로 3개월 연장 $\bullet$표시규칙의 예외를 적용받는 `소규모업체`의 정의 $\bullet$Stearic acid의 표시 $\bullet$4세이하 어린이용 식품에 대한 단백질 함량 표시 등이다.

벨벳 직물은 일반적인 직물과 달리 원단에 응모가 있어 보관 및 운반에 있어 각별한 주의가 요구되며 응모가 눌려지면 제품의 상품성이 상실되기 때문에 직물 표면의 형태를 유지하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 권취공정은 많은 주의가 요구되는 공정이다. 그러나 국내 벨벳 권취 업체들은 대부분 영세한 소규모 업체이고 전적으로 수 작업에 의해 작업을 진행하고있기 때문에 작업능률 저하 및 높은 불량률은 피할 수 없는 결과이다. (중략)

1991년 현재 우리나라에는 45개의 정밀주조공장이 있는 것으로 조사되었으나, 실제 가동중인업체는 31개사 정도였다. 이들의 90년도 총 생산량은 몰드수로는 79, 980mold로 총 6,108ton을 생산하였고, 여기에 종사하는 종업원수는 1,465명이었다. 업체의 지역별 분포를 보면, 경인, 경북, 경남의 대도시 권역을 중심으로 분포하고 있고, 특히 경인지방을 중심으로 한 수도권에 전체 업체의 58%가 분포되어 있다. 기업 연령은 10년 이상의 업체가 5개사 정도이고, 전체의 74%가 5년 이하로 기업역사가 일천한 편이다. 생산규모 면에서 월산 5,000mo1d 이상의 업체는 5개사 정도 있지만, 전체의 45% 정도는 2,000mo1d이하의 소규모 공장이다. 종업원 규모는 $20{\sim}50$인인 업체가 전체의 45%로 가장 많았으며, 50인 이하가 71%를 차지하고 있다. 생산 재질별로는 주강 및 특수강 제품이 주종을 이루며, 일부 업체가 알루미늄 및 동합금을 생산하고 있다. 금번조사에서 제품의 품목별 생산에 대한 통계는 수집되지 않았으나, 주종이 valve부품, 식품, 섬유기계, 일반기계, 컴퓨터 부품 등으로 저가 제품이 주종을 이루고 있다. 정밀주조업체는 금후 정밀주조분야의 시장증대에 대한 전망을 밝게 보고 있지만, 상당수의 공장이 현재의 당면 애로사항으로서 기능인력의 부족과 함께 생산량 확보를 거론하고 있다. 또한 수입 원 ${\cdot}$ 부자재의 공동구매에는 반대의 입장을 보이고 있는 점이 특이하다.

최근에는 디지털 미디어 기술의 발달로 다양한 형태의 미디어 서비스가 개발되고 있으며 미디어 콘텐츠의 불법 복제를 방지하고 콘텐츠 제작자의 권리를 보호하기 위해 많은 DRM 기술이 개발되고 있다. 여러 개의 DRM을 사용하려면 DRM 서비스 제공 업체와 콘텐츠 제공 업체가 별도의 계약을 통해 상호 의존적인 방식으로 서비스를 제공해야한다는 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 기반의 DRM 스토어를 제안한다. 이 시스템은 DRM 서비스 제공 업체가 여러 DRM을 쉽게 등록하고 콘텐츠 제공 업체는 자신의 서비스 특성에 따라 DRM을 필요한 만큼 사용할 수 있는 오픈 마켓 형식의 DRM 중계 서비스이다.

This paper implements a web - based production monitoring system that can be used efficiently by small - scale manufacturers. Small-scale enterprises, especially small-sized enterprises with less than 5 employees, need an efficient production management system because productivity is important. However, in reality, the manager and the worker verbally report work orders and production, and when one of the members is absent, the delay in the work process increases. If the time required for the work process increases, the productivity will be affected and the sales of the enterprise will be affected. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a web - based production monitoring system that can be used efficiently by small - sized manufacturers with less than 5 employees. We implemented a web based browser to operate with only a browser and applied the UI for convenience of the field worker. The proposed system is applied to less than 5 automobile parts manufacturers and the system effectiveness is confirmed. The system can be economically applied to more small enterprises with only a few modifications according to the products of each company.

Of great importance in food safety culture are the values of an organization regarding food safety that combine the human and material requirements needed to produce safe and hygienic foods. In recent years, efforts have been made to improve the level of implementation of food safety management systems by improving certain cultural elements of food safety. This study investigated the current state of food safety culture in the HMR manufacturing sector. An anonymous survey of 46 HMR manufacturers of various sizes was conducted to evaluate the implementation status of HACCP prerequisite program and food safety culture. The perceived importance of food safety culture factors and their performance were also surveyed. Employees of HMR manufacturers who participated in this survey recognized that the participation of employees and leadership was the most important factor in ensuring food safety. Smaller enterprises are less aware of the importance of such organizational culture. The survey shows that food safety culture indicators in large companies are generally higher than those of small and medium enterprises. Especially, the manager's level of commitment to food safety, resources input, and education and training was significantly higher than that found at small companies (p=0.005). Among the food safety culture evaluation factors, it was found that education and training had significant influence on HACCP prerequisite program performance. Continued employee education and training on food safety and hygiene are important for HMR manufacturers to achieve HACCP certification standards.

재정경제부는 지난 4월 28일 정부계약제도 개선안을 확정하고 29일부터 1천억원 이상 대형공사를 제외한 공공공사의 낙찰 하한율을 동전보다 2.8$\~$10$\%$ 상향조정토록 한 적격심사기준을 개정했다. 또 10억원 미만 소규모 시설공사는 시공실적을 평가하는 한편 기존업체와의 역차별을 해소하기 위해 시공실적에 가산점을 부여하게 된다.
